Sources within the company tell SBR "It’s likely you will see the last two public giants privatize within the next 48 hours but of course, all [Betcorp sportsbook] players will receive their funds immediately if this is not achieved."

Brian, what we are seeing is public books doing 1) Ending business with US clients or 2) Privitizing their US facing operations so that they do not have a board and shareholders to respond to.
I don't see anyone having anything to worry about. They just need a little time to iron things out & hopefully complete the sale.
