I dont think Poland is stable enough , last time they finished 4th thanks to amazing shooting performance only taking 5 extra shots . They finished 21 seconds ahead of Belarus but in the previous relay Poland finished 3 minutes behind . Almost any of those 4 in Poland team can miss a lot to run a penalty loop , Belarus starters always have solid shooting results .

Number one in overall biathlon ranking this year is starting for Russia - Svetlana Sleptsova . Only real opponent I see here is Hauswald for Germany but she is way too slow , if Sleptsova doesnt miss a lot she will clearly be the first at changeover .
