a big thank you to ingolstadt for blowing a 3-1 HT home lead to lose to one of the worst teams in II (maybe a bit dramatic ) ...broke even (the real kind and not the scamdicapper way) so i'm not super pissed but tough lost.

i know bayern have only conceeded one goal in 7 league games, 4 CL games and even the german cup...so maybe they will need all 4. But they did play midweek and an emotional win (so i hear) about city..perhaps the letoff game that is bound to happen and a 2-2 or 2-1 home win..munich is winning with defense but i suspect a big wide open game

seems just a bit too high not to take although city could easily win 0-2 0-3...but City with just 1 win by 2+ in 10 Premier League games H2h...and i know some will say but they didn't have Dzeko, Nasri and co. But off pitch distraction (and the fact they played midweek) can play a factor...in any case odds seem far too high for me to skip.

i could see a 1-1 score but both clubs and 2-1 on o/u home/away and sunderland with 3 straight overs. Last year was a 2-3 WBA road win and with both clubs thinking they can win here should go for it....might linger at 0-0 1-1 but i think we will see my favourite scoreline 1-2 2-1..

i like the idea of both home teams being over crazy at home playing against 2 clubs that are under but both 2-2 on o/u on the road. Both had an over H2H in 2010 and both home clubs not afraid to go for goals at the expense of defence....

i think this game ends 3-0 home side but dresden might manage a goal - 1860 4-0 at home and 3 out of 4 by more than a goal and 4+ goals in them. Dresden 0-4 on the road - losing 2 by more than a goal and 3 out of 4 having at least 3 goals in them. It really should be an easy enough home win but getting that 4th goal might be tough....3-1 would be perfect

i think furth will win but i hate the idea of taking road teams at the odds given in given. Odds certainly suggest their will be goals in duisburg and i understand the reason but i'm not convinced paderborn will be such an over friendly over the long run. So just one game in II Sunday

Bolton v Chelsea
Chelski -1 -122 - 1.22 to win 1 unit
with united and citeh both winning no question cheslki will want to keep up (not that teams need reasons to win). But hard to ignore the road record vs Bolton along with the way bolton have started....0-5 road lost to united and a 3-0 crushing by arsenal adds to the idea that bolton might struggle vs the top teams in england. H2H in bolton Chelsea have won 8 straight and 6 by more than a goal...last 2 games have been 4-0 chelsea wins. Not a great road start for chelsea but stoke is proving to be a tough opponent and united is always a hard game. I'd love another 4-0 win but i'll settle for 2-0.

glad I added the over...1860 definitely didn't show up or i completely misread the game..i am counting the chelsea -1 as a win even though it is only HT...so 2-1 early morning.

EPL
Swansea v Stoke
Stoke Draw No Bet aka pick +110 - 0.90 to win 1 unit

i might really be sucked into this one but why exactly are swansea favoured other than being a home side. Stoke has to be one of the stories of the EPL - 2-3-1 in the EPL, beating Spurs in the Cup and great results vs Besiktas and Kiev in EUROPA. Swansea have played well at home beatin WBA and drawing to Sunderland and Wigan...but other than netting 3 vs WBA they struggle to score. The only other goal scored was a late one vs Chelsea who had already counted the 3 points. Stoke lost 4-0 on the road to Sunderland but it was sandwiched between a EUROPA trip to Ukraine and a Carling Cup clash vs the spurs...hard to imagine their heads and legs were into the sunderland match. They did beat WBA and drew to Norwich on the road. Norwich was another promotion side but they have shown they have a much better chance of staying in the top flight than Swansea. Perhaps a 0-0 game but if there is a winner i think Stoke will get it...but i wouldn't play them straight up to win.

fulham have drawn far too many times to consider them and as i have said 40 times i don't bet matches with Arsenal (very often)...like J-Money the over is the obvoius bet but it is still a derby and was the spurs thinking they will finish higher than us this year (haha...idiots) i think arsenal will win and shown the north north side we are still better. But i wouldn't bet it..

some nice matches in Spain and the Juve v Milan game is interesting so maybe a couple of plays..esp if Stoke win.

Armenia v FYR Macedonia
Armenia -1 +120 - 0.83 to win 1 unit
still no love for armenia for the bookies despite their excellent play. With both Russia and Ireland playing on the road anything can happen and Armenia can slip into a qualifying/playoff round with a win. In any case their game will be long over both Russia and Ireland play. Armenia are coming off a 4-0 road win vs Slovakia and did manage a draw vs Russia at home. Macedonia are done in the tournee and will be missing some players .. .most notible Pandev. Macedonia only lost by 1 against both Russia and Ireland on the road so perhaps tough to for a 2+ win by Armenia but solid defense and motivation is definitely in their favour.

Azerbaijan v Austria
over 2, 2.5 goals -110 - 1.10 to win 1 unit
both teams are done so hopefully they can put on a show for the few fans that go to these games. Azerbaijan seem like they go for goals and manage to score at least 1 in all 4 home matches including games against Belgium, and Germany...Austria is a team that will also play an open style with plenty of scores and scored 2 vs Germany and 4 vs Belgium. If Austria have any interest in this game they should win 1-2 1-3 but i could definitely see a home win here.

Cyprus v Denmark
Denmark -1 -135 - 1.35 to win 1 unit
to be perfectly honest this has very little value in it but i really don't see Denmark slipping up. Cyprus is a tough team and have only lost 1 home qualifying match by more than a goal in 6 matches but it was their last game and 4-0 to portugal. (and let's not forget they actually lost to CANADA!)....But much like Armenia - Denmark really cannot lose their focus and waste wins vs Norway and on the road to Iceland by losing/drawing today. Denmark play at home vs Portugal so realistically a win here would nearly guarantee a top 2 place (i imagine they'd beat Norway of Goal Diffence) with a home chance of beating Portugal and automatic EURO place. Tough fight, bad odds and need 2 goals to win - not a great play but i think denmark win...hopefully 2-0 like Iceland.

Serbia v Italy
Serbia 0, -0.5 -118 - 1.18 to win 1 unit
I am hoping the italian players will care much more about league play then this one seeing how they've already wrapped up the group. Perhaps the goal for the players is just to make it out of the stadium unhurt by fan violence...and one way to do that is to play a safe no tackle 1-0 lost and move on. I wouldn't want to provoke the Serb fans after the last time these two teams met in Italy. With Slovenia being the last match if Serbia can win they'd wrap up 2nd and not worry about that match..Italy like the big clubs will try and keep a undefeated group stage but Serbia are legit and they have been playing quite well of late....

Andorra v Ireland
under 3 goals -103 - 1.03 to win 1 unit
i assume ireland will win and hopefully they do that with a clean sheet. Andorra are terrible but at home they tend to keep a tight game losing 2-0 to both russia and Macedonia and 1-0 to Slovakia. Armenia managed 3 goals and the third was a stoppage time goal so it was very close to 2-0. Ireland on the road 4Gf:1Ga in 4 matches. Goal difference probably will not help Ireland vs Armenia but could against Russia so i think Ireland could try and put 4+ on the board but i don't see that team doing it..and Andorra should play very very tight....ultimately Ireland should score and then look to the next game which will really decide Group B. 2-0 Ireland and maybe 3-0...but not 4-0 5-0....

russia is a never bet team - with ireland playing a winnable game russia needs at least a draw but they can easily lay a giant egg in slovakia...no bet but i think Russia gets the win. A lot of the other games are piss poor odds or teams that need draws to advance etc...so i don't know.

i had it at the -0.75 last night and knew the odds would go up but i waited til morning to bet so now the AH-1...too bad. Hudders did beat tranmere 2-0 so hopefully the same score. Charlton well on their way from promotion and bowed out of the JPT no doubt to concentrate on the league (although brentford did play very well). Tranmere is a tough game for charlton of late (2 draws in a row at home) but in a bit of a bad run on form of late.

brage winning would go a long way to secure at least a relegation playoff spot but they conceed far too many goals on the road and Vasteras will be playing for their Superettan lives. Brage 9 overs in 13 road matches but haven't been scoring of late. Both teams have been giving up tons of goals but they don't play against each others offense...(if that makes sense)..should be a nervous tight start but hopefully an early goal to open this up and get the 4 goals.

Qviding FIF v Ljungskile

i don't think i've ever taken a road team to need to win by 2 goals before...in the long run that would be a risky move. Ljungskile are 5 points clear of relegation but after this game will play 2 tough games to end the year. They play road match Brommapojkarna and a home game against Brage who might be playing for their Superettan lives. So basically if Ljungskile can beat up on bottom feeders Qviding they will be safe...a lost or draw and although unlikely they can be in trouble. In any case Qviding 0-4-9 at home and just 1 win in 27 matches this year. Not to mention 1 draw 0 wins in their last 12. So tough because it is hard to win by 2+ on the road (if you aren't all that good to begin with) but a game I do not doubt Ljungskile will be focused on.

the IF Brommapojkarna v Degerfors IF game is tough...degerfors can still win promotion and with angelholm's schedule Bromm pretty much know their season is done as far as relegation/promotion. So perhaps motivation will be with degerfors but that doesn't mean they will actually get a result...very tough match to call.

so searching for a 3rd game to come but these start soon

Notts could be missing both defendors Mike Edwards and Krystian Pearce - both players are very important defendors and should help Hartlepool scoring. Kinda early to rely on stats but it definitely leans towards the over and if Notts are missing those 2 players it should create some chances for Hartlepool...hopefully a winner and a 1-2 2-1 game.
