Very nice man, those seem especially solid today IMO. Also, just wanted to say it looks as if some of the lines I posted last night did improve after the fact :ohno:

Oh well, only a few extra bucks I might miss out on. Congrats to anyone who took advantage of waiting until today lol

GL guys I'll be out all afternoon...Go Yan-- wait what??? I cant say it even now, sorry guys lol

Yankees -1.5 (-110) :puke1:

God do I hate that team so much...pathetic pieces of shit. Terrible start to the day as the Yanks couldnt hit to save their lives with baserunners on, but they hit a bunch of solo homers to win by one friggan run

Thats the first time that happened to me yet this year (RL team winning by just one). On the heels of two semi-disappointing days, I'm feeling a little pessimistic now...really need a nice night tonight to turn things around

ouch man, you're pain is twice mine then :>(

As a Sox fan though, if I'm gonna lose on the Yanks I'd much rather have it be the way it happened yesterday. Just a terrible start to the day as far as I'm concerned...

For anyone wondering, I'm going to be dropping the Indians from my "fade" list. Beat us three times in a row now and to be honest, the Yankees are a "fade" potential team anyway so just not a good matchup for us. Fading the Tribe won quite a bunch of money and was an important part of the first week and a half so I cant complain, just gotta cut the losses on them from last few days and move on to new options. I'll always have my eyes open for new fades/follows because thats the plan behind this whole method. You guys can always feel free to make suggestions, it could probably help me out at times (but make sure you supply strong reasoning because I won't just blindly accept opinions...going to put lots of thought into any changes :103631605)

GL tonight..lets get the rest!

If you can get Royals/Ranger Over at 10 runs, I'd suggest doing it. I'm not making it an official play because I don't have that line (not sure if anyone does), and I'd really like that half run less to be safe. My line is at 10.5 (+100) so it looks like it could possible drop to 10 at some point. Just givin people a heads-up in case it changes, in which case I'd make it official.

I have two locals and one of them is at 10 right now, -110.
The other is 10.5 +105...FWIW

I dont use online sites, so not sure where they are at.
Thanks DJAX.

ya basically I'm just throwing it out there as a wise play if anyone is interested. I hit my one official total play of the season so far and feel like I would've had some success had I bet on many of the ones I've had a hunch about. Its just that I dont usually focus on them so much...so take it FWIW lol

If I get it at 10, I'll be adding it officially...so if you're interested in some action maybe to make up for a frustrating loss or two, like the Yanks RL, I would say thats one of the better ones out there. If you get it at 10, I'd say pull the trigger

Nice call there Ninja. Much better start for you than some of the rest of us lol

I just hate risking twice as much on ML when I obviously must be confident in that team winning...so I always figure why not RL and expect them to win easily?

Congrats though, it works both ways I suppose...GL with the rest we need some wins!

Not gonna take Royals officially since I never got it down to 10. No big deal, I still think those of you who played it will win, but I've got enough action tonight that I'm gonna be picky before adding an extra bet.

Very Very Very Good start in Philly...and so-so start for Florida, scoreless but Nolasco looking a little shaky

All in all, the nights off to a pretty decent start!

Looks right now like this night couldnt possibly get any worse guys, I'm stunned and feel sick to my stomach at the same time.

Our teams blew a 6-run lead, blew a late 3-run lead, lost 2 different RL's by a run, and also had the lead for half of the Twins game before their bullpen imploded. About an hour ago, I thought we were going towards a 5-2 type of night...now I'll be thrilled with 2-5 :puppy:

Also, the total that I mentioned as a possible pick (but didnt quite pull the trigger on) won pretty easily, just to rub some salt in the wound.

I'm so sorry to anyone who followed...can't believe this just happened :ohno:
Partly because of what the final record will be and mostly just because of the ways in which our losses came, I can say this is probably the worst night of gambling I've ever had and thats obviously saying something (as any gambler knows). I'll do my best to stay positive and disciplined and get it back this weekend. And once again, sorry to anyone who was following...

The Phillies really shit the bed. The Twins bullpen is fucking brutal. They got beat up last night.

Fool me twice, shame on me I suppose because those clowns they have in their pen have now lost me easy bets on consecutive nights.

Thank God for Ramon Hernandez!!

This seems like a good time to mention this quote from one of my own posts earlier in this thread. I'm not gonna lie, its mostly to help me move on and keep things in perspective, but also will hopefully help calm down a few other people as well, even after such a terrible night:

"...stay consistent with your units though because you dont want one bad night (which inevitably has to happen a few times over the course of such a long season) to ruin half or more of your hard-earned profits."

I said that after one of the great nights earlier this week trying to keep things in perspective when things were good, now we need it to remind us to stay level after a bad night. I know it wont make people feel any better, but it may help you from going on tilt and we'll focus on grinding it back rather than getting anxious and greedy. GL guys, lets get the last ones PLEASE GOD

I dont wanna say thank anything for Ramon Hernandez...as soon as he hit it, I figured it was just gonna be a cruel joke messing with us once again on this type of day...looks like I may be right ^<<^

Sounds like a plan to me! 2 run double. 9-7 with a pair of runner still in scoring position.

I don't want to jinx anything...so I'll just shut the hell up

Ahhhhh go for it man! We've had horrendous luck for no apparent reason so far so can it really get any worse??? LOL

Lets get Morneau up to the plate here with a chance to take the lead! If we get that, then we got everything we could possibly ask for
