I said "anyone who has played baseball knows this doesnt happen".why is that such a difficult concept to grasp?
its not that big of a deal, I do think it reflects badly on gay rod though. I doubt most Yankee fans would say this is how they want their team to act. They have a proud tradition and all.
And him lying about what he said and how out of bounds in baseball it is for him to call off the 3rd baseman as if he was the Toronto shortstop pisses me off. at least own up gay rod and stop acting like a whiny little "who me, what did I do?" turd all the time.
So cheating is OK (on & off the field) but not admitting to it is what makes it childish? Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!
gAy-Fraud jockers are so delusional.
Ask yourselves this: would Jeter or Ichiro do it? There's your answer right there.
I would not at all be surprised if the next team NY plays someone head hunts gay rod. Another team may well take matters into their own hands before Toronto gets another crack.
there a good reason why a defense cant call out signals to purposely mess up the offensive signals in the NFL. It messes up the game too much. The offense has to be able to call out signals for the game to function right, so the NFL stepped in and made it a penalty.
in baseball, a shortstop has to be able to call off a 3rd baseman or a left fielder a shortstop. when you scream mine in a 3rd basemans ears he doesnt have time to think about whos voice it might be, its a baseball reaction, he moves out of the way for the shortstop, especially since like I said, no baserunners ever do this. "Mine" means move out of the way your stortstop has called you off.
This isnt an "old school rules" thing which are crap anyways, its a basic part of baseball that you cant mess with. does any baseball fan want to see this type of thing the norm? its a garbage play
It's all good Mr. Smith. I just do not agree that it never happens. It is comical to me. This is not going to end baseball as we know it. You and Illini seem to take this a little too extreme.
