I do hope that people who are new to wagering or have had ups and downs pay attention to this thread and see that a solution to their problem would not be buying points.

There is good information coming out keeping track of what goes on with these plays.

puff_>> Another classic read here

I've only read the last couple of comments on this thread for the first time. Wow, mad drama. DB, glad I'm not part of useless drama around here. Such a waste of time. Just win guys, that's why we're all here. Have a goodnight.

Let's try to keep this for TRACKING ... and NOT BASHING.....

Thanks

So please tell me, what is the point of keeping a "tracking" thread for someone who already keeps track of an honest record? Not to mention the fact that this guy, WHO CONTRIBUTES NOTHING ELSE TO THE FORUM BUT BASHING ME, was previously purposely keeping track of an incorrect record in order to make me look bad... which is slander.

Thus, since there's no point in keeping a "tracking" thread for someone who already keeps track of an honest record, the only "real purpose" of this thread is to bash me. Just take a look at his post "updating" this thread:

Week 8...9 wins 6 loses. 60%! 15 picks, wins 60% of them (and extremely lucky on the Falcons/Seahawks or Cats would be buried) for a profit of drum roll...

$36.00 . That's 7 out of 8 weeks this guy has won and he is up on the season $163.00 . We may never see another run like this in the history of therx folks.

Let me say that again so it can sink in, has won 7 of 8 weeks, hitting an amazing 60% and is up $163.00.

Funny think is though, people would love to be up money on the season and not down. Some questionable wager types can be found at JimBob23's book but wins are wins.

On to week 9. Will the streak continue? I wonder if ESPN will do a piece on this, "this Cats guy moves lines."

YTD 69-46

That's not bashing me?? Since there's no purpose keeping a "tracker" thread for me, one of the few handicappers who actually keeps track of record and +/- money here to begin with, he uses this thread just to take these unnecessary shots at me. How exactly is a thread like this allowed? Come on, man, you know this isn't right and I'm getting annoyed by being attached to this drama and extracurricular non-sense.

I have a weekly thread. I post my picks. I post a lot of analysis and write-ups, certainly as much as anyone else on the entire forum. And this is the thanks I get for my genuine efforts of simply trying to help other people? By being attached to a garbage, pointless thread like this that solely exists just to bash me? Are you kidding me? Betall, you know that's ridiculous and ludicrous.

Cats your total was off by over $100 (even if your wins and losses were correct). Look at your own thread, your week 2 win/losses were even wrong. Then after people started asking, you corrected it in week 3.

So no, you have not kept accurate records. Maybe you have on wins and loses (again after week 3) which again is so weird that is the only thing you care about but your totals have been wrong every week (and still are).

Good luck buddy, we are all pulling for you to keep this magical run going.

-I'm 27-years old and only graduated college with my Journalism degree two years ago. Am I supposed to have a lot of money or something by now? Sorry my bankroll is limited. You can thank college loans for that, as most recent college graduates will attest to. I'd love to add an "lol" in there but it's actually quite a demoralizing issue in our country today.

Wait a sec, so Cat you actually are only betting those dollar amounts on games? Holy shit man go get a job. For all the time you spend on writing and handicapping it's not even remotely worth your time. Add up the math, you are probably making $5/hr.

Just because a person is current at this time, doesn't mean a Tracker thread stops....

Look at the Rodfather's Tracker thread... They have had it for 2/3 years now.

a couple of reasons why they have it ?? Because for 1, it's to make sure his Win/Loss record with UNITS are counted right.

and To weed out the BS. Guess with him it's more because his thread was started in 2008 and has more than 95 pages.

unfortunately with a Tracker Thread, you will get the bashers ... But, that means you should have Less bashing in your Own thread.

Anyway.... It's up to the op to stop a Tracker thread, and just because the record is set straight now.... doesn't mean they will stop tracking you for the rest of the Season.

Lol exactly. Fucking college loans ahhh, it's painful. I've thought of doing the first ever College Loans Teaser in an attempt to wrap 'em all up in one bet, but alas, that would be ridiculous.

And while I do put a ton of time into my handicapping, I don't look at it like that. As long as I continue to have fun with it and enjoy the fun of getting a game right, I don't care how much time I put into it, or the amount I get back (As long as I'm up) because it's a hobby. While I write a ton, believe me, my writing is not as time-consuming as it seems. Just about all of my write-ups are done in one sitting in a relatively quick amount of time because the ideas are all in my head. Unlike most people here, I don't have to keep looking on others site on and off while producing analysis; it's all in my head, and being an outstanding writer, it's just a collective talent that I'm able to perform quicker than most. You'd be surprised at how quick I produce a lot of my novel-like write-ups. The writing aspect of it, at least in my situation, is not as time-consuming as it seems.

Yeah... because Rod DOESN'T KEEP TRACK OF A RECORD! I haven't been here as long as he has so I wonder, has he EVER kept track of a record? I highly doubt it (And can't blame him, since it looks like he's down over $100,000 across all sports - this year alone). Thus, that's a completely different situation. It's not even close. I've been keeping track of a record since my first day here in multiple sports (When 80% of people here DON'T EVEN BOTHER keeping track of a record and/or money won/lost!), so this thread is pointless.

You know this whole thread is bullshit. There's no point in having a thread like this when my record-keeping is accurate. I can't believe you actually fall for GoBlue's bullshit, you're smarter than that. You're going to let him play you like this?? Think about it.

Each one of his posts "updating" this "tracking thread" has bashed me, whether it be obvious or subtle. And you sit back like it's perfectly normal when it's actually not. The RX is the most prestigious and most well-known sports gambling forum in the country... and you allow childish threads like this hosted by an insignificant poster THAT DOESN'T EVEN CONTRIBUTE ANYTHING TO THE FUCKING SITE on the great Football Forum? When there's NOT supposed to be fucking non-sense like this in this great Football Forum? Am I crazy to think that?

Keep letting him play you and the rest of the Mods. Think about it: His only contribution to this ENTIRE FORUM (Simply look through his post history) is bashing me. That's it. Contributes no plays. Contributes no opinions on games. Certainly contributes no sporting analysis or anything that would be useful to the members of The RX. And you guys allow it. Think about that. Stop falling for his meaningless bullshit that has NO PLACE HERE to begin with. PERIOD.

Mods???

This is a little over the top. To say I am only here to bash Cats is a lie, I would go as far to say it's slander? I have contributed many other things (hell just ask JustinCruise if I ever post anything else).

I think Cats should be banned as it's CLEARLY OBVIOUS that he is only bashing me about me bashing him to bash me. The greatest forum since hotornot shouldn't have to put up with this bullshit.

Looks it's either he goes or I go. Or we both go or we both stay. But make up your minds it's one or the other or the other or the other.

and Cats...

Again.... like I said. ANYONE can Track a Poster and have their own thread
unfortunately it does come with some bashing.

But unlike You, that Poster who they are Tracking... usually doesn't come into those threads... so there's less Drama.

Just ignore it.... and it just might go away.

Now that, no matter how badly you may need what StevieRay suggested, had to have made you laugh.

The adults on this forum see all these threads as rather comical. It's like the kids in school who start name calling until the teacher tells them to stop, but then they whisper it as if the teacher doesn't hear it LOL

Week 9 the AMAZING 60% streak continues. Some of you may ask how long will the money train last? Let's all hope it's forever.

Again week 9 saw the streak continue with what is probably the best record in the US. If there is other life forms out there on other planets unless they are super human robots I doubt they could have a HISTORIC run like TheCats is having this year.

So again to recap 6 WINS 4 LOSES for a profit, wait no a loss of -$6.00. Not that buying points will cost you money or playing -150/-170 teasers well ok maybe it will but not a bad week and still has won 7 out of 9 weeks if not more.

YTD total solid profit of $178.00. All that are following and can't sign up for Gary'sbook.com and can't get some of these wagers, maybe you can follow some of the others.

Just a small choo choo this week as the bottom line went down. CAN'T WAIT FOR WEEK 10! GOOD LUCK CATS, WE LOVE YOU BUDDY

Not that this matters as it means nothing, zero, nada (but thecats loves to say it) but the overall % stayed right at 60%. 75-50 YTD

Just a note, that total is off by $1.00 it should be $177.00 YTD profit. Too early, should have waited until later today to add up.
