Not that you care, but I was kind of on your side until this post. While I think your story is far fetched, if the agreement is what you said it was, then I feel EV made a huge mistake with his original post calling you out so early into the dispute. However, after this post, along with the stories that seem far fetched, it looks like you are setting up an out to not have to pay the guy. I've seen it pulled in a similiar situation on this forum. Guy calls another guy out because he's getting the runaround and thinks he's getting stiffed. Bookie plays the victim then acts like he's so mad about being called a stiff that hes not going to pay the player on principle, but we all know all along he never had any intention of paying from the start.
In any event, if your story is true I would be irate that this thread was created after not responding for less than 24 hours, my real name being used, and being threatened with the IRS angle. In fact, it would want to make me whip a mans ass. However, after I whipped his ass, I would still pay him the balance that was owed. Do the right thing....

He crossed it after Mondays games were done, our agreement was end of day Sunday balance. I did NOTHING wrong.
Settle up days are so dumb to me.

I am probably missing something but couldn't people just stop betting when they were a few bucks from their max to not have to pay for a long time (or technically ever) under those rules? Could also be complicated on when they pay you...unless there is a day to measure as of and some flexibility around being able to dip into payment territory and then come back would be good for you I would think
We had just recently agreed to it because it had become lots of bank transfers back & forth which ultimately might draw suspicions. He could deposit with me at any time if he ran out of funds but for him to cash out it'd be over 1k after Sunday was complete for Monday.
this is what happens and is usually a problem. if i owe on tuesday morning i pay the amt regardless of what it is. however when a player is given a settle amt say 500, its common the they keep it just under that by settle day which is frustrating esp when using a pph that i pay for!
its always best to have a settle day regardless of amt but i dont expect my local ppl to bring me 72 dollars if they dont have time or if i dont want to meet them (napping etc ha)!
as for this situation, i really dont think ltfl is going to pay. dragging this shit out is ridiculous esp if expects to get any more olayers from the rx? i mean if i played with him and was a member here id def have some concerns. he must not have many players would be my guess?
