you shouldn't take it so personally when people aren't willing or trying to meet up. if the rx put a bash together i'm sure people would show up.

always been touts and hustlers, but its definitely more than ever lately

I think the touts and hustlers don't really gamble, while the recreational player (the vast majority) are going by the wayside because of the state of offshore.
