from the claims Kirk has made and posted PM's. the guy didn't even know the "agents" name and called him different names on occasion. Also plays only through e-mail? Than when Kirk is down money the guy PM's him a 100 times a day saying how credible the agent is and how he always gets paid? the writing is on the wall......
