I want to give a couple of shout outs.

First to my boy AFLGuru for calling someone out. I could careless as to whether it was warranted but I like the attitude.

Lastly let me shout out to Woof Daddy aka DAWOOFDADDY.

Woof!

Very nice Choptalk. Congrats on being offered to be a tout a year ago before you crashed and burned in baseball. You've humbled me. :puppy:

If i'm not mistaken you crashed and burned after you went to being a paid poster.

Both actually.. To tell you the truth I've been barely getting by though. Have had to make some timely wagers in the last 4 months..

I can get by on $1000 a month easy..

I live here in Louisiana, and its at least 3x cheeper to live here than LA. If I had to live off of $1000 per month I would have to kill myself. I could not imagine living off of twice that. Heck I take home over 5x that now, and Im still no where near satisfied with that.

I would suggest getting a real job, and using your $1000 that you make per month sportsbetting as a supliment to your job income.

Its just not worth not having a job if all your going to make is $1000 per month. No wonder your so stressed out all the time. What If LSU would have not covered? What if these key chase plays would have lost? Then you would be fucked. One of these days, that LSU play is going to lose.

Its not very easy to go get a good job if you have been unemployed for the last 2 or 3 years.

Saying this in kindness, as nice as I can say it. Im sure you will somehow read into this post the wrong way and go off on me. So be it. Thats my 100% honest opionion and im sticking to it.

If you call "crash and burn" ending up behind around 3 units on the season (cut and pasted between 3 forums), then yes, that's "crashing and burning" and its finest. I had a miserable stretch of a month where very little went right including back to back weeks where I went 0-6 and 1-7. Impossible to drag out of a hole that big with a 144 game season. It wasn't my finest AFL effort. I've admitted that. It happens. We all lose every now and again. It was season 3 for me. 1 (undocumented at least in terms of forums) and 2 (documented around 50 units for the better) went incredibly well, the 3rd (down a shade over 3 units documented over 3 forusm) not so much. Still have plenty of time in life to get it mastered.

Taking home 5k a month after taxes is like making 100 k a year... Those people with PHDs' that make less must be in art history or some kind of research gig...

6 figures in technology is simple with about 6-7 years exp and a MS degree... At least in the DC area thats the rate...

So having one bad season is ok for you, but its not ok for me :puppy:

I do agree with your post 100%, but its funny how you can call me a fraud, mainly because of my baseball season last year (which was not nearly as bad as advertised) only -50 units over 400 plays, but im a fraud, but its ok for you.

Have a nice day sir.

92k LAST YEAR. Whatever that comes out to.

I dont consider myself to be near rich, or even well off.

I think 250K per year would satisfy me.

Who knows.

Did any of you guys notice how hypocitical the thread starter has been?

Basically he calls me a fraud because I had a less then great baseball season last year.

Then someone calls him out out his less then great football season, but its ok to have one bad season for him, but if I have the bad season im a fraud.

I have more documented plays at this forum then he does, over 2000 documented plays that anyone go can go look at in the tracker room. I am up about 120+ units in those plays, and yes, thats counting my bad baseball season from last year.

Choptalk has one bad season= FRAUD
AFL GURU has on bad season= Everyone has a bad season every once in a while.:lolBIG:

Boy I love the double standard around this place.

I also love how he accuses me of being a lier about my past record preRX, but yet he brags about his season PRE RX about going 69% LMFAO!!!!!!

OH, its ok for GURU to talk about preforum years, but if choptalk does it hes a fraud!!!!! LMFAO.

He already accused me of being a lier once when he said I lied about being offered a tout job, and I proved his ass wrong. He is really tempting me big time!!!!!!!! to go up into my attic, and retrieve some of real old baseball seasons, just make the real fraud look like an even better idiot.

The only reason I have never done this in the past is because it would literally take me days if not weeks to sort through all this data and put it in readable form.

But I cant talk about any of my pre RX bets, because that is fraudulant.

But AFLGURU went 69% the year before he joined the forum, but thats ok for him. Hes the man!!!!!!!

:puppy: I find it amusing that people take me so seriously in a dumb message board.

It makes me laugh that I can actually get someone worked up on a message forum just by the things I type.:puppy:

I have over 2000 documented plays at this forum in the tracker room.

I am up well over 100+ units in those 2000 plays, and yes that is counting last baseball season, but I am a fraud I guess, because I did not have enough foresight to save my seasons before joining this forum in a easily postable way.

You dont have to go into my attic to read those plays, they are right here at this forum.

But AFL GURU won 69% of his games the year before joining the forum, hes the man!!

Keep moving them lines on those $20 bets:puppy:

I think part of what AFL is saying here is that you had that "10 Straight Winning Baseball Seasons" trademark slogan...

Then last season you did complain about bullpens and other things that kept going against you...quit...returned...quit...returned...etc...

Now I do not know all of the facts...but he says you are now doing the same thing with poker...complaining about bad beats...

One-outers happen...people get rivered...that's poker.

One thing that I personally cannot stand are hold 'em players that "think" they have the spine to play the hand all the way thru...and then start crying a "river" when they lose...makes me sick actually...outplaying someone and still losing is part of the game...

Not saying you did or do that...but bad beats in poker happen...just like a stretch of getting dealt cold cards. They occur more frequently than a bad beat in baseball wagering...

Just seemed that was a point he was making...drawing a parallel to individual bullpens screwing you...and now bad beats in poker...and constantly complaining about them both...all the while saying how successful you are in bases and cards...anyway...

Best of luck to you this baseball season.
