Brian, what we are seeing is public books doing 1) Ending business with US clients or 2) Privitizing their US facing operations so that they do not have a board and shareholders to respond to.

I don't see anyone having anything to worry about. They just need a little time to iron things out & hopefully complete the sale.
Lets all fly down to Costa rica or whereever this book is at and start kicking some ass to get our $ back!

Don't worry things are better than ever....LOL....unless you have funds at WWTS......if any body thinks things are better now I have no idea what they are thinking, its not the same as it was before this bill was pushed through. Might be down the road later but not now.

Why would they freeze US accounts? If they are on the up and up why wouldn't they just refund all US accounts? Something doesn't smell right. Maybe, their former owner will re-buy them and open back up to US customers. I hope so.

Sure glad I listened to that little voice inside my head when the free Monday Night 'no lose' bets from WWTS were being offered and touted.

Good luck folks.

they are gonna sell it out to someone else like the other company did

lets just HOPE we see our money when they do sell...

i hope it takes a few days at least...i have $100 in my account which is of no concern is the almost 2dimes in tigers futures im worried about...(not to mention the 800 i hedged the other way on them actually losing)

what would be better than to see the tigers win (i dont see my money) and i lose money b/c of my hedges...

talk about the ultimate kick in the balls

Everyone was on here talking about how great BOS was before closing; they use to stiff all kinds of players, I know they stiffed Bill Walters out of $500,000, and i've heard the same about WWTS stiffing big players, so don't be suprised if they are using the perfect excuse to bail out.

Freezing deposits and withdrawals is bullshit and an immediate downgrade of this company in my opinion.

After they stole my Steelers bet (They told me on chat I could place it at all 5 accounts when I asked - then they would not honor any of them) I left them 3 weeks ago.

I see a downward spiral here.

Still I think everyone will get paid once they sort it all out.

Anyone able to log in from outside the US?

it was BOS that stiffed Billy Walters, not betWWTS!!!

be careful with rumours, we dont know what they will do yet.

Brian, I moved your post into this thread. Just trying to keep everything in one thread.

Food for thought-If the US facing business is being sold, they need to stop transactions during the transition. Frustrating, but that's the way it always is with sales.

This means that, until further notice, it will not be possible for US residents to place wagers or make deposits on, or make withdrawals from, any website owned or operated by any company in the Betcorp group. This account freeze will remain in place until such time as Betcorp has fully assessed its legal position.

Why do I get the feeling this isn't going to have a happy ending since they are deciding if and when they pay me " MY " money.
