I actually had a very small losing day on Saturday, too, but only three total losing days overall, so I deifnitely cant complain. Yesterday was my worst day of the season so far...the first time I lost more than a unit. I think I'll bounce back today and make up for it but we shall see lol

Ya alot of the teams I thought had good value to follow or fade seemed to leave us with very high ML dogs, which isnt my favorite scenario (to be on either side of those), but the fact is that I was shocked by how high the Royals line was. Even the Reds line was a bit fishy to me...gotta love going against the public's favorites it always gives you a little added value.

Doesnt look good so far...lots of bullshit going on.
Chris Dickerson is officially my least favorite baseball player. For some reason he hits in the no. 2 slot for Cincy and he sucks at hitting, blowing every opportunity he gets. Then he makes an error that costs Reds 3 unearned runs to break a 2-2 tie and pretty much blow that whole game. Otherwise, we had Reds +200 and wouldve been moving into bullpen territory which is Reds one advantage over Cubs at this point. Fuck Chris Dickerson.
Oh...and the Royals are trying to set some kind of record for GIDP. Ughhh....extremely annoyed so far, need the late games to pick us up.

...anybody wondering why you keep units consistent, here you go. Just look at tonight. Absolutely nothing is breaking our way and sometimes you just hafta realize that luck is completely against you.
Everything possible was breaking our way last Monday and Tuesday, then after a rather even stretch of four or five days, the luck has totally turned against us. Anything that can go wrong, has gone wrong tonight and this week is shaping up to be pretty terrible. I don't know what else to say other than luck is just with you sometimes and (more often) against you. Tonight it was wayyyy against us.
Ugly evening...gonna be at least -5.0 units and when things are going like this I fully expect 0-7 at this point. We'll see...the only consolation is knowing that I've been wrong on everything else today

Not losing my confidence, I plan to come right back with all the usual types of picks tomorrow. I'm just worried because in general, I'm a very unlucky person and a lot of people who know me can attest to that lol

I'll let everyone figure out which ones lost and which ONE actually won. Horrible night and a very sobering last few days. This means we've lost almost 3 units in the past 7 days, so technically we've had a losing week starting w/ last Wednesday. Basically, be careful with my upcoming picks, clearly things arent working as they had been (don't be fooled by the overall units won). Nevertheless, I'll be back at it tomorrow with the same gameplan and I'll be betting them all for 1 Unit, as usual. Things could easily turn around and I'm certainly not going to be too upset with one bad night given that before the season I wouldve been thrilled to have +23 units so early in the year. Still, its not very much fun and doesnt make me feel very optimistic...we'll see what happens tomorrow, its time to get back on track!
