You claim to have a "great life" and claim to be married with children. Those claims are laughable and preposterous.

You have double, read that again dipshit, double the posts I have on this Web site yet have been a member less than 2 years longer than me.
You can grasp what that means, right?

Oh JAYZUS I've seen vitterd get thrashed before of course like vitterd dismantled smacked down like badly but this thread here is shaping up to be the worst thrashing vitterd has suffered thus far.

I'm just gonna save the word BOOM in Wordpad and copypasta it going forward cuz vitterd is getting Roasted up in here.

Yes, we know you found someone that agrees with you and you will now hold this guy up as God on the subject. People disagree with his opinion though

Of course people disagree. The salient point is, people shouldn't lose their job for voicing their opinion.

The bottom line, is that Curt Schilling should never, ever lose his job and livelihood because he expressed his opinion about a controversial issue, on Facebook.

He didn't make this statement on ESPN... He expressed a widely held opinion, one that is the fucking law in different places in the US. He expressed an opinion
that perhaps the fucking majority of people hold in this country.

But, since we live in a liberal-infested fucked-up PC environment, he has to lose his job? His means of supporting his family? Bullshit, and Fuck ESPN.

I suppose the former Psychiatrist-in-Chief at John Hopkins Hospital, and current distinguished professor of Psychiatry should lose his job too? WTF

Johns Hopkins Psychiatrist: Transgender is ‘Mental Disorder;' Sex Change ‘Biologically Impossible’

(CNSNews.com) -- Dr. Paul R. McHugh, the former psychiatrist-in-chief for Johns Hopkins Hospital and its current Distinguished Service Professor of Psychiatry, said that transgenderism is a “mental disorder” that merits treatment, that sex change is “biologically impossible,” and that people who promote sexual reassignment surgery are collaborating with and promoting a mental disorder.
Dr. McHugh, the author of six books and at least 125 peer-reviewed medical articles, made his remarks in a recentcommentary in the Wall Street Journal, where he explained that transgender surgery is not the solution for people who suffer a “disorder of ‘assumption’” – the notion that their maleness or femaleness is different than what nature assigned to them biologically.
He also reported on a new study showing that the suicide rate among transgendered people who had reassignment surgery is 20 times higher than the suicide rate among non-transgender people. Dr. McHugh further noted studies from Vanderbilt University and London’s Portman Clinic of children who had expressed transgender feelings but for whom, over time, 70%-80% “spontaneously lost those feelings.”
While the Obama administration, Hollywood, and major media such as Timemagazine promote transgenderism as normal, said Dr. McHugh, these “policy makers and the media are doing no favors either to the public or the transgendered by treating their confusions as a right in need of defending rather than as a mental disorder that deserves understanding, treatment and prevention.”

“This intensely felt sense of being transgendered constitutes a mental disorder in two respects. The first is that the idea of sex misalignment is simply mistaken – it does not correspond with physical reality. The second is that it can lead to grim psychological outcomes.”
The transgendered person’s disorder, said Dr. McHugh, is in the person’s “assumption” that they are different than the physical reality of their body, their maleness or femaleness, as assigned by nature. It is a disorder similar to a “dangerously thin” person suffering anorexia who looks in the mirror and thinks they are “overweight,” said McHugh.
This assumption, that one’s gender is only in the mind regardless of anatomical reality, has led some transgendered people to push for social acceptance and affirmation of their own subjective “personal truth,” said Dr. McHugh. As a result, some states – California, New Jersey, and Massachusetts – have passed laws barring psychiatrists, “even with parental permission, from striving to restore natural gender feelings to a transgender minor,” he said.
The pro-transgender advocates do not want to know, said McHugh, that studies show between 70% and 80% of children who express transgender feelings “spontaneously lose those feelings” over time. Also, for those who had sexual reassignment surgery, most said they were “satisfied” with the operation “but their subsequent psycho-social adjustments were no better than those who didn’t have the surgery.”

“And so at Hopkins we stopped doing sex-reassignment surgery, since producing a ‘satisfied’ but still troubled patient seemed an inadequate reason for surgically amputating normal organs,” said Dr. McHugh.
The former Johns Hopkins chief of psychiatry also warned against enabling or encouraging certain subgroups of the transgendered, such as young people “susceptible to suggestion from ‘everything is normal’ sex education,” and the schools’ “diversity counselors” who, like “cult leaders,” may “encourage these young people to distance themselves from their families and offer advice on rebutting arguments against having transgender surgery.”
Dr. McHugh also reported that there are “misguided doctors” who, working with very young children who seem to imitate the opposite sex, will administer “puberty-delaying hormones to render later sex-change surgeries less onerous – even though the drugs stunt the children’s growth and risk causing sterility.”
Such action comes “close to child abuse,” said Dr. McHugh, given that close to 80% of those kids will “abandon their confusion and grow naturally into adult life if untreated ….”
“’Sex change’ is biologically impossible,” said McHugh. “People who undergo sex-reassignment surgery do not change from men to women or vice versa. Rather, they become feminized men or masculinized women. Claiming that this is civil-rights matter and encouraging surgical intervention is in reality to collaborate with and promote a mental disorder.”

He obviously didn't get fired for his opinion on the law. He got fired for posting a meme that mocks trans people and the situation. If he expressed his opinion intelligently and not communicate like stupid people do (memes) then maybe he would still have a job?

Broussard has spoken out against gays, who have much more support than trans people, and he still works for ESPN.

This isn't the first time Curt has gotten a little wild with the memes either.

ESPN suspended that 1 chick for making fun of the fat girl at the toe truck place a year ago.

Obviously leash is pretty short over there.

Amazing in this current climate, people still make a big deal of hating Muslims. I hate Muslims and consider them pure vile filth.

Back in WW 2, it was completely acceptable to hate Japan and even after WW 2. American Japs were put in camps on US soil just because we couldn't trust them. Do it to the Muslims and there is an uproar about it

When you use the term "pure vile filth," you oughta take a look in the mirror. The internment of Japanese American citizens was one of the darkest events in US history, but you're a fucking moron and don't understand that.

Even though he was the integral part of one of my favorite moments in baseball, no, sports history-the Bloody Sock game against the Yankees-he has long been scum and probably should've been fired long ago. Whatta surprise he tried to use the old, "I didn't write that" defense...

You think by calling everyone an idiot makes you intelligent? Why are you here? You are not a voice of reason.

And a fucking moron who claims that the US couldn't trust an entire race-or an entire religious group-is? You're a waste of life.

I find it funny that conservatives have a legit concern about this issue but if you bring it up in any way, you're automatically labeled as "intolerant" with all of these goofs refusing to visit your state.

"If you don't share my opinion, fuck you." "I will punish you until you give in and make you believe what I believe."

I mean, that's the mentality.

Smart enough to stay under the radar? Too funny. You cannot be a real person ......this has to be an act .....a real person can't possibly have the thoughts you have. Impossible.

I hope to God you're right, but, sadly, I don't that you are.

No such thing had ever happened. Acebb was voted most worthless poster for a reason. This was an easy knockout for me today....just because the same 3 morons post the same stupid opinion doesn't mean they are thrashing anybody. I came in with facts and common sense while you fools came with pictures of transgenders.

Great job!! Lmao

They concern is phony. They don't like the lifestyle so they try to hide behind some " protect the children" narrative. Have you read the conservative responses in here? Name calling, pictures, videos......you call that quality responses with legit concerns? Go back and read where they call me someone who " lusts after children"......that was real quality stuff

The concern to you is phony is what you mean. The concern is not phony to me.

If I had a daughter, I'd punch a person with a penis in the face if they went into the bathroom she was in. That's just the bottom line.

But my point still stands, why the protests and all the hoopla just because a conservative state has a different opinion? Libs are just trying to strong arm NC and it isn't working.

True on Curt being lacking of a good Meme Filter.

In his Brain.

There is a place for Curt though....I expect that he will land on his feet.

There is not a place at this moment for him but we do need a space wherein Sports can be reported without Politically Correct Barbed Wire surrounding the Broadcast Studio and a RoboCop poised to terminate them for expressing their opinion.

Right or Wrong.

Festering Zit won this debate when he posted that Curt should be able to express himself.

That is the most important point here.

Other than not letting potential threats with cocks and no self restraint into the bathroom with little girls.

Might be harder to explain to your daughter why you're punching a woman who didn't even give her a second look when going into her private stall ... but that's up to you.

It isn't about strong arming....just about treating all equally. That's all.

Nobody stopped him from expressing himself.

We all have choices to make in life.

Do you wanna be gainfully employed by the worldwide leader in sports or post memes on facebook? Baseball tonight is a pretty cushy gig, the tradeoff for that is you have to conduct yourself like an adult out of work. Your held to a higher standard.

He wasn't fired for his views, he was fired for his lack of professionalism.

Memes like that don't advance discussion on serious subject matter.
