Whatever we do....let's not say the jury has spoken so they must be right. Look at oj, look at casey anthony, look at how many convictiions been over turned last few decades. Jury gts it wrong alot

A Jury is different than a Grand Jury. The don't have to prove that much for the Grand Jury to send it to trial.

Man, people discover a word and they all use and beat it to death. How many times can thug be used per day here?

Yes, I know...point is, people who hear all the evidence will and do get it wrong sometimes

But the burden of proof is night and day. Grand Jury is a screening process, beyond reasonable doubt is tough to prove.
