Did you read the law?

THIS is what the Constitution says:

8 U.S.C. 1182(f):

"Suspension of Entry, or Imposition of Restrictions made by the President of the United States. WHENEVER the President finds, that the entry of ANY ALIEN, or of ANY CLASS of Aliens, into the United States, would DETRIMENTAL to the Interests of the United States, he may, BY PROCLAMATION, an for SUCH PERIOD he shall DEEM NECESSARY, SUSPEND ENTRY of ALL Aliens, or ANY CLASS of Aliens, as Immigrants, or non-Immigrants, or IMPOSE on the entry of Aliens ANY RESTRICTIONS, he may DEEM to be appropriate."

You thought "U.S.C." meant "United States Constitution," didn't you?

The glory hole called and you are late for your shift !
Speaking of Glory holes, since you're scared shitless to meet Vit in Philly, you can take a trip up to Canada and I'm sure Casper will take you around to his favorite spots and introduce you to his boys. I'm sure you'll have a gay old time.

The judicial branch interprets the law.

You missed my point. The decision was based solely on the courts political slant and disdain for the current POTUS and we all know it. The Federal Statutes are clearly on the side of the administration in this case as spelled out in existing case law. It's not even debatable.

Thankfully, we still have courts to decide and interpret law, and not clueless internet posters with political agendas. At least until we totally become a Dictatorship, and the Courts are ignored.

You can't remove a federal judge for making a ruling you disagree with, which is what you were advocating.

First of all, impeachment by the House of Representatives followed by conviction by the Senate. See the Good Behavior Clause.

Second, impeachment isn't the only way to remove a federal judge.

Lastly, the Ninth Circuit is EXTREMELY The Gooser-like liberal. No surprise it is the most overturned circuit court in the country.

Greenbacks articulated it perfectly:

"FUCK OFF JUDGES!"

No, it's not.

Actually, it is a straight forward standing, stay, and procedural due process ruling. But, if you don't know what U.S.C. stands for, you have no chance to understand this.

Except they played a political position on it. Its all about the money regardless. HB1. Cheap labor.

The law gives the power to the POTUS to ban immigrants in threat of national security. Either you agree with Trump or not, this ban should have been lifted because its the law.

Regardless of political stances of the judges, they have to obey the law. Its their opinion that there is no terror threat with these people coming in. Just like Trumps position to think there is a threat.

Seriously, what part of the law don't you understand?

The judges obeyed the law, as have every judge who has heard this case, as did Sally Yates when she indicated she couldn't enforce it because in her legal opinion, it was Unconstitutional. The only ones disobeying the law, so far unsuccessfully thankfully, is the Idiot Drumpf. And the Beta snowflakes who need daddy to take care of them against the evil Mooslims, that support him.

What 'law' would that be?

The same law that says abortion is a "human right" and f-a-g "marriage" is constitutional? The same law which says the government has a RIGHT to FORCE you to buy health insurance? The "separation of church and state" law (I know it's here somewhere!)? Which law, dumpf?

Like I said, reigning in these radical judges and stripping them of their powers is LONG overdue.

The issue is the green cards and visas. That is the holes in the EO. He should just write a new EO prohibiting anyone without correct documentation. The beta folks are in the D party. Thats proven.

I dont really put much into the 9th circuit knowing their history of having things overturned by the SC.

True Alpha's aren't huddled in fear and scared of people who look different then them, and have different ideas then them, so much that they want to keep them out of their country, and need daddy to protect them.

What Trump needs to do is rewrite the EO in such a way that these radical judges can't strike down. Now that Sessions is the AG, he can help him do just that.

This was a Soros-backed and funded lawsuit deliberately intended to end up in the anti-Trump Ninth Circuit.

Trump just needs roll up his sleeves and outsmart and outmaneuver these libtards.

Btw, Hussein ignored the courts on several rulings and nothing happened to him.

Who is huddled? Who is out protesting rather than going to work and raising families. Most people just dont want a bunch of refugees coming into the country without going througj the appropriate screening. Who pays for all these prople coming in and what assets do they bring to the table?
