No kidding, clearly there's resistance and flippers in this for the easy money from .01 - .015 or so. Drives me nuts! I'm still holding, flippers will move on eventually. I'm waiting for the next PR. I've added all I want in the low .01s and will only add if it goes sub-penny. My little birdy isnt saying much right now, so I'm not sure when the volume is gonna come. I just know it'll come at some point and when that happens, we see .05 again.
They're pretty weak IMO. But I'm not in this stock because of revenues etc. This is a turnaround story. The company seems to be getting its sh!t together, they're updating shareholders regularly, posting their financials, and trying to expand. There are a lot of things yet to be announced and I think over time the PPS will grow significantly. I still have a $1+ price target on this, but I've had to push my timeframe out until appx June/July '10 since I thought they were a bit further along in their franchise expansion.
So, if they start growing and getting these franchises set up, their revenues will grow tremendously. I mean even with their lowsy current revenues, they still almost turned a profit for shareholders. EPS was (.00005) ... which means they lost money for shareholders. This isnt a big deal, companies lose money all the time. What I did like was the EPS from May was (.0004), so that is a fairly big improvement, though it doesnt look like much. If they are actually able to get the Franchise business rolling, and turn a profit, this will be a huge win and the PPS will reflect it.
For now, I suggest those of you that can be patient hold. For those that are impatient, wait for a little 50-100% run and sell, lol. I'm holding long term as I said a while ago this wasnt my typical Pinksheet Roulette play and I felt comfortable having a large position for long-term. I hope you all choose to hold, but I dont blame you if you want to sell. It's hard to hold something that doesnt move and/or has 50-100% swings on a regular basis. Pinks are another world entirely and they are not for the impatient, weak-handed. Lets hope for a positive earnings quarter next time around and I think we'll see some very serious moves upward. GL

Going to partner with a major marketing player to get the Donini frozen pizzas into Wal-Mart and the major grocery store chains in Canada.
Coming out with a Donini Sauce that will be bottled and sold in the major grocery stores. An Italian sauce for pasta, etc.

On a full disclosure note, I own 1.6M shares (yes M = Million). I wouldnt have this much invested in something I dont believe in. So, I feel everyone's pain when this thing goes down 50% in one day, and I rejoice when it goes up 20-30%. So, if the float is only 20M, I own almost 10% of the float. I'll be one of the first to admit I wasnt the least bit impressed with their finacials. HOWEVER (yep caps, because it's a big one), this is a turnaround story. This company had been beaten into the ground for not giving their shareholders enough information and/or not posting financial information, etc. It goes a long way to post this type of information and address that even themselves are not impressed and have all intentions of making things better (ie: profitable).
Now, I'd like everyone to take a look at page 5 of the filing (found here: http://www.pinksheets.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=25144). What you will see is EPS. Now, every company at some point has an EPS loss. This company may have back-to-back Q losses, but look at the dramatic increase: from a loss of .004 to a loss of .00005. This means they almost turned a profit! Will they next Q, it looks very likely especially with the hotel deal, the franchising expansion, the pizza sauce, the frozen pizza, holy sh!t the list goes on.
Anyway, -.004 to -.00005 is an 8000% increase! They practically turned a profit in this last Q. Now lets imagine what those financials are gonna look like when they start bringing in $250k franchises (not sure about this number, it might be higher). That's straight money to their bottom line. EPS will be thru the roof!
If you've ever said, "damn, I wish I had gotten in on the ground floor of that stock," this is one that you can clearly see the possibilities and would be foolish not to jump all over the opportunity. Because, IMO, this is the ground floor of a soon-to-be prosperous and profitable Pizza Franchise that is taking their business to a new country, and possibly at a later time globally.
They are partnering with a major US Pizza Franchise as well. OMG, what's not to like about this stock/company??
