If you do supervise, surely you would know to become a cop you have to score highly on a written exam, do well on a physical fitness test and pass a background check and polygraph test. The competition is not easy.

You saw what happened in Turkey.....Venezuela has untapped martial law if I'm.not mistaken.because of their economy collapse.......there was violence, confusion, etc.....during Hurricane Katrina & no martial law.
