Sturgis is a goal as well

Sonny's B-Day celebration will be, largely, Sat. 10 Oct in Cave Creek this year, actual B-Day is 2 days before on Oct. 8 but thats a Thursday...certainly there will be some partying deep into the night then as well though lol.

He's gonna be 77.

Sturgis in August, it will be easier than you'd believe to hook up with folks making the pilgrimage from Cave Creek area...."see" to believe, very maybe riding with the Cave Creek Crew themselves.

An aim for Sturgis would be even more reason to get to Cave Creek for Summer, make some connections. Plus you'd need to endure at least one Summer there to really grasp why I say you want to not spend summer in AZ. If that can be avoided or maybe its not so bad for you...If you just like really hot weather.

Sonny is remarkable for many reasons, one being the level of respect he has (earned) and that even across Club Affiliations, patches, colors whatever and all of the above. He's a true gentleman.
