Thanks shd01, if your looking for service plays or anything that could give you an edge you might find it posted in the service thread. We have members like gmrcharity who post a ton of paid service plays, a chatter thread that has stats, trends, horse selections etc... check it out it's the best place to go to especially during football season.
My 2 cents on the RX is that it seems alot of quality posters have left the site due to various things which is by their doing or which Mods didnt like what they were doing which is in their means and cant blame them as you have to play be the rules of the RX.Also the Horse forum seems like it has died as when Oldmanted was a mod he used to put up the Race of the Day and would be a popular thing to have in there and have some banter going on and posters giving out selections.To me now the RX has slowed somewhat IMO and faces I dont even know on here anymore which is a shame because in the hayday this place was very popular but things change and with the offshores having issues just dont know what the future holds for sites like the RX.
I've been around here since pinnacle barred us players just after the bcs title game maybe a decade ago....it was a wealth of information for that situation and I know many many others who have also been assisted with the minefield that is the offshore industry. I dont play offshore anymore so my time on the rx is now limited but I love the contests and play in just about every one we have..ive also gotten numerous other people to join the rx for these contests....with the downfall of the offshore experience and the increase of interest in gambling its imo a no brainer that contests could be the lifeblood of traffic here....even though this is an offshore forum I think opening the door to fantasy sports, domestic horse adws and even possibly micro stock advertising could create additional sources of revenue.. ...
Only some people do. I only got my last 2-3 bars in the last few weeks.
I wouldn't start a thread pointing that out, but that's just me. I think that everybody around here is equal. Don't let anybody tell you that they are better than you around here because of some green bars.
GRAVY,i agree with you 100% on what you said.hell for a while now i tried to get a bunch of guys together for march madness in vegas and its like pulling teeth to get anyone to want to hang out.in the past as you said we had a great bunch of guys that would always want to get together in vegas and we had fun.but ive hit rock bottom as far as getting a group together and thats even a small one,it just is not like it used to be,no interest whatsoever from the group that is around these days.
hell i was on another forum and just mentioned it slangly and what a difference as the responces are building.i also know a lot of people who live in vegas are here at the rx and they don't even want to say yea,lets do this,its a great time,but no,no interest at all.
so im done trying to get people to hook up,hell ive lived in vegas,i go back out usually twice a year a lot,so im going to do my thing as always,i know one thing,ill have fun for the week im there,and don't care about what anybody else is doing.i also have family out there and i have 2 days planned with them so i won't be lacking for something to do thats for sure
