Good point about Walt and Jesse discussing sensitive issues in the house. I had that thought also as they are obviously tailed and on camera in the meth lab. Gus is too careful to trust them together.

I also forgot to add.. that Jesse would have been under heavy surveillance after they traced the RV to him. Even after the RV was destroyed... no way Jesse goes around without the DEA trailing him for months if not years. Yet he drives to work everyday to the methlab... where the DEA would also see Walt working and solve this whole thing pretty damn quickly.

Ok -I promise that was my last critique. I enjoy a good story. I can suspend belief and just enjoy the drama. Best show on TV

DEA left Jessie alone because Hank beat the hell out of him for making up the Marie badly hurt story. DEA didn't want a huge lawsuit, Jessie didn't press charges for it so they left him alone. Most likely thought he was small time anyway. So that did make some sense...

I did the same thing and started to find little things that didn't make a whole lot of sense. I then decided I could probably find a lot of little tidbits that REALLY didn't make a lot of common sense in this show. But I nipped it in the bud and decided early in the series to overlook most of it and just enjoy it for the entertainment value alone. It's a tv series, and it's a damn good one. It's not reality, but if you use your imagination a little bit, it's believable enough. Season 5 is already off to a really good start just 3 episodes in too.

Agree with you guys ^^^. But in my opinion there isn't another good show on regular cable. HBO is the network. Everything else is a waste of time.

I don't nitpick at the show but one thing that was senseless was that Walt supposedly won/made a lot of money cardcounting but Skyler was supposedly furious at him for that. And everyone bought that explantion for Walts new wealth.

If a guy is making millions counting cards, it isnt a problem or a gambling problem thats just being really fucking smart and making a ton of money ( Which most people would consider a good thing!). Not something to be angry about!

It just plays into the general public's myth/perception that gambling is bad and evil, so Skyler can be mad about it.

I dont think their new roving cook in somebodies house idea is a good one. You dont have control over the facility. No fucking way I would do that if i were them. What if for some reason somebody goes into the house for something they need? Or what if they have hidden security cameras or a camera to see if the babysitter is hitting their kid? you never know what somebody has in their house. people, as we know, can be weird

I dont believe Mike, the security expert, would sign off on this idea

Since they use toxics to exterminate and people are told about that explicitly, it wouldn't be too bright to go back in at night. The babyphone issue already popped up when one the guys told Walt, that he disabled one of these in the house. Shouldn't be too difficult to block/disturb any of these signals while cooking anyways. Don't think that I'd worry too much about that causing major problems.
Especially because that scenario makes them extremely mobile and unless police figures out that the extermination business is involved, it gives them the possibility to pack up and setup shop in a different place within hrs...so way easier to cover your tracks / get rid of any evidence once you get into hot waters.
The card counting seemed a bit odd, but then again if he was a problem gambler, I guess you wouldn't want him around casinos even if he was able to make money in BJ....especially since the way they told it to Hank/Marie the whole gambling thing affected his personal life, he lied to his family about it etc., so their was cause to worry/be angry.

But you're right, that if you look too deep into it, there are some weak points in the whole story, but overall this series is very well written.

it's just a make believe show guys, remember when he had cancer, that story angle played out pretty quick, just as hanks paralysis is gonna be gone by the end of the year. Like it, hate it, but dont say "gee I'm not buying this story angle".

Lot of nitpicking going on. This season has been very good and tension is already starting to rise. No one is going back into a house that is being fumigated because of the toxins(except maybe Kramer). Cant wait till Walt has problems from his family/DEA and problems with the meth side

The nitpicking is crazy. Go rewatch a Sopranos (another 1 of the best shows ever) You'll find tons of plot holes, leaps of faith, who cares. Its TV!

This episode was a transitional episode, had to get them back cooking and business up and running to take the next step. Feels like chaos will ensue soon.

Best show on TV easy. Mentioned Hank ready to walk again. Hank/Walt showdown is coming maybe...

I'll bite on a huge oversight though. Jessie being back with his girl after last season ended with him telling her Brock might of been poisoned in a very specific way when they were at the hospital and now they were just back together with no explanation? Granted by the end of the episode they Jessie broke it off but still the fact they would be together after that with no explanation was a leap.

i think walt will end up killing mike by season's end. Shit is about to go down for the amount of money they lose on Gus's guys.

I probably agree but then they don't have a way to get the product out on the streets. Not saying they can't....

The tension between Mike and Walt was awesome over the money. I felt uncomfortable just watching from my couch

Jesse appears to be maturing as the show goes on. I'm gonna guess the end game on this show is Walt and Hank killing each other with Jesse taking over everything as a superbadass. end of the show right there..

I always thought the show would end with Walt killing Jesse.

It just seems like Jesse has no real need for the money anymore. He wanted to get rich and now is rich, and has no family or expenses or daughters or anything to care about so he basically has no worries. Mike and Walt need the money and Jesse can just do whatever, but doesn't really need to cook anymore. I have no clue how the show will end and am not even gonna worry about guessing, just let the chips fall and enjoy it
