Wish u & Roma all the best for tonite. Humble , but HUNGRYYYYY like the wolf ! Forza Lupi (i do too smell a possible rematch...)

HUNGRYYYYY like the wolf? Are you quoting from a bad Duran Duran album? I'm impressed.

Speaking of "D", you guys are in desperate need of a midfielder like the one you had a few years back, Edgar Davids.

You are going to have a tough time against Genoa this sunday, but should have enough for the victory.

if chelsea and liverpool do join man u and arsenal in the quarters, that means Roma (should they get past the Bernabeu) will definitley play one of the four next round right? if they can't play each other, i was just thinking about it. so one of those english sides would be opposite of Fenn. i fully expect Roma to grab at Least one away goal today

You got it. But let us first see if Roma can get by Real. And who's to say that Mount Olympus can't upset those Chestnuts?

There's no country-protection from the QuarterFinals onwards, so the English teams could draw each other.

Hopefully, INter and OLympiakos can pull out a couple of miracles and knock Liverpool/Chelsea out.

That's news to me. I don't remember that rule being applicable to Quarter Finals onward.

Can't envision Inter pulling a miracle...

i won't bury inter yet, if Inter score the first goal early, that fixture will be wide open.

Yep. That rule is only for the 2nd round. From then on, anything can happen. A few years back we had Chelsea/Arsenal in the Quarters. And, I'm pretty sure there was an Inter/AC match in the quarters when Dida got hit by a firework.

Shite, yeah! I stand corrected. I remember the heat seeking missile incident with Dida. Thanks! I need to get more sleep...

Good luck with the plays today.

I know John, I know. Damn.

I passed on second half plays. Was hoping for a goal in either Roma/Madrid or Porto/Schalke match.

playing in their all black today, Roma matured and held. Lucky with the late strike by Vesi to topple the over...a friendly bone from the football gods. Let's regroup, and see you at the next round.

Best of luck.
