what is going on with this stock? does nothing all the time. Any info from management???

I wish I knew uvahoos. A lot of the penny stocks have been getting punished the last week or so. People need to comprehend how large of a move .01 - .02 actually is. It's hard to take into perspective, but every 1/10th of a cent is a 10% move.

So, when you go from .01 - .02, that's 100%. The dreaded penny is usually one of the hardest places for a stock to get out of because the percentage of the moves. .02 - .03 would only be 50%, so it's much easier for the stock to make that move.

All I can say is when this thing gets some more volume, we'll be off to .03 - .05 in short-order. We're talking about significant gains here. If it was easy to make 100% every day, I wouldnt be posting here, lol.

Patience will pay off, some people wait months/years for 100% gains. I'm offering it here on a platter. I believe those that are patient will be rewarded greatly in due time. A PR from the company is the next step, and several others, including myself, have all been hounding Deros to put out some more info about the hotel deal and/or the Pizza sauce. There is plenty in the pipeline, only a matter of time before this thing starts rolling again.

From a technical perspective, we're about due for a break-out. Bollinger Bands are starting to pinch and the downtrend appears to be complete. Should see some action here soon IMO.

Very nice Buy(s). Most of you guys are getting in cheaper than what I bought most of my shares at. My average is .0167, and I've grabbed a bunch down here in the low .01s. I'm on bid support at .01 and will grab up to another 200k here. I think the selling is drying up. Charts say a break-out is coming -- Bollinger Bands are starting to pinch.

Hang tight to those shares, I think they're gonna be worth a lot more soon.

Yeah, what Cash Grinder said. Take advantage of the dips. I totally missed out grabbing those .007s earlier, I was so pissed. Stepped away from the computer for 20 mins and I saw what happened. I wouldve grabbed those right away and flipped 'em at .01 for a nice 40+% profit.

These low-floaters can be very painful to hold. Not for the faint of heart, lol. If they leave a big spread between the bid/ask, buy on the bid and sell on the ask for easy money. I dont flip this one because I dont want to slow down any MoMo, but if there's a 50% spread, I encourage everyone else to : )

If you don't have faith in this company turning around and expanding with an experienced CEO then get out. I promise no one will care! I will continue to add when possible and hold, I believe this company is gonna make some noise in the coming years but that's why I'm LONG.

Dont stress it. Low floats can be painful and/or rewarding. However, if you sell now I believe you're selling at the bottom.

A lot of that was me. Freed up some money today and picked up 200k at .007/.0072.

Two MMs were at .0065, so it would appear that it has bottomed. We really need a PR here to crank this back up over .01. Ask is thin -- 1 x .007, 1 x .008, 1 x .013. So, with a little more buying, we should be back over .01 in the next few days.

A PR about a franchise being sold, the meat sauce they're bottling, US partnership, and/or the deal with the local hotel being finalized are all in the near future.

Spoke with Deros earlier ... this is what I can share and this information should be getting PRd in the near future:


50 new stores planned and Donini Italian Sauce to be sold in Wal-Mart as well as National Hotel Chain Contract.

Franchises to begin in NY and Dallas early next year.


He's got more information to share with me, but had a meeting to attend so he could talk long. Will keep the board updated.

If the previous Float was 20MM when they had 97.5MM shares O/S, a reduction to 84.6MM would likely make the float smaller.

However, I can't confirm this ... yet. Regardless, reducing the O/S by almost 13MM is pretty big IMO. That's about a 13% reduction in O/S.

This Deros is really pulling thru and doing everything he said. Not to mention they're going to be selling their Pizza Sauce at the Wal-Marts in Canada, and they've got the Hotel Deal to boot.

This is gonna be a huge turn-around story. Opening franchises in NY and Dallas early next year. $250k to start a franchise, that money goes straight to DNNC's bottom line. Their franchises have to buy their products (with a decent mark-up you can assume).

FIFTY new locations? lol thats a whole lot. how can such a small company handle that sort of expansion? I guess pizzas aren't THAT hard to produce...

Things I know:


They've bought back over 12MM shares in the last month.

They're distributing their Pizza Sauce thru Wal-Mart Canada.

They have 50 new locations planned for next year at $250k a pop.

They're releasing their frozen pizza line-up to US stores early next year.


Parabolic SAR was triggered on Friday, so we should see increasing volume coming in.

These things should be getting PRd in the near-term future which should help pop this back over .03.

Not sure if you'll be able to get in at .007, but worth leaving a bid out there. Deros will be PRing this information in the near future. From the looks of it, he's still buying back shares. This is steadily drifting north back towards .01. Once we get there, it'll attract more investors IMO.

With the announcement of these latest happenings, we should have the fuel to drive to new highs.
