The only reason he is President is because the political class failed so the country had had no choice. He's the best we could do and he's instinctively right about the big issues of the day that both parties got wrong (globalization, mass migration and all those issues entail) but he's still just a flawed man. I've noticed a change in his tone, he's a little more somber. The tone that he's Mr. Know it all, is not a good one right now. But besides him not being able to help himself when he speaks, action wise, what should he be doing differently right now?
He is being highly medicated (tranquilizers) prior to these 7-9 minute televised appearances which demand he be standing
Unfortunately, his deteriorating mental state likely produces a "non-somber" presentation within next 24-48 hrs and the beat goes on.

I am in no way a Trump guy, I wish him the best as he is our president, but don't really approve of much of what he does nor how he speaks. But come on, he isn't being tranquilized, that is silly right win conspiracy talk in reverse.... Sometimes reality hits so hard that even an ego manic can eventually be humbled by it...which I believe right now is the case of his different demeanor. I actually thought he did well today. I am sure he will be overjoyed once he hears I approved.
I agree 100%, I've never backed him, from the get go. I don't care for his personality, and don't think he's all that bright either. I like his foreign policy, but that's about it.

The vaccine cannot cause Covid-19 but contains a harmless genetic code copied from the virus that causes the disease.
Experts say it will still take many months to know if this vaccine, or others also in research, will work.
The first person to get the jab on Monday was a 43-year-old mother-of-two from Seattle.
"This is an amazing opportunity for me to do something," Jennifer Haller told AP.
Scientists around the world are fast-tracking research.
And this first human trial, funded by the National Institutes of Health, sidesteps a check that would normally be conducted - making sure the vaccine can trigger an immune response in animals.
