You want to debate someone that Steph Curry is not a great shooter/player?

It`s 2016 not 1980 or 1990.....The guy has been tearing up the NBA the last 2 seasons.

The guy wins a championship last season along with the league MVP.

Good chance his team wins another championship and he wins another league MVP.

Give it a rest......Agree on something for once in your life.

This is the kind of post that just drives me outta this place. Here we are having a very good discussion on NBA basketball and you say something to elevate to another level when there's no need at all. What's the point?

I've not once said in this entire thread SC is not a great shooter or player. Never happened never will.

"Pure PG" is really just some subjective interpretation of how you think the position should be played.

All that really matters is how much you contribute to your team winning, this is all we really want to measure. Not really that you stylistically matchup with some type of prototype people have in their heads.

I guess Stockton is more of a "pure PG" than Curry, so is Steve Nash. So is Bob Cousy. Jason Kidd, Chris Paul etc

Enfuego is gone because Greenbacks said he isn't agreeable?

Good job greenbacks, look what you did. Bully tactics you probably learned from Trump.

Cool. You guys have a good one. I can't say anything in these threads anymore without you guys making it personal.

Catch you in a few months.

No one cares if you stay or if you go. But Christ, loosen the fuck up. Please tell me you're not this big of a pussy in real life.

My thoughts exactly...and to think, this guy says he served our Country. I wouldn't want him in my squadron, that is for sure.

The Warriors really do have the perfect team for him as well. Green is probably the best pick and roll guy you could have for Curry. When he catches the ball in the midrange/3pt area there really isn't a ton you can do with his bball IQ. Best option is to just hope he misses some 3's but he is a way better offensive player than last year. Most people who just watch the playoffs probably think "Ehh GS, they struggled with Cleveland with all their injuries" but Green's development basically added an all-star to a 65 win team.

Coaching matters more than people think too. Mark Jackson had no clue how to coach that team, I remember watching them in preseason early last year and thinking they were going to get significantly better by getting rid of him. Curry is better than he was 2 years ago, but he probably could've been unleashed like this sooner.

Time needs to play out but after reading this thread it's safe to assume that Curry is gonna be a top 10 PG of all time and the 2nd best player of all time to Jordan
