Something I posted on another board:

SPOILERS

I have to believe the hand gun is going to come back up in season 5. There has to be a reason the camera focused on it landing completely upright and then focus on it again at Jesse's fight when he's pouring out the chemicals.

But then I'm thinking, it's the gun that Walt bought for protection so it's untraceable.

It's possible though that if they find the gun when investigating the fire, it'll give Hank a reason to re-open the Heisenberg case and lead him to believe he's still alive. Gus is killed, the lab is destroyed, but there is evidence of foul play.

END SPOILERS

Clearly just speculation. And if someone is to respond to this post. It would probably be best not to quote the whole post.

I am very curious to see where next season takes us.

What happened to the Ricen cig? I don't buy that Saul's boys took it from Jesse during the frisk.

What side will Mike take? Obviously, he has taken to Jesse, but does he have access to the empire Gus built, and can he take it for his own?

Was someone watching Jesse and Walt at the end of the episode, or was that actually the vehicle Gus left at the hospital? The location of the vehicle didn't seem accurate to me.

Will Brock reveal where he found/ingested the Lilly of the Valley?

Will Skylar become more of a partner to Walt, or someone Walt needs to worry about? The writers have allowed her to go in either direction. I don't think she knows about Ted yet, and she just found out Walt is a murderer.

How much does Hank know about Walt? If he is still in the dark, you have to believe he will find video evidence during the investigation of Gus' death.

The two characters I am most curious about, at this point, are Mike and Saul. Both will play a large part in season 5.

In the end, Jesse will kill Walt.

you have sourecs on this or just educated guesses here man
that last thing is especially crazy

No sources at all...just been thinking and Walt has to die.

Slowly the audience is seeing how evil he is, he has killed 8 or so people. Jesse would be too obvious. Walt Jr. is slowly seeing what his father is involved in and what he has become. I could see Skylar or maybe even Jesse revealing the rest of the story. Walt Jr. seems like a weak character and I could see it as a surprise ending.
Honestly, this show has consumed me. It will be a long wait for season 5. I wouldn't even call it an educated guess.

I could see walt jr. teaming up with uncle hank.

and I can see jesse teaming up with hitman mike

I can then see walt matching up Team JR/Hank vs Team Jesse/Mike

walt is broke but has a place to cook (carwash)
jesse has the $$$$ and no place to cook and will figure out about the poisoning.

the great thing about the show is the writers always do the unexpected and it makes sense...

I always try to predict what will happen next and those damn writers fool me 75% of the time, that's what makes the show great. when a show becomes predictable, or when it starts to do things to please the audience, I stop watching.

It was confirmed in an interview with Vince Gilligan (creator) that Huel did in fact switch cig packs on Jesse during the frisk.

Really, I'll have to check it out. The writers have to allow Jesse to figure out what happened, once he calms down and questions Brock.

Like the way Gus calmly walks out of a small room after a bomb explodes three feet from him, fixes his tie, and then collapses with half his face erased?

Are we 100% certain Gus died? He was in shock, but could a seriously deformed Gus emerge later? Doubtful, but I think news reports said 3 people were killed. What if Gus lived and someone in a room next door was killed? possible?

I think Walt and Jessie keep cookin and are the kingpins now and they make Mike a partner 33% for his expertise in what he does which Walt and Jessie need. Also he know Gus's distribution routes which they need. So Mike is happy with a huge raise.

Ive always suspected at some point as Hank is closing in on Walt, Walt makes him an offer to join up. think about it, the show is about good people being corrupted. What does Hank have? post traumatic stress disorder after the explosion in the desert. he got all shot up by the cartel. what does he have to look forward to if he goes back to his job? more of the same and a crummy pension? Walt can make him a $$$$$ offer.

That was my gut suspicion from the get go. Why would they have Gus walk out of the room like some zombie? Since when does someone that dies in a explosion come walking out and fix their tie? The third person dead could be the lady in the next room that was trying to get Walt's attention? I don't know but I'm thinking Gus makes a reappearance.

They'd have Gus do that because it's theatrical and Gus is the ultimate badass. I, for one, thought it was a fantastic end to the Gus story.

But trust me, he's dead.

the show is called breaking bad and that is what will happen to each and every character.

Walt was the straightest shooter, now he is a drug lord and a murderer
Jesse was a punk. A small time chili meth dealer. He turned murderer, severe drug addict, and def capable of killing again
Skylar resented walt, cheated on him, and now is full on evil
Saul is just awesome...he was never good but still is awesome. Better call Saul!
Marie is an annoying klepto biatch....having her killed off would be great for my sanity
Walt Jr. may not turn bad but he was already trying to blackmail walt into the fancy car

Hank will find out and Hank will turn. He was kind of a douche DEA agent, became good and now he will uncover it all and join team Walt.

Walt will die. There is no other way around it. He has to die for the story to end. After this episode he said "he won". After next season, we will see "he lost".

Gus had to die. I told my wife beforehand he will die. She was shocked but forgets a lot of people have died. Especially obstacles in the Walt/Jesse ventures.

Mike will be back and he will be an important part next season. I have a feeling it will have to do with Walt and Jesse taking over Gus' operation. Hopefully it will be as much of a clusterfuck as Walt/Jesse first trying to cook in the boonies and basement.

So who will be Walt's enemy? Someone connected to Gus?
Seems to me Jesse has Mike, Walt has Saul, and Hank will have all of the DEA's resources since he will get credit for being right about Gus.
I just don't see how Jesse doesn't figure out who was behind the poisoning. The show could go in so many directions. Maybe Walt gets cancer and Skylar takes a larger role. I still say there will be some family bloodshed. It would be fitting since Walt got into this mess to "support" his family.
