there were a lot of good intellegent debates here, both sides presented great arguements, kind of reminded me of the local bar.
but lately, its just each side presenting their view of the news, while calling the other side childish names.

I think part of it caused by threads like these which portray doc as a "less than" poster which gives the likes of bblight, levistep, et al what they feel is free reign to take whatever shots they like at him. It's wrong and it's unfair.

I think the last week has been the best week ever in Political Forum history. Great debates and very little rancor. And Doc has been very polite. Good job Doc! It seems now that the Powers that be want Doc gone - so , Go ahead and do it. You all on the right won't be happy until Doc is gone. So end this farse of a trial and just do it. Your hegemony will be complete and all the Cons can goosestep in line together rejoicing as their Shepherd, Dick Cheney, tells them what to do. At least we can all go back to watching real soap operas instead of the Rx version of The Bold, the Beautiful and Doc! Have a Great Day! Just remember, that when you ban Doc it will be you guys, the Mods that created the New Monster and remember your perfidious part in this eventhough you agree with Doc fundamentally - you are letting the right win just because someone told you what to do. You guys have a twisted sense of reality if you think doc won that poll. Almost 2/3 of the pollers were UPSET with the unbanning of doc and felt that he deserved at least a couple week ban.

This isn't a rightwing attack like you claim. I think the majority of the voters are actually non-righties.
