I own more than 10% of the tradeable float. I love this stock's potential for 2010. I wont be selling much until double-digits.

It shouldnt have gone down so low on Friday, so today it popped back up easily. Not to mention some huge volume coming in. I'm hearing there are two Promo companies that are considering promoing DNNC which would really help the liquidity and volume.

FWIW, I'm hearing something big is coming in the very near-term. Hope everyone loaded up in the 00s, I know I did. Be on the look-out for another big break-out ... it's coming IMO.

I had at the time what i thought were too many other options for my money so I held off on picking up any shares and it's been moving so looks like I missed out, any point in getting in at this stage kuwl or just hope and wait for a dip to get in.

I've been told it's going to be promoted on Thursday/Friday of this week. Not sure what to make of it, but these guys have been promoting quite a few stocks lately with success. Only downside is that the MoMo crews will come in, run it up, and it'll probably head back into the gutters after they've had their fun. So, my advice would be to either sit it out or try and take a small position on the bid over the next few days and hope for a fill.

.018 has been an unsurmountable obstacle, but 3rd times usually the charm, so I'm hoping we can crack it with the volume surge that should come with the promo. I'd try to buy between .009-.011 on the bid.

Otherwise, stick with the China stocks, you'll have long-term success in those. DNNC might be a good quick flip, then wait for the momo crews to sell it off. I'll let folks know when I'm planning on re-buying after the dust settles.

FWIW I had about 200,000 shares at an avg. of about .0078 per share. I sold off 90k at .0122 yesterday and am holding the rest for a ride up or rebuying at .0073.

I guess it depends on how many shares you have and what commission you are paying, but if I've learned one thing from Kuwlness its to buy incrementally and sell incrementally lol.

In case of a ride up I have some orders to sell some around 2.5 cents, sell some around 4 cents, and sell some around 7 cents, and no plans to sell the last 40k or so. I'm pretty much a noob, but there's another person's perspective if it means anything.

Hopefully it runs on good news but there's a chance it runs on a pump and dump and I want to profit regardless so that's my justification.

Ultf -- thanks for your reply, sounds like u have a very good
plan if it works out that way. I have 350k shares @ .0090 &
have no experience at all on these penney stocks. I may sit
down & figure something out like you did. Thanks alot.

I can only recommend you take profits along the way. I'm not good at setting sell points, I sell based off the volume/action. If it seems like a good point to take some off the table, I will be.

Like others have already said, take some off the table and keep some for the ride. A profit is a profit, and you need to lock in gains so you have free cash so you can re-buy trading shares at a later time.

Looks like the Promo is taking place tonight, below are two emails I've received already. Not to mention about 20 other emails from folks asking about it and wanting to know more details. Any exposure will help, and with such a small float, this could definitely fly. Add news and we have a mixture for monster profits. Here's the promo emails so far:

"WE here at vote4yourstocks are a great team of investors, and once you guys asked for DNNC we did our DD to see what all the chatter was about. I've been getting emails the past 2 days about DNNC, so i did my DD and found out they are a REAL RUNNER. Only 20m in the float.

There was rumored news on the internet so I contacted the mods on the board, and asked them if they knew anything. They instantly wrote back that the news was expected within the week, since they have been mods on the board for quite sometime we have reason to believe that these rumors are true.

DNNC is our first team pick. Everybody has asked for it, so we have went with it. The great thing about this stock, there's no bashers. Everybody loves the stock and i'll be HITTING the ASK tomorrow morning bright and early.

DNNC is a stock that can run 100-500% in the skip of a minute.

Lots of chatter will be on DNNC over the holiday weekend.

Another 100% gainer?"

Clearly the increased volume over the last few days has been from the promoters ... they always buy the stock before promoting it. Lets see how it plays out.

this is very confusing stock. i am wondering how it drops so much with only 20m float. i imagine a lot of chares are locked up for mid to long term so it flucuates a lot on 200k-500k or so shares ?

the ceo should announce his share buy back or something positive. the last release was his rediculous auto acquisition and then no deal. lol

Well we finally got some news today... but forward-looking statement aren't enough to pump this stock anymore. Sounds in some ways like an apology for the automotive crap. I feel like the letter is lacking in substantial information. I think he just wants to get the yield sign off his pinksheets profile haha. I hope the news we've been waiting for comes around this year.

Donini Inc. to Expand Through Acquisition

MONTREAL -- (Marketwire) -- 02/01/10 --

Peter Deros, President of Donini, Inc

(PINKSHEETS: DNNC), announced today that the Company continues to refine its plans for expansion and will be reviewing the acquisition options as well as growing the current business in the United States in the next month. Mr. Deros explained that Donini will be concentrating only on its core business of the food industry

Mr. Deros stated, "I believe that the best opportunities for growing the Company is through acquiring businesses that have a symbiotic relationship with the pizza and food service business to maximize revenue and profits

By adding businesses that are part of the industry, the Company will be able to gain economies of scale in the operations and offer additional items to its customers." He concluded by stating that Donini has identified several candidates and expects to enter into an agreement this quarter

The Company's current business plans are being finalized for the receipt of the first tranche of funding which will be devoted to the planned upgrade of existing facilities

Yes ugliness today. Sorry all, I made a bad call on this one apparently. Out of the 20 times I talked to the CEO (Deros) last year, he never once sounded as incompetent as he has in his PRs of late.

I dont understand where the panic selling came from today. The financials have been available for quite some time and I dont think anyone was expecting a quick turn-around, I surely wasnt.

I mainly got into this stock for the expansion plans. Deros is saying that expansion will continue as planned, just at a slower rate ... at least according to today's news.

Everyone needs to make up their own mind as to what to do. I'm holding and will continue posting on i-hub and occassionally here if there's something of great relevance worth posting ... otherwise, I'll admit I made a dumb mistake and recommended a stock with a shitty CEO.

My apologies. The China stocks should more than make up for any loss here.

And thats why they play the game.

And to think I got banned over this stock.....hopefully one can see now that an investment should never include the word Guarantee.
