Reason number 4,369 not to vote for Hillary.

On the campaign stump in Iowa, Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton was asked by an audience member about putting President Obama on the Supreme Court if she were to win the presidential race. She responded, “I’ll tell you, that’s a great idea!” Clinton told the crowd.

[h=2]'What has she done that we're bragging about?': Susan Sarandon backs Bernie for president instead of Hillary over Clinton's vote for the Iraq War - 'she failed that test'[/h] Actress and progressive activist Susan Sarandon formally lent her support to Bernie Sanders at an Iowa rally this evening, passing over Hillary Clinton a second time for the job. A decider for Sarandon was Clinton's 2002 vote for the Iraq War. That's where Hillary Clinton lost me,' Sarandon told DailyMail.com in an exclusive interview.

FBI's Clinton investigation not letting up

Six months after it began, the federal investigation into Hillary Clinton’s private email server shows no signs of slowing down.
Former FBI officials said the length of the probe is not unusual, and speculated that a decision on whether to file charges against Clinton of her top aides could come later this year, during the heat of the general election campaign.

“I don’t know that there’s any magical cutoff date,” said Ron Hosko, the FBI’s former assistant director of the criminal investigative division and a 30-year veteran of the bureau. For Democrats, the extended investigation has become a source of some anxiety, with Republicans gleefully raising the prospect of their presidential front-runner being indicted.
“It does give pause to Democrats who are concerned that there may be another shoe to drop down the road,” said Andrew Smith, a political science professor at the University of New Hampshire.
The government has been looking into the possible mishandling of classified information since last July, when the inspector general for the intelligence community issued a security referral about the possible mishandling of classified information on Clinton's server.
That referral came months after Clinton acknowledged that she had exclusively used a personal email address housed on a private server during her tenure as secretary of State.
The scrutiny of Clinton’s email practices has mounted since then, as more than 1,300 emails that passed through her “homebrew” setup have been marked as classified, some at the highest levels.
The State Department and Clinton’s campaign contend that none of the information in the emails was classified when it was originally sent, and have portrayed the matter as an inter-agency dispute.
The FBI and Justice Department have refused to discuss the details of their investigation and declined to comment to The Hill.
However, officials have indicated that the bureau is not targeting Clinton specifically, but instead is investigating whether any information on her account was mishandled. Earlier this month, Fox News reported that the FBI had expanded its probe to examine how the State Department’s work intersected with the Clinton family foundation.
In December, FBI Director James Comey pledged that the probe would be “competent,” “honest” and “independent.”
“We don't give a rip about politics,” he told a Senate committee.
Yet the FBI is well aware of the high political stakes surrounding the investigation.
“I think the clock ticks louder every day,” said Hosko, who is the president of the Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund. “I’m sure they’re all incredibly sensitive to it.”
President Obama has downplayed Clinton’s email setup, claiming that it was “not a situation in which America’s national security was endangered.”
Multiple former officials, lawmakers and lawyers have said they are confident that Comey, who is a Republican, will not let the presidential campaign influence the FBI’s investigation.
Yet many conservatives worry that even if the FBI comes up with sufficient evidence that Clinton broke the law, the Justice Department will decline to press charges. In response, some have pressed for a special prosecutor to be appointed, or for the FBI to pledge to release the evidence that it dug up.
So far, Democrats have largely publicly shrugged of the threat of criminal action by painting it as a partisan attack from Republicans.
Clinton’s top rival, Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), channeled the feelings of Democrats in October when he told Clinton during a debate that “the American people are sick and tired of hearing about your damn emails.”
But Clinton will have to confront the issue more forcefully if charges are actually filed.
And should Clinton win the nomination, the topic is sure to rear its head in the general election — even if no indictment is ever handed down.
A general election fight over the emails could weaken Democratic enthusiasm and turn off swing voters, some analysts predicted.
“More likely, it’s going to sour some of those folks in the middle,” said Doug Roscoe, a political science professor at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
“Having to be in the news talking about this investigation takes her off-message,” he added.
It might not be Clinton herself who faces the music for any potential crime, however.
The former secretary of State did not appear to send most of the emails now marked classified. Instead, they were largely sent or forwarded along to her by close aides.
“It’d be a lot harder to make a criminal charge for having received [classified] information," said Bradley Moss, a lawyer who specializes in national security and protection of classified information

“If I’m in Clinton’s campaign, I’m more worried if am Cheryl Mills, Huma Abedin or Jake Sullivan than if I’m Hillary Clinton,” Moss said. Mills, Abedin and Sullivan were all top aides of Clinton’s at the State Department. Abedin and Sullivan continue to hold high positions in Clinton’s presidential campaign.
“The sloppiness and the complete fundamental failure to comply with any aspect of operational and informational security is what puts them at risk,” Moss said. “You just can’t do that that many times and not expect to find yourself in trouble.”
Clinton’s campaign did not respond to a request for comment from The Hill.

Right on the nose - Hillary has failed the test - Benghazi and her emails are just the tip of the iceburg. Wonder if she brags about how many women Bill was "been with"

[h=2]Hillary Clinton’s Corporate Inversion Hypocrisy Continues[/h]Johnson Controls is a Clinton Foundation donor, has partnered with CGI

Hillary Clinton blasted a planned corporate inversion between Johnson Controls and the Ireland-based Tyco as more of a “perversion” than an “inversion,” but failed to mention that the company she is calling perverted has donated more than $100,000to the Clinton Foundation.
Clinton has called the merger between the companies “outrageous” and said on Wednesday that she thinks they should change the name from corporate inversion to corporate perversion, according to a reporter on the campaign trail.
American-based company Johnson Controls announced plans this week to buy Tyco for $16.5 billion, which it says would allow the companies to save $500 million in taxes over just three years.
Clinton said that the decision by Johnson Controls would “leave American taxpayers holding the bag” and offered plans to block it.
What she did not say is that Johnson Controls has contributed to the Clinton Foundation as recently as the third quarter of 2015 and has partnered with the Clinton Global Initiative on numerous projects since 2008.
In 2013, for example, Johnson Controls was involved in a $5 million CGI project to advance women-owned businesses in new markets across the world. In 2008, Johnson Controls partnered with CGI on a $110 million project to launch The Center for Community Renewal in Shreveport, La.
In 2009, Johnson Controls was part of a $930,000 CGI project to help train small companies on best practices in low-cost energy efficiency. This Johnson Controls partnership was “scaled up” in 2015, according to an updated summary page for the company’s commitment to action.
Speaking out against corporate inversions is no new thing for Clinton on the campaign trail.
She announced her plan to stop companies from the practice by implementing an “exit tax” that would stop companies from “gaming the tax system.”
A week later she traveled to Nebraska for a campaign event with billionaire Warren Buffett, whoprovided the $3 billion for Burger King to purchase Tim Hortons and move its corporate headquarters to Canada.

[h=2]Report: Clinton Foundation Flashy Events a Problem for Hillary’s Campaign[/h]SHARE

Some supporters of Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign view her family foundation as a problem as the Democratic candidate moves through the primary season.
Politico reported that this has led some supporters to believe that the Bill, Hillary, and Chelsea Clinton Foundation should suspend its events through the Democratic primary and leading up to the general election. One fundraiser commented that the Clintons should “relax” with the foundation work and give full attention to helping the former secretary of state win Iowa.
“Gosh, can’t they relax a bit on that work and focus on winning Iowa?” the bundler said. “But everyone is resigned to how they function, and presumes they know what they are doing.”
While both Bill and Chelsea Clinton have been campaigning for Hillary in past weeks, they will have to split their time between appearing at Clinton Foundation events and supporting the presidential candidate. Bill and Chelsea, who serves as the foundation’s vice chair, will together headline a Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) event in New York City between the Iowa caucuses and the New Hampshire primary next month.
Recent polling indicates that Clinton trails her opponent, Sen. Bernie Sanders (I., Vt.), slightly in Iowa and that Sanders has opened up a nearly 20-point-lead over the former secretary of state in New Hampshire.
Foundation leaders have also reportedly had internal discussions about scaling back lavish events during Clinton’s campaign. Sources told Politico that Clinton Foundation CEO Donna Shalala indicated to staff last year that CGI might not host its typically elaborate annual meeting this fall, though foundation representatives insisted that the charity does not plan to cancel any CGI events this year.
The annual meeting, which is typically studded with celebrities and political power players, is scheduled to take place in September, seven weeks before the November general election. A June CGI event in Atlanta is also scheduled to take place a month before the Democratic National Convention, which has led foundation officials to worry about “media backlash,” according to one source.
“CGI America in June in Atlanta will look too much like a pretend DNC, in a major Southern state, and they’re worried about the media backlash,” the source stated. “Can you imagine–Trump would have a field day! And CGI’s annual meeting is way too close to the actual election to risk the bad press.”
The foundation has also hired outside consultants to analyze how it can improve its events and programs.

[h=2]Chelsea Clinton's fundraising FLOP: Soul Cycle event to raise money for Hillary is a bust as $2,700 seats are offered for just $50 to fill bikes[/h] Chelsea Clinton (right, inset with Hillary last March) hosted her highly-hyped Soul Cycle fundraiser for her mother in New York City on Wednesday afternoon. The $2,700-a-head event, which offered just 60 seats at the popular cycling studio's Tribeca location, was expected to sell out quick while raising some easy money for the Hillary Clinton campaign but was ultimately a complete flop. Such a flop in fact that in the end some seats were being sold for just $50, roughly the same price it costs to take a regular Soul Cycle class. The event still managed to draw out Katie Lee Joel (top left) and popular instructor Stacey Griffith (bottom left center), though it is not clear if they had only come because they are friends with the instructor for the class.

It was a hit on Hillary Clinton that set Carly Fiorina apart from the competition. 'She's escaped prosecution more times than El Chapo,' Fiorina said. 'Perhaps Sean Penn should interview her'

[h=2]Clinton Campaign Struggles to Sell Seats for SoulCycle Fundraiser[/h]Seat prices dropped from $2,700 to $50

Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign struggled to sell seats for a SoulCycle fundraiser hosted by her daughter Chelsea Wednesday afternoon.
CNN reported that some tickets for the class, originally priced at as much as $2,700 each, were reduced to $50 at the last minute when 60 seats still remained open. Late buyers were, therefore, able to snag tickets to the exercise fundraiser at a 98 percent price reduction.
SoulCycle classes generally cost $34 per person, meaning that, though cheap, last-minute tickets to the Clinton campaign event still exceeded the cost of a typical workout.
The 45-minute SoulCycle fundraiser took place at a studio in the Tribeca neighborhood of New York City Wednesday. Chelsea Clinton, who is a fan of SoulCycle, was dressed in normal clothes and elected not to ride with the group without explanation.
A limited number of tickets to the fundraiser were initially available for $500 and $1,000, but only those who paid $2,700 had the opportunity to ride a “premium reserve bike” and pose for a photo with Chelsea, according to event details released earlier this month. Supporters who raised $5,000 for the event were also given the opportunity to attend a Clinton fundraiser at a later date.
The class was taught by Laurie Cole, a celebrity SoulCycle instructor who is friends with Chelsea Clinton. The instructor disclosed Wednesday that she had at one point led Hillary Clinton through a class.
First lady Michelle Obama is also a fan of SoulCycle. She attended a class in Washington, D.C., Sunday in the wake of the historic blizzard.
Chelsea Clinton headlined a second fundraiser for her mother’s campaign in New York Wednesday, which was hosted by a Wall Street banker and Clinton Foundation donor. Guests at the event were also charged $2,700 for a picture with Clinton’s daughter.

Yes indeed. Makes you wonder doesn't it. The Dem's say this pursuit is all about politics but manuevers like this are much more political. If you have them and pick the time you want to release them and that date is directly related to the primaries I think we can all take it from there. Is that poliltically correct LOL?
