I could see Walt "taking pity" on Jesse while still killing him by lowering a drink/food in a bucket down to Jesse while he's in the hole...Jesse knowingly ingesting it because his life is totally fucked now. When I say taking pity I don't mean Walt pretending to take pity on him...I mean taking pity on him by giving him a way to die.
I dont think people should have sympathy for Jessie or Walt. Jessie has done some bad stuff, he belongs in jail. That he is sorry and conflicted and a mess doesnt excuse it

You answered the question as to why I think this is so far-fetched yourself. Walt Jr is the only clean character left. Killing his own father under almost any circumstances would change that. I'm not saying it's impossible because if the writer's intentions are to leave no character unsullied that would be the way to do it.
Walt is dead anyway. I don't think we need a character to kill him because we already know his fate.

Grey Matter seems to be a legit company that Walt contributed some ideas to long ago that hit big. I dont see them as involved in anything illegal. Presumably, Lydia's contacts who "want it pure" are in the Czech Republic who buy from her because her drugs are the best. they could get bad product locally but Lydia has a premium product
