I just finished reading "Confessions of a Bangkok Private Eye" as told to Stephen Leather by Warren Olson. These are "true stories from the case files of" the latter, including one CHOPTALK would enjoy about a farang who almost married a ladyboy. I found the book even more entertaining - less drama & more humour - than "Private Dancer". Now i am about to begin the sequel, "Thai Private Eye", which claims to "serve up more juicy stories" including those "deemed too hot to include in the first book for fear of repercussions. It also includes recent cases, where state-of-the-art surveillance devices and other advances in the dark arts of private investigation have made it easier to uncover dirt deep below the surface".
