For the last time, it was after i started placing bets that he showed me beyond the shadow of a doubt that i would not have seen one cent had i won. Argue with me all you like about this but i am 100% absolutely certain.

He was going to stiff me, and is probably a broke little schmuk. For this reason he will not see one cent. I am not a stiff. You guys than believe whatever you like.

I guess the bottom line is that I find it ironic it wasn't until you were in the red that you realized the guy you were placing bets with was a scam artist. I'm not accusing you of being a scam artist or a deadbeat you just have to admit the irony is a bit laughable. If you're really that desperate to find a book go to your local bars or poker rooms and ask around. Let me guess you don't drink and don't play poker? Its really sad to me that people just don't get it. I understand how this looks, but I swear I have never cheated or stiffed anyone in my life EVER.

I placed bets with the guy.

Guy exposed himself as a liar and a cheat and a scammer repeatedly.

No way in hell am I paying him for that reason.

If a thief broke into my house with the intent to steal something, i wouldn't be paying him
any debts i owed to him, that's for sure.

do some of you guys even read before making comments? When he started getting down money the dude started PM'n him like crazy saying how much he was up and how he always got paid. hence....trying to make his scam look legit at the right time and Kirk realizing what was up.

there is no way to judge his intentions at this point. Its obvious that the other poster was the one booking the bets, but there is no way to prove he wouldnt pay had Captain Cocksucker actually won a bet for once in his life. As stands, your buddy Kirk is an admitted thief since he is the one that was the one who lost and now has no intentions of paying. As stated by another poster had he won he would not be denying the funds, and in this business we refer to it as "taking a shot". Again I would like to recommend a permanent ban on this admitted thief to avoid other posters getting labeled as scammers(aka accept losing wagers from this ahole).

Theres no irony in it at all. It was when I went into the red that all of a sudden this guy started pming me on therx 3 or 4 times daily, making retarded claims and remarks, none of which added up. What he was doing was trying WAY TOO HARD TO TELL ME THAT "HIS AGENT" IS AN HONEST GUY WHO NEVER FAILED TO PAY HIM ON TIME. HE CLAIMS HE IS UP 5K LMFAO.
