Dunno the overall numbers, but do know these:
1) Over 1.7million Americans arrested last year for drug crimes, with about 90% of those for possession only.
2) Of that number, almost 800,000 were for violation of marijuana laws and again about 90% were for possession only.
3) The number of marijuana arrests nationally was higher than arrests for all violent crimes combined and it's been so for over a decade now.
