Gotta say I've watched Sevilla's past couple matches and they aren't playing as bad as the results would suggest. I don't know much about Slavia Prague though.

Was watching the Man U/Birmingham game on the weekend and the commentator mentioned Utd have scored more then one goal only once in their past 15 matches, I guess that last game made it 16. Seems incredible although after watching several of their matches this year it doesn't surprise me based on their play. Personally think Roma can win this match.

I maybe shouldn't of said awful, I just think the team had to deal with too many things that took away from there focus on the field like Alves wanting to leave and the death of Antonio Puerta. 1-0 would do hopefully

Congrats HP, hope you cashed on Sevilla. As for my day well if I'm going to go 2-2 I'm glad that the 2 unit game held on. So big thanks to Inter for not giving up a let down goal.

Liverpool - Marseille over 2 & 2.5 -120 2 units

Liverpool turns it on here after a tie against Porto in there first game. They have the talent to score and if Marseille can help me out all the better

Porto pk -105 vs Besiktas 1 unit

Somewhat of a homer play. I do respect this Porto team a lot and there form this year has been outstanding. I'll throw a unit on this game and keep my fingers cross.

Valencia pk & -0.5 -106 vs Chelsea 2 units

Another homer play since I have a real dislike for Chelsea at the moment but without a 100% Terry that mess of a locker room coupled with facing a team with revenge on there mind after being knocked out of the Champions League by this Chelsea team 6 months ago and I'm thinking Chelsea woes continue.

Celtic +0.5 -122 vs AC Milan 1 unit

AC Milan recent form has left a lot to be desired plus winning on Celtic's home pitch isn't easy just ask Manchester United. Also playing the revenge factor as Celtic wants some measure of revenge after being knocked out of the Champions League in a close contest against Milan last year.

Benfica -0.5 +105 vs Shakhtar Donetsk 2 units

Benfica usually plays well at home. Against Shakhtar who is traveling 3000 miles which I hope works against them however it didn't work against Sporting today. Either way if Benfica wants to advance in the Champions League they know they'll need to win this game and i'll back them to do so.

0-3 on 2 unit plays 2-0 on 1 unit plays not the way I wanted to draw that up sadly.

Sunderland +1.5 & +2 vs Arsenal -112 1 unit

While this wouldn't of worked out well with Man U yesterday I'm going against teams who played mid week. Sunderland proved against Man U that they can battle on the road so maybe they can keep a banged up Arsenal team at bay for 90 minutes.

Sunderland - Arsenal under 2.5 & 3 +110

Same reasoning as above.

Reading -139 (3 way line) vs Derby 1 unit

Giving up 7 goals must suck however at home against a weak Derby team i'd still favour team to take the points.

Tottenham +1 -116 vs Liverpool 1 unit

I don't think the Liverpool players are big fans of the rotation policy. With Liverpool banged up i'll place a big on the Spurs not to lose by two here.

Newcastle United +0.5 +113 vs Everton 1 unit

Newcastle at home, very good. Newcastle on the road, awful. luckily there at home here.

Fulham -110 vs Portsmouth 1 unit

Portsmouth is not the type of take to take all the points on the road 2 weeks in the row. I hope I don't eat those words.

Fulham - Portsmouth over 2.5 -102 1 unit

Took a good week off to relax and focus on Portugal epic encounter with Azerbaijan which the good guys won 2-0 while not home free Portugal is now firmly in the drivers seat to qualify for Euro 2008.

Portugal -2 -101 vs Kazakhstan 1 unit

Portugal - Kazakhstan over 2.5 - 3 -129 2 units

Below are the standings from group A

Poland 12 7 3 2 20 10 24
Portugal 11 5 5 1 21 9 20
Finland 12 5 5 2 11 6 20
Serbia 11 4 5 2 13 8 17
Belgium 11 3 3 5 10 14 12
Armenia 9 2 3 4 4 8 9
Kazakhstan 11 1 4 6 9 18 7
Azerbaijan 9 1 2 6 4 19 5

This is Portugal game in hand against Poland and Finland there two main rivals to qualify for Euro 2008. Even if they lose Portugal would be in second place due to goals for/against plus there last two games are at home.

Basically what I'm saying is that Portugal plays its best when they isn't this do or die pressue on them against a team perceived to be lesser then them ala Poland/Serbia ties recently.

They can play there free flowing game and with striker Hugo Almeida scoring his first goal for Portugal against Azerbaijan hopefully that confidence can carry over into this contest which should result to goals being scored.

England - Russia under 2 & 2.5 -129 1 unit

Neither team is going to risk an early goal so I feel it's going to be a tight game for the first 20-30 minutes. The longer this game stays 0-0 the more is plays into Russia's hands. If England go up 1-0 I still don't see Russia opening up there attack til the end of the game hoping for a tie.

Germany - Czech Republic under 2.5 -120 2 units

Germany - Czech Reublic tie +215 (bookmaker) 1 unit

Germany is home free so they don't have a care in the world and all the Czech Republic needs is a tie to make it to Euro 2008. A 0-0 result works just fine even at 1-1 neither team has much of a reason to go for the kill late in the game.

dmmd Russia need all three points today to have a real chance. A draw will hand their fate over to England.
