It really is quite hilarious...these are the dudes EXACT WORDS

They might get fired up and beat a frozen stiff Miami team, but the last thing on the players mind is the #1 seed.

And instead of just saying "whoops, i had no idea what I was talking about", he wants to gaslight and make it like we dont get it and responds with some convoluted reinvention about points spreads and who is covering , then tries to throw it back on me .....lol at "please respond truthfully"

You just do not get it.
Last week most top teams w 97-99% playoff or divisional champ status did not cover. Look it up. Go ahead, please respond truthfully.
They had it made and knew they would not lose all 4 remaining games so they did not go all out hair on fire for 4 quarters.
You just do not get it.

Miami played their asses off, Buffalo played their asses off,,,,,no one let up because they were cruising or not worried about winning.

But at least he's honest. That's what he really thinks. He doesn't tack on zeros to a fictitious bet or seek to be king of the hill like his buddy. L2K says ridiculous things that anyone who knows anything about being in the game can read and comprehend. That's why he's just hanging out stunting newbies growth.

Did Buffalo cover?
No.
Not even against a Florida team in 13 degree wind chill.
They do not play hard for the #1 seed this time of year.
You just do not get it.
Look at the teams with commanding playoff and or division leads the last 3 weeks they aren’t covering.
Last 3-4 years you did dozens of posts A DAY on the political forum, none in football.
Now you do dozens a day on football, none in political.
You should switch to another forum until we can find something that you are good at.
You just do not get it.

BUT, Buffalo won the game. The win/loss column for seeding has nothing to do with a spread.

With that in mind are the plays this week.....

NE +144 vs Cincinnati
Chicago +320 vs Buffalo
Seattle +320 @ Kansas City

All those 3 teams are playing for the #1 seed in the AFC.

Yes
On the NFL Forum we are talking about spreads, though.
Minny didn’t cover vs stinking Indy.
Dallas @ Jax.
KC @ Houston
and so on…more games like this though some cover.

Serbone -120 vs Loves2kick 100 is how I'd set the line in a handicapping contest

No.
Saying they do not play 4 quarters hard, not good enough to cover but still wind up winning somehow against crap teams.
Minny at home didn’t cover against train wreck Indy.
Buffalo not covering vs frozen Miami team.
Ravens not covering vs Browns.
Dallas in Jax, had very little to gain.
KC-Houston.
It’s not all about #1 seed tho a simpleton on this board is trying to make it so.
Tennessee has not played hard they had a comfy 4 g lead but now missing their QB again they might not mane it.
It’s overall about teams that don’t have to worry much and or teams that cannot improve themselves.

Not straight up.
I’m talking about vs the spread.
But yes maybe sprinkle in a small ML on some.
Too early for me to give the go ahead to these 3 but yes those are the kinds of situations we should look at, plus a few more.

So teams are trying to win but not cover. Because they don’t care about the number 1 seed. So why even try to win? Or are they winning by accident and just not covering? They want to win but they aren’t trying to win for 1 seed. Just trying to win? And in return don’t cover so play against good teams with 1 seed possible?

Teams don’t care about 1 seed. If already in playoffs. They play just hard enough to win though but not cover. Does this make bengals chiefs bills auto fades next 3 weeks?

Week 16 2021 Teams with possible 1 seed on line entering week 16

All covered and won on blowouts
Cowboys 12-5
Chiefs 12-5
Bucs 13-4
Bills 11-6
Rams 12-5

All won but no cover
Packers 13-4
Titans 12-5

Week 17 win cover
Bills
Packers
Titans
Rams

Lost or won no cover
Chiefs
Cowboys
Bucs

Week 18 is interesting

Chiefs and Titans both need win for 1 seed. Both went out and won but didn’t cover. Even though they don’t care about 1 seed they still played hard enough to win.

Bills won and covered but 1 seed was out reach

The Bucs and cowboys dropped 40+ burgers on their opponents

Rams lost in OT to Niners. They weren’t trying to win anyway

Packers lost to lions. They obviously weren’t trying to win

So do we just play against playoff bound teams that have it sealed up? And play on teams fighting for playoffs?

Take Under in cold games and especially if windy? How cold is cold? Play cold city teams vs warm city teams if cold cold game? And fade playoff teams especially if they can win the 1 seed?

my clock is stuck on 420 time to hit this bong

There’s a few scenarios that can make the final week very interesting. Buffalo on a short week vs New England after Monday night in cinnci and chiefs vs Vegas. Both these teams want a buy with the road to Super Bowl through there house so maybe the cinnci badgers don’t give a shit and will travel anywhere . Tough sledding ahead do like jags to win afc south there the best team in that conference that is no pushover. Jags Baltimore wildcard weekend would be awsome
