I am assuming that if this book does open on Nov 15 they will allow me to withdraw my money because they lost me as a customer taking this long to open. Now if this book gives me another reason that they dont open or delay any longer I will get a lawyer and sue the pants off them for holding my $ hostage for so long. Has anyone contacted Bodog or WWTS and asked them when they will be opening the new WWTS?

I talked to a rep at WWTS yesterday and really didn't learn anything new. I was reassured that I would be able to get my money soon. I'm not sure how soon after the vote (assuming approval) that we'll have access to our accounts. I also have to wonder how they're going to handle the situation as I see a large volume of people wanting to get their money ASAP and all at once. I may call again early next week, and also talk to someone at BoDog, but I don't know if they know anything either. Surprised at the lack of information - or maybe I shouldn't be.
The last thing we heard from Bodog was once they get the details sorted, they will circulate a press release instructing BetWWTS players of their options.
As the transfer is to happen on the 15th (next Wednesday) we expect this announcement in the next few days.
I know this has been a huge stressor for many people, and we hope to finally have a resolution for you very soon.

Here is something scary, I have about 20 dimes at betwwts, and i tried to print my balance and it will not print, it prints everything else but the balance, and it won't let me save the page to my computer, I think they are just delaying this so they can find a place to hid when they stiff people.
FWIW I called both BoDog and WWTS Customer Service today to see if they knew anything. Bodog only said that by Wednesday they should have some information regarding WWTS accounts, and WWTS said that by Wednesday US accounts should be accessible. I certainly would not take this as gospel, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this is true. According to the person I spoke to at WWTS they are or will be having meetings to sort this all out - I sure hope so as they have had 30 days to figure this out. I'm cautiously optimistic but I'm not counting my money just yet.
Whatever the decision, I want the funds sent to neteller , not to bodog...let me control MY $$$. It's been a LOoooooong month, but I log in each day to see if it still there, and it is...printed acct bal. out too JIC. If I were bodog, I would intice a 15-20% rollover bonus with the standard restrictions. I've got a bodog acct and 1) Lines there suck...usually 1, 1.5 to 2 points higher than most...I had to lay MIA -2.5 yeterday when -1/-1.5 were elsewhere.
You also can't buy points at the dog...after I get my WWTS funds, I may close the dog and RUN to pinny for better lines/ more options.
