betwwts nca pick 10 contest.

well,although it seems not possible but,i mention moderators attentiona s tehy do not paying attention on my emails,i finished 3rd in the ncca football contest of betwwts at these forums contest section on 12th of oct.2006,since then i contact live chgat and sportsavant but no response i think therx fed up with visitor and enforced by betwwts as all prizes are laying pending,what should i do?,

I was told by our account manager at Bodog that they are working on the exact details of managing player accounts from WWTS, including outstanding contest liabilities. Moderators here know only as much as we are informed, and some things just take some time to work out.

We will report information as soon as we have it.

My understanding from betwwts cs was that the betwwts book would run just as it is today minus the betcorp logos. I reprinted the livechat earlier in this thread. She told me that nothing would change. Basically it was as if betwwts would survive and there wouldn't be any bodog presence. Is Bodog intimating something different?

Right now we just don't know.

What recent history has taught us, however, is that most CS clerks don't know what's going on. Which is not to say that the clerk you spoke to is wrong, just that there is no official confirmation of her statements.

Reading the initial press release, it's unclear if Bodog can't use Betcorp logos, etc, or all logos et al in the purchase. It's also unclear what Bodog's intentions are with WWTS customers.

Another question we don't currently have an answer to.

I've been told to be patient while Bodog figures out the details, at which time instructions for players will be forthcoming.

Thank you eGaming for your amazing knowledge on the subject. Oh wait, your blog is nothing but your opinion and you rementioning info already all over the net. PR Stunt huh? None of us would be getting paid if it wasn't for Bodog buying our accounts at BetCorp. You obv don't have frozen funds with them because if you did you would be thankful. I am happy I won't be losing a couple grand and I know some people who are happy they won't be losing high 5 or 6 figure balances with BetWWTS and BetHoldem. Call it what you want but they are making a shiatty situation into something better.

It is obvious Betcorp has created inconvenience to players by ceasing U.S activity.

If Betcorp was unable to find a potential buyer for their U.S operations they will close and pay all players in full.

It looks like another weekend down the drain betting with wwts. Why have they not opened up yet? This book is really losing alot of respect since freezing US players accts! And bodog has not made the situation any easier! Im a small player and would like to have access to my acct! Nov 15 looks so far away since I cant bet until I get this $

IMO, unless the shareholders have another deal cooking I don't see why they shouldn't approve it, because otherwise they won't get squat either.

I sure hope we get a clue as to how we will get access to our funds once the sale goes through.

Very true. Although if enough of them band together, they might vote off the Board of Pussies, elect management with bigger cajones, and try to ride out the storm of payouts that will follow this fiasco.

You would think BoDog would at least announce their intentions regarding WWTS account balances. I am sure management knows by now what they plan to do with them (roll them directly into a new BoDog account or send out checks).
