well it would be hard to stiff if the funds were being held by a mod now wouldnt it skip? Sure glad to know you are on Kirk's list of "intelligent posters". On a side note I doubt Steak is so desperate for an out, and if Kirk has as much money as he would like us to believe he wouldnt be either.
