Yeah, they not only screwed up the warrant being no-knock or just didn't knock loud enough but they also screwed up because their surveillance didn't see that the guy was even in the apartment.
I never really read about the story but media/celebs made her sound completely innocent and just caught in line of fire. And yes, she obviously deserves to be alive but she was caught up in her ex-BF massive drug business. He was pushing pretty good weight to have operations going in vacants, that's stuff you see in "The Wire"
From everything from celebs/media I thought she was completely innocent and just worked security job. Yeah, she wasn't a drug dealer but her car was spotted at the vacant buildings, she bailed him and his associates out of jail numerous times and they suspected she had drugs/money at her place.
Just hang with good people and this shit don’t happen. I had a time in life, where I hung around some real dirtbags. I nipped that shit in the butt real quick.
