“Over the weekend we spoke with one big Clinton donor, who says that they’re ready to jump to Biden if he gets in,” Goldman said. “They don’t know where Clinton’s email story is headed, and they’re disappointed in how her campaign is handling it.”

As Marco Rubio said the other day, we have 17 great candidates to choose from and their party can't even come up with one.

Democrats are beyond a joke.

You know things are really heading south for the Hildabeast when she (it's) lost Mika...

Mika Brzezinski: Hillary Is ‘Dependent On People Not Being Smart, Which I Think Is Really Condescending’ [VIDEO]

Joe Scarborough: Mika, it’s so horrible. The public relations campaign really has depended on people listening to what the Clinton spinners are saying, never reading the newspaper, never, never paying attention to any of the news coverage over the past six months and the ignoring of objective facts. Our friend, Howard Dean, yesterday was on a Sunday show and it was unbelievable what he was saying. Just none of it true.

Mika Brzezinski: She didn’t break rules.

Scarborough: Not true.

Brzezinski: She didn’t break policy.

Scarborough: Not true.

Brzezinski: This is a strategy that is basically dependent on people not being smart, which I think is really condescending. It’s, you know, she did break rules, she did break policy and they’re kind of moving the conversation to whether some were classified or not and that middle ground. Let’s back up to whether or not having your own server at your home and then based out of the bathroom in Colorado was policy. Was it? Can anyone here at the table tell me that she followed policy? Look at me in the eye and tell me that she followed policy and didn’t break rules.

Scarborough: Of course she didn’t, of course she didn’t. And Willie, we keep going back to the U.N. press conference. What she said at the U.N. press conference, so many of those things have been proven wrong, including classified information. Claiming, maybe it’s marked. It’s classic Clinton, where they’re trying to parse every word. And it’s, it’s just really hurting her.

EXCLUSIVE: A Maserati, a Ferrari, a Bentley, a Porsche (and supermodel Christie Brinkley) - the VERY one per cent turn out to raise funds for Hillary Clinton's efforts to 'shuffle the pack'

  • Exclusive Daily Mail Online pictures reveal how supermodel, 61, was guest at elite fundraiser in the Hamptons, NY
  • Donors arrived in expensive cars including Maserati, Ferrari Spirder, Porsche, Jaguar XKR and Bentley convertibles
  • Before the fundraiser Clinton tweeted: 'When you see that you've got CEOs making 300x what the average worker is making, you know the deck is stacked'
  • Democratic front runner is in $50,000 a week vacation rental but will campaign in Cleveland, Ohio, this week

She has announced her intention to ‘shuffle the pack’ to help the beleaguered middle classes but when it comes to Hillary Clinton’s own fundraising efforts the deck seems pretty firmly stacked in favor of the rich and powerful.

These exclusive pictures taken by Daily Mail Online show guests arriving at the Water Mill, Long Island home of Selma and Artie Rabin who hosted a fundraiser for Mrs Clinton on Saturday evening. Rabin is an apparel company magnate and the co-owner of the Brooklyn Nets basketball team.
Mrs Clinton arrived first with her entourage in a blacked out SUV that turned out to be by far the most modest car of the day.
While some guests opted for a limousine drop off, a Maserati, a Bentley, a vintage Mercedes worth $150,000, a Jaguar and a Porsche were among the impressive array of luxury cars to roll up at the Rabins' imposing home.

Guests were then ferried to the door of the property in golf carts – no doubt sparing a fair number of Louboutins and Manolos from the harsh crunch of the gravel driveway.
The conspicuous wealth on display may go some way to explaining why with traditional contributions of more than $47million, the majority from individuals, Clinton has raised far more than other presidential contenders for her own campaign - as opposed to so-called Super PACs, which can raise unlimited amounts from corporations as well as individuals.
According to the Federal Election Commission Jeb Bush's personal campaign has received $11.4million while Bernie Sanders has raised $15.2million.
Guests to the Saturday soiree included senator Cory Booker, designer Donna Karan, comedienne Joy Behar and restaurateur Peter Glazier. Bill Clinton, who arrived separately from his wife, daughter Chelsea and her husband Marc Mezvinsky - from from their Italian vacation - were also there.
Brinkley, 61, was the highest-profile guest. She has not previously endorsed Mrs Clinton, but she did campaign actively in 2000 for Al Gore when he lost the presidential race to George W Bush, going to the 2000 Democratic National Convention in Los Angeles to speak for the then vice-president.
According to New York Post’s Page Six Mrs Clinton seemed ‘energetic’ and spoke for 15 minutes about building on the achievements of the past eight years, creating a better life for future generations including her granddaughter Charlotte and testifying before the House Select Committee on Benghazi in October.

Self-appointed champion of the middle-classes, Mrs Clinton is currently vacationing in the East Hampton hamlet of Amagansett in a $50,000 a week beachfront property.
She and Bill were seen strolling on the Hamptons beach with their pet dogs Tally and Maisie last Friday, enjoying the first day of the two week break which will set them back $100,000 in rent alone.
Chelsea, husband Marc and Mrs Clinton’s granddaughter Charlotte are also expected to spend time in the opulent property that boasts a 50ft swimming pool, lush manicured lawns, private beach access and a spacious and airy interior should the heat of the summer prove too much.
The Clintons rented the four-bedroom home from Republican donor and art collector Andre Nasser and his real estate guru wife, Lois. It is the same mansion that they rented for their summer vacation last year.

Magnificent: The home the Clintons are renting is one of the best available for rentals in the Hamptons, with its own grounds, four bedrooms and space for entertaining

The property comes with a modern kitchen that has a breakfast table with six chairs. There is also a separate dining table in the living room, a side area with windows and a lounge for relaxing. A circular drive leads up to the three storey property which has imposing Romanesque columns on the portico.
And while Mrs Clinton may officially be taking a break from the ardors of the campaign trail she has a busy schedule of fundraising and socializing ahead.
On August 30 she will attend a pancake breakfast at the home of investor and venture capitalist, Alan Patricof and wife Susan longtime summer residents of East Hampton and Democratic Party supporters.
After breakfast Mrs Clinton will travel to Southampton for a lunch hosted by designer Tory Burch before travelling back to East Hampton for a Full Moon on the Farm With Hillary Rodham Clinton barbecue at Hilary Leff and entertainment lawyer Elliot Groffman’s home in Northwest Woods.
But if a barbecue on the farm sounds low key and relatable by comparison to the other events, for which the minimum contribution is a reported $1000, the smoke is not the only thing likely to make eyes-water - tickets to the event cost $500.

Scarborough: ‘Shameful,’ ‘Pathetic’ State Department Not Telling the Truth About Clinton

BY: David Rutz
August 24, 2015 7:32 am

MSNBC host Joe Scarborough railed against John Kerry’s State Department Monday, calling it “shameful” and “pathetic” for stonewalling on various questions surrounding former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server.
Scarborough specifically called out Kerry’s remarks in a CBS interview earlier this month where he said it was “very possible“ that Chinese and Russian hackers had read his emails, saying it was clearly trying to soften the blow if and when it was revealed that Clinton’s email had been hacked as well.
“I’ve got to say what’s pathetic as well is the State Department, who’s basically not answering questions about documents, whether she signed them or not, trying to cover up for her,” Scarborough said. “When John Kerry comes out and says a couple weeks ago, well, I’m sure my e-mails were hacked by the Chinese and the Russians as well, because he knows what’s coming … John Kerry knows that we’re going to probably find out that Hillary Clinton’s emails on her home brew server were hacked. So, now the whole administration seems so desperate to elect her that they’re putting that consideration, I’ll say it, ahead of protecting classified secrets, and there is going to be a reckoning.”
Scarborough said its de facto political conduct in answering questions about Clinton was “shameful.”
“They need to be transparent,” he said. “Just tell us the truth. That’s all we want, State Department. Stop covering for Hillary Clinton. Just tell us the truth. Maybe you can exonerate her, but just tell us the truth … Right now the State Department feels like their responsibility is not getting the truth out and being transparent about what went on with classified documentation. Their responsibility is to protect the former secretary of state, and it’s really sad.”

The State Department, like the United Nations are foreign entities that operate inside this country to a great degree of detriment.

[h=2]State Department Did Not Disclose Clinton Server Info to DHS[/h]SHARE

The State Department may have broken federal rules by failing to disclose information about Hillary Clinton’s private email server to the Department of Homeland Security, Fox News reported on Monday.
DHS said it had no records showing that the State Department included Clinton’s email server in a list of systems and vulnerabilities that it was required to submit monthly, according to Fox News.
Federal agencies are reportedly required under a 2010 law to turn over a list every 30 days so DHS can conduct an audit of potential problem areas. The absence of DHS records about Clinton’s server indicates that it was never audited.
The news raises fresh questions about whether the State Department failed to hold Clinton to the same set of security requirements as other federal officials, even at the risk of cyber security threats.
The State Department did not respond to questions on Monday about who was responsible for submitting the monthly list to DHS.
The State Department has been criticized for a lack of adequate oversight under Hillary Clinton. There was no permanent inspector general at the agency during Clinton’s tenure, and the acting IG, Harold Geisel, was a former ambassador under President Bill Clinton. Geisel was also reportedly a close friend of State Department undersecretary for management Patrick Kennedy, who was responsible for State Department security issues.

[h=1]EXCLUSIVE: HILLARY EMAIL STORAGE FIRM EMPLOYS TOP CLINTON OPERATIVE[/h]

[h=2]The small Denver-based company that stored Hillary Clinton’s private email server has close business and personal ties to Hillary Clinton and to the chairman of her presidential campaign, Breitbart News has exclusively learned.[/h]The firm claims that it is an unsuspecting and apolitical small business that just happened to win a bid to store Clinton’s server in 2013.
But it turns out that the Clinton campaign’s tentacles are managing every aspect of the private email scandal — and the paper trail also leads inside the Obama White House.
Platte River Networks, which was responsible for storing Clinton’s server from 2013 until turning it over to federal investigators this month, employs a former top Clinton aide with a reputation as campaign chairman John Podesta’s “fixer,” according to an insider.
Platte River, based in Denver, has hired a Denver-based public relations firm called Dovetail Solutions to advise it in the midst of unprecedented media scrutiny.
Dovetail Solutions CEO Andy Boian has already done numerous media appearances and given statements on Platte River’s behalf, trying to tone down negative reports about Platte River’s business practices. Phone calls to Platte River requesting its communications department are currently forwarded to Boian’s line.
Boian is a political campaign operative and former Democratic National Committee representative whose firm mostly represents small Colorado clients including Denver Magazine and Downtown Denver Partnership’s Parade of Lights. But the firm, curiously, also has a Beltway heavy hitter on the payroll.
Washington cyber security lobbyist David Goodfriend serves as a “strategic counselor” to Dovetail Solutions. A former deputy staff secretary to President Bill Clinton, Goodfriend was among the group that founded left-wing Air America Radio with
Sen. Al Franken (D-MN)
4%

. He resides in the D.C. suburb of Bethesda, Maryland. Why is this Beltway-based cyber lobbyist in Denver advising a small public relations firm?
Goodfriend took a class at Georgetown Law School with current Hillary Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta, who was then in between shifts in the Bill Clinton White House. Goodfriend is reportedly a member of a Hillary Clinton For President organization. His relationship with Podesta was documented.
Goodfriend not only lobbied senior Obama White House officials on behalf of clients including DISH Network, but he attended at least twelve media “messaging” meetings at the White House after Obama took office.

Could this be a prelude of what could be in the future for Hillary:

[h=1]IRS finds yet another Lois Lerner email account[/h]‘Toby Miles’ account linked to government business

Lois Lerner’s emails became an issue after she was singled out as a key figure in the IRS’s treatment of tea party and conservative groups who sought tax-exempt status. The IRS improperly delayed hundreds of applications and sent out intrusive ... more >

By Stephen Dinan - The Washington Times - Monday, August 24, 2015
Lois Lerner had yet another personal email account used to conduct some IRS business, the tax agency confirmed in a new court filing late Monday that further complicates the administration’s efforts to be transparent about Ms. Lerner’s actions during the tea party targeting scandal.
The admission came in an open-records lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch, a conservative public interest law firm that has sued to get a look at emailsMs. Lerner sent during the targeting.
IRS lawyer Geoffrey J. Klimas told the court that as the agency was putting together a set of documents to turn over to Judicial Watch, it realized Ms. Lerner had used yet another email account, in addition to her official one and another personal one already known to the agency.

[h=1]SURPRISE! Jorge Ramos’s daughter works for Hillary campaign[/h]AUGUST 26, 2015BY KYLE OLSON

Jorge Ramos, the amnesty activist moonlighting as a Univision and Fusion journalist, revealed in June that is daughter is an employee of the Hillary Clinton campaign.
Credit: Instagram/Jorge Ramos
In a statement on the Fusion website, Ramos wrote:
As journalists the most important thing we have is our credibility and integrity. We maintain that, in part, through transparency with our audience, our colleagues and our critics. That is why I am disclosing that my daughter, Paola, has accepted a position working with Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.
As a father, I am very proud that she has decided to actively participate in our democratic process. I hope that more young people get involved, regardless of political parties or ideological preferences. Our democracy and our future depend on that.
I completely support and respect Paola’s decision. In our family we have always cherished tolerance, dialogue and active participation in what you believe.
Like many reporters who have parents, siblings or other family members that are active in politics, this will not change how I approach my duty as a journalist. I will continue to report with complete independence and ask the tough questions, the same way I have done for the last 30 years.

Ramos was temporarily removed from a press conference being held by Republican presidential front runner Donald Trump in Iowa yesterday.
As Trump called on a reporter, Ramos stood and began shouting questions. Trump asked him to sit down, but instead Ramos continued to interrupt the proceedings. After Ramos was briefly removed from the room, he returned, only to debate Trump for several minutes, instead of asking questions and waiting for answers.
As Real Clear Politics reports, “The two went head to head for five minutes over birthright citizenship, how Trump would build a wall, how he would deport illegal immigrants and more. Trump fought back against Ramos and attempted to get him to acknowledge crime committed by illegal immigrants.”
The revelation certainly casts Ramos’s stunt against Hillary’s chief Republican rival in a new light.

[h=1]GOP senator accuses Clinton of improperly passing state secrets to her lawyer[/h]

Grassley: Has Clinton’s security clearance been suspended pending an FBI inquiry?

WASHINGTON In a “serious risk” to national security, Hillary Clinton gave her State Department emails containing Top Secret and other classified information to her lawyer, who lacked sufficient clearances to possess it and who kept it for as long as eight months, the Republican Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee charged Tuesday.
In a letter to her successor Secretary of State John Kerry, Sen. Chuck Grassley of Iowa said when she turned over thumb drives containing her official emails to her lawyer, “it appears Secretary Clinton sent (Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information) to an unauthorized person.”
Grassley, who has sent multiple demanding letters in the controversy over Clinton’s use of a private email server, said: “The transmission of classified material to an individual unauthorized to possess it is a serious national security risk (and) it raises legitimate questions as to whether the information was properly secured from foreign governments and other entities.”
David Kendall, the prominent Washington attorney who has represented Clinton for 20 years or more, had written Grassley just a day earlier that when Clinton turned over her 30,490 official emails to the State Department on Dec. 5, 2014, “none of those emails was classified.”
The dueling interpretations of events surrounding Clinton’s personal email account mirrored the running battle of rhetoric over the issue between the Democratic presidential frontrunner and her detractors. Clinton says she never sent or received emails that were classified – or at least that were marked as classified. Her growing legions of critics say much of the information was sensitive, and some of it was classified when she received it.
Tensions over the issue escalated on Aug. 11 when the inspector general for the Intelligence Community, Charles McCullough III, notified 17 senior members of Congress and James Clapper, the director of national intelligence, that two of the emails had been classified as Top Secret /Sensitive Compartmented Information.
On Aug. 12, a Colorado firm turned over Clinton’s server to the FBI, which has been investigating whether Clinton’s use of a private email account compromised national security.
Grassley is one of two Senate committee chairmen who have burrowed into the issue of whether Kendall and a colleague had adequate clearances to handle the thumb drives, which Kendall handed over to the Justice Department on Aug. 6.
In his letter to Grassley on Monday, Kendall said that he was granted a Justice Department clearance to view Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information in November 2013 and a Top Secret clearance from the State Department in November 2014, both of which are still active.
Kendall said a law partner, Katherine Turner, also obtained a Top Secret clearance from the State Department in December 2014. The 2014 clearances were needed so that they could review sensitive department documents to prepare Clinton for testimony to a House committee investigating the fatal 2012 attacks in Benghazi, Libya that killed Christopher Stevens, the U.S. ambassador to Libya, and three other Americans, Kendall wrote.
It was on Dec. 5, 2014, that Clinton turned over all of her official emails to the State Department.
But Grassley wrote Kerry that “neither Mr. Kendall nor Ms. Turner have a security clearance at a sufficient level to be a custodian of (Top Secret/SCI) material.”
He noted that maintaining such material “generally requires advanced protocols,” such as requiring a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility, a specially designed vault for protecting state secrets.
However, Grassley said, Kendall’s letter “indicates that Secretary Clinton provided copies of her emails to him in December 2014,” although he has said the State Department did not deliver him a safe to store the thumb drives until July.
In his letter, Kendall advised Grassley that he should “be assured that my firm has followed the guidance provided by the Department of State,” and later from the Justice Department, with regard to whatever equipment was needed to safeguard the thumb drives.
But Grassley pressed Kerry for “clear and complete” explanations as to how and why the department granted Kendall and his colleague security clearances and when Clinton gave them the thumb drives. He also asked whether, amid the FBI investigation, security clearances granted to Clinton and her lawyers have been suspended pending the outcome of the inquiry. Suspending clearances is a common practice in such circumstances.
Clinton’s campaign and the State Department did not respond to a request for comment.
Kendall and Turner did not respond to requests for comment.
Separately, a new report by the State Department inspector general released Tuesday faulted U.S. diplomats in Japan, including U.S. Ambassador Caroline Kennedy, for using private email for conducting government business.
That includes instances where emails labeled sensitive but unclassified were sent from, or received by, personal accounts. Sensitive but unclassified information requires administrative control and protection from public or other unauthorized disclosure for other reasons, according to the IG.
The email practices were reported during a routine inspection of State Department operations in Japan between January and March of this year.
The inspector general previously reported on the risks associated with using commercial email for government business, such as data loss, hacking, phishing and spoofing of email accounts, as well as inadequate protections for personally identifiable information.
Also, Tuesday, Republican Sen. David Vitter of Louisiana asked the inspectors general of the State Department and the Intelligence Community to comment on a recent change that allows the Justice Department, not the inspectors general, to determine what information is warranted or necessary to an IG investigation.
WHILE THIS IS NOT THE FIRST INSTANCE IN WHICH A FEDERAL AGENCY HAS TRIED TO SHUT DOWN INSPECTORS GENERAL FROM DOING THEIR JOB, THIS TIME THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION IS ATTEMPTING TO UNILATERALLY OBSTRUCT OVERSIGHT OF THEIR POTENTIALLY CORRUPT DEALINGS.Sen. David Vitter, R-La.
The Justice Department issued a memo to federal agencies using that same language, which he says potentially inhibits oversight ability of each agency’s IG.

[h=2]Only One Woman Running For President Pays Women as Much as Men[/h]Republican Carly Fiorina pays female campaign staffers more than male staffers

Carly Fiorina / AP

August 26, 2015 5:00 am

As women working for Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign struggle with a gender pay gap, women working for the businesswoman and Republican presidential candidate Carly Fiorina are coming out on top.
The median female annual salary on Fiorina’s campaign is $69,724, about $15,000 higher than the median male annual salary of $54,829, according to data made available to the Washington Free Beacon by the campaign.
The highest paid members of Fiorina’s staff are her campaign managers Frank Sadler and Sarah Isgur Flores, who both make $150,000 a year.
The next six highest salaries on the campaign are all for female employees. The lowest salary is for a male.
The campaign provided annual salary figures for staff on payroll as of the last Federal Election Committee filing deadline in July.
A previous Free Beacon analysis of salary data included in FEC filings for the Clinton campaign found that women working for Clinton are not faring as well as those working for Fiorina.
The analysis of payroll disbursements made by the Clinton campaign in June found that the projected annual salary paid to women to be about $7,000 less than what is paid to men.
When the analysis of Fiorina’s payroll was conducted using data from her FEC filing, the same method the Free Beacon used to calculate Clinton’s gender pay gap, the female projected annual salary was again $15,000 greater than the male projected annual salary.
The Clinton campaign has previously stated to the Free Beacon that “actual salary data” similiar to what the Fiorina campaign provided to the Free Beacon gives a more accurate assessment of pay than data included in FEC filings. The campaign has not made such information available.
Fiorina’s campaign says that it is not intentional that her campaign is stacked with women and that it is committed to hiring the best person available for all positions, regardless of gender or other factors.
“Carly believes in ruthlessly cultivating meritocracies and ensuring that the most talented people — men and women — have equal access to opportunities to rise through the ranks,” Flores told the Free Beacon. “We’re proud of the team we have put together at Carly for President.”
That team—despite the fact that it is working with 300 fewer people than Clinton’s massive campaign—has so far outperformed Clinton’s.
As Clinton continues to plummet in key polls, Fiorina has been a standout candidate since the first Republican primary debate, going from an outlier to a serious contender.
Fiorina has not paid much attention to the gender pay gap as a campaign issue—not because she does not believe it exists, but because she believes that the use of the issue by politicians such as Clinton “obscure the practices and policies that are truly keeping women from achieving their full potential.”
Fiorina has stressed the importance of dismantling the use of seniority to determine pay grade, a system that she says “systematically disadvantages women” because it “rewards employees for time in grade, not for merit, performance, or hard work.”
Fiorina, who herself rose to the top of Hewlett-Packard, said in April that if promotions are based on merit, “women will rise to the top.”
“If you focus on a pay for performance system—a true meritocracy where people are recognized, paid, and promoted, not on how long they’ve been there, but what they produced—women will rise to the top,” she said.
She criticized Clinton for using “cherry-picked statistics and quasi-facts,” such as that women earn 77 cents for every dollar earned by men, rather than focusing on seniority structures in unions and government bureaucracies.
Clinton’s current campaign is not the first instance of her paying women less than men. In her Senate office, women earned just 72 cents for each dollar earned by men.
Despite being painted as a hypocrite on the issue by opponents, Clinton’s campaign has announced plans to ramp up its “war on women” language in key battleground states.
The Clinton campaign did not respond to a request for comment by press time.

[h=1]INTEL AGENCIES CONFIRM HILLARY CLINTON EMAILS WERE CLASSIFIED — BY OBAMA[/h]

[h=2]Another Hillary Clinton talking point is about to bite the dust, as Fox News reports confirmation from three different intelligence agencies – the DIA, the NSA, and the NGA (National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, in charge of satellite intel) – that email on her server was classified on the day she sent it, and remains classified to this very day.[/h]Furthermore, although Clinton has attempted to portray herself as everything from a “passive and unwitting” recipient of sensitive material to a fearless warrior on a one-woman crusade to reform silly classification rules, the Fox report makes it clear that only the intelligence agencies originating this information have the authority to declassify it, not anyone at the State Department – not Hillary Clinton, and most certainly not her top aide, Huma Abedin, who figures prominently in this story, and is looking more and more like the perfect stooge to take a fall for Clinton.

The State Department’s lack of authority to overrule intelligence agency classifications was confirmed by… a 2009 executive order from President Barack Obama. Does Hillary need one of those special little lectures about respecting the “settled law of the land?” Will we get to enjoy the spectacle of Clinton apologists claiming Obama’s executive orders were bureaucratic trifles, to be ignored as the Secretary of State saw fit?
A term raised with increasingly frequency by commentators who have first-hand experience with classified material is the “air gap” – a point of very deliberate interruption in the passage of classified material, to ensure it cannot be transmitted seamlessly to non-secure systems.
Stated simply, it’s supposed to be impossible for classified documents to get into an insecure system like Clinton’s without significant human intervention. Someone has to remove the classified information from a secure area and manually copy or scan it into the insecure system. That’s the only way Hillary Clinton could receive this classified material on her home-brew email server. Breaching the “air gap” is an offense punishable by prison time.
Did I say “human intervention?” Maybe we should make that “Huma intervention.”
One of the emails Abedin forwarded to Clinton in 2009, despite its clear classification markings, concerned embassy security issues. How much discussion of embassy security flowed through this insecure system prior to September 11, 2012?
In the best-case scenario, if Clinton’s dodges and excuses are taken at face value, she displayed stunningly poor judgment in bulling her way past agency protocols to create this email system for what she claims was mere personal convenience. Even Clinton herself complained that “what was supposed to be convenient has turned out to be anything but convenient.”
Why should America put someone so foolish into the Oval Office, even if she isn’t formally accused of a criminal offense for what she has done? It’s increasingly clear she and her people knew how much work it would take to make this unprecedented private mail system work from Day One, but they did it anyway. It’s likely that few in the intelligence community realized what she was doing, and if they had known she would one day portray herself as the adversary of the entire Administration, including the President, on which documents should be classified – and claim she had the unilateral right to disregard classifications she thought were unnecessary – they would have raised hell.
Clinton has been laying low since her disastrous orange-jumpsuit Las Vegas press appearance, entrusting a wave of flunkies and State Department spokesmen to muddy the waters while she rides it out… perhaps growing a bit impatient that so much time is running off the campaign clock, but still confident she can pop the

bubble and collect her “inevitable” nomination in time for the general election to begin in earnest. The Obama years have amplified Clinton’s own experience that Democrats can outlast nearly any scandal – there’s been a little mainstream-media grumbling about how it’s weird for a presidential campaign to be grinding along without a visible candidate, but they haven’t forged any lethal Narratives against Clinton, and everyone’s paying attention to Donald Trump right now anyway.
Clinton has every reason to think she can spare the time to let the email scandal burn itself out, perhaps throwing an aide or two onto the fire… unless the unthinkable happens, and she really does face a formal indictment… or Joe Biden enters the race, and she can’t stay invisible any more. It would be funny if both of those nigh-inconceivable events happened at roughly the same time, wouldn’t it?

[h=2]Fox: Clinton Emails Were Classified Under Executive Order Signed By Obama[/h]SHARE

Fox News reporter Catherine Herridge said Tuesday that Hillary Clinton’s emails were classified under an executive order signed by President Obama.
Clinton said that the Justice Department investigation into whether classified material was mishandled on her server is a disagreement between the State Department and intelligence agencies on the classification of information.
“What you’re seeing now is a disagreement between agencies saying, you know what? They should have, and the other saying, no, they shouldn’t,” Clinton said. “That has nothing to do with me.”
Herridge reported that an executive order signed by President Obama, gives authority to the intelligence agencies to declassify sensitive material and not Clinton or the State Department.
“Under this executive order, 13526, signed by Mr. Obama in December 2009, only the three intelligence agencies who own that information in the first place have the authority to declassify it, not Mrs. Clinton and not the State Department,” Herridge said.

Hillary is running out of issues to talk about so she reaches into the bottom of the barrel to try and remain relevant.

In an August 23 Facebook post, Hillary Clinton contended that citizens and police were “much too eager” to use a gun, and she suggested the solution is to “rewrite” self-defense laws like “stand your ground” while making sure police officers are better “trained.”

To bolster her criticism of stand your ground, Clinton cited the shooting death of Trayvon Martin. She said, “If you have to defend yourself, OK. But look at some of the instances we’ve had—Trayvon Martin, and too many more.”

Note that she did not mention the fact that Martin’s shooter—George Zimmerman—was determined to have shot Martin in self-defense and therefore committed no crime. In fact, after a jury of his peers found him not guilty, an investigation by the Eric Holder Department of Justice found no grounds on which to charge Zimmerman either.

Vit must be feeding her talking points.

Of the 770 fundraisers who bundled checks for Obama’s 2012 reelection, just 52 have signed on so far as a“Hillblazer” bundler for Clinton or have hosted a fundraiser for her, according to a Washington Post analysis.

Difference between Hillary and Bill - I can watch an interview with Bill and be surprised in a positive way about at least a thing or two he says. Her I can't fucking stand. She literally makes Bill look like he has high morals!
