Assuming a 9-handed table, there is 13.4k in the pot (900 antes + 1k BB + 500 SB + 11k shove). You have to call 10k to call the shove, so you are getting 1.34/1 pot odds

You need to win 1/(1.34 + 1)% of the time to make this break-even. You need 42.7% equity.

I mean obviously this depends on opponent, but I'd say someone shoving 11bb from middle position has something like 77+, ATs+, AJo+, KJs+, KQo, JQs. Now whether or not that is a profitable shoving range is another discussion, for me personally it would be a tad wider. But that's about right for a lot of people.
In reality shoving 18.6% of hands here is actually unexploitable and Nash-eq correct (a whole other math discussion for another day). FYI 18.6% is 22+ A7s+ A5s-A3s ATo+ K9s+ KJo+ Q9s+ QJo J9s+ T9s 98s
But I don't think most are shoving quite that wide.

KJ is only 33% equity vs the range I assigned. So it is a fold as I have this opponent ranged.
Interestingly enough we have exactly 42.7% equity against the 18.6% Nash shoving range shown above. So it would be exactly break-even against an opponent who was shoving that wide.
The answers to #4 came from pokerstove, I can't figure out hand vs range equity exactly in my head, although I usually have a pretty close approximation.
Really the answers to #1 and #2 are what you should be able to figure out in about 10 seconds. What % equity do I need to call is kind of an important concept (although useless if you can't even get close on #4).
Ranging an opponent is obviously extremely important, and then given that range a good player should be able to get somewhat close on #4.
So it's not exactly 3+4 kind of math...
