Actually it was started by a poster at the suggestion of a moderator, Wilhelm. So it was officially sanctioned. This issue doesn't make the poll less valid.

Doc really needs his own blog because a forum isn't the best venue for him to speak his views. He doesn't care at all for any debate, he just likes to say what he thinks. We came close to having a discussion about free trade but all he could respond was "these are interesting times" and "George Bush is fucking us over."

As far as "new" ideas that Doc might concede to......
All of these suggetsion have all been mentioned before:
1 week suspension.....same Doc returns
2 week suspension.....same Doc returns
banned then somehow for some reason reinstated....same Doc returns
5 thread maxes.....I agreed before was a great idea and stated I could swing it but Doc could not seem to think that was acceptable.
When the RX inexplicably reinstated Doc b/c some folks complained and threatened to leave I accepted the fact that the RX had some alterior motives for keeping the guy and moved on.All I asked (politely I may add) for days and days after his return was for the pig to stay out of threads I start and Id reciprocate.He wouldnt even make that concession.
Its clear some the guys piping in dont have a full exposure of the antics of Doc.D2 wonders why BB isnt banned for for using Doc name and calling out a MORONIC post.Certainly Doc would never start a flaming thread with a posters name in it,right? Its got nothing to do with his politics and everything to do with his being a childish nuisence who cant even abide by the simplest rules,keep his word in gentlemanly contests and make any concessions/compromise to make things run smoother (and with less drama) here.
Its not even a party line vote anymore....hes insulted and alienated some good folks who have been on his side.Their only mistaking asking Doc to calm down.
