Assuming the game tonight does not get cancelled due to rain, I am siding with the more experienced home team tonight. Volquez will keep it close and the Royals BP will seal the deal.

Royals at -110 for 2 units

For fun I am going to sprinkle a little something on Daniel Murphy to win the MVP at +300. Why not, this guy has been lights out. If the Mets win, I am thinking he will have to be in the running.

Good luck campers!!!! Hope everyone has a profitable series.

Thanks Eccocide. Fell asleep before the end and woke up a winner. Great start to the WS!!

1-0 last night for +2.00 units

Overall Postseason Record 22-13-2 for a profit of +18.90

GM 2 tonight. KC won game one and if my predictions are correct, the Mets should win tonight. No official play yet.

Be back later.

Great call last night lex! Leaning mets as well. Should be very interesting to see how the line moves today.

I completely agree. Looks like early money on the Mets and the under.

The under surprises me since Cueto could easily get lit up with the 7.88 ERA he is sporting in the playoffs. Not to mention the Royals are a good fastball hitting team against pitching with high velocities.

Oh and I am fully aware the game last night went 14 innings and late into the night.

Looking for the over under to drop to 7 then I am pouncing on the OVER.

Ok. I'm Def liking your over thoughts. In all seriousness,
Who is gonna hold it down from the pen? Davis and that about it.

Lex,...this could be the only game all serious when a team wins by more than one comfortably. I might take the rl as well

And there it is. Line down to 7 at -120. Waiting to see now if the price drops a bit as well. Getting closer to pulling the trigger on this.

Two hittable pitchers imo against two lineups who put up runs. I don't have any faith in Cueto and I suspect DeGrom will give up a few himself.

Both Davis and Familia pitched last night. If I back the Mets today, they will need at least a two run cushion before the bullpens take over to win this game.

Which leads me to think the Mets RL could be in play as well, if I am going all in on the Mets to take game 2.

I already jumped on the over 7 at -120. I didn't wait cause I really do think it will jump back up to 7.5. Possibly even 8 max at even money.

Hey lex. I don't get where people are saying to take royals cause everyone is on the mets. At 68% that's a far cry from everyone and mlb postseason plays are a different animal.

Good point. In that case I am going to make it an official play before anymore line movement.

Mets/Royals OVER 7 at -120 for 2 units

Going back to my point about the Mets RL. It's a big risk with sizable reward. If you are backing the Mets and you feel they are capable of closing the door on KC innings 7-9 then the RL might be worth throwing a little something on.

I will also be looking at a potential f5 play, based on the fact that I have no faith in Cueto whatsoever.

Anyone else want to chime in here for the sake of everyone making some money this fine evening???

I am actually seeing 62% and 38% now. Honestly, I had the Mets pegged to win this game before the series started. I WILL NOT let these percentages change, my approach or strategy.

I have royals at +105. Line gradually changing towards royals. Even the juice on over 7 dropped to -115. I'm shocked

Chipz I didn't mean to mislead u brotha. I was saying that my line had royals at +105. I didn't take a side as of yet. This over starting to scare me a little. This juice dropping to a possible 6.5 total is mind boggling to me.

I honestly don't see it getting to 6.5 I am seeing more money coming in now on the Over at 7. I back my play and I still think we have the right side here.

After careful consideration, I am going to add: Mets F5 ML at -125 for 1 unit

DeGrom is a beast and I expect him to be able come out and locate his pitches. I am playing the first five because both bullpens got exhausted and anything good happen. Which only helps my cause for the OVER as well.

GL everyone with your plays! Let's go Metssssss

Well Cueto did not get rocked as I anticipated and the Mets gave up a one run lead to cost me my F5 play. However, it was still a profitable day going 1-1 for +.75

Postseason Record is now 23-14-2 for a profit of +19.65 units

Travel day today. The Mets need to regroup otherwise this series looks like it will be over quickly.
