Unfortunately i have to depart LOS next week, but the CP varies depending on things like time of day and one's luck. There seem to be quite a few part timers, like university students, that aren't there regularly. They might show up early in the month as rent payday approaches, which i've heard is on the 4th for many. Then there are the regulars who have no other job, though from year to year there are always new FTers i hadn't seen before.

IME in the later evenings/early mornings quite a few LBs show up on the sidewalk adjacent the CP, so you might want to skip that freak show. I'd recommend the late afternoon early evening crowd of ladies over the night shift, but i've found a few gems after 11 p.m. too.
