110 classified emails (some of which are in our enemy's hands admitted Comey) were transmitted by Hillary Clinton. If that isn't gross negligence, nothing is. He testified she should've known better.

If I did what she did, at a minimum my security clearances would be pulled. That's at a minimum. This is how serious the government takes classified document transfers.

Again, there's a difference. Comey's judgement, and no one in the nation was more qualified to give it, is that the errors, carelessness, etc., that Hillary was guilty of, did not raise to the level of Prosecutable crime.
