IF you want this backing you would have to agree to pay 50% of your winning regardless if you use the rebut or not.

Just having the ability to rebuy even if you do not end up using it changes your strategy for the entire tourney and opens up possibilities for you to take advantage of knowing you have a rebuy in your back pocket used or not not used.

Just knowing this could be the difference in cashing or not cashing in this tourney.
So thats a big deal.
And having that rebuy is worth something to you even if you never use it.

So if you want people to back you to give you this ability they deserve to be compensated.

50% of all winnings regardless if you use the RB or not.

So with that being said the only fair thing to an investor is to offer the investor 50% of all winnings for the $750 share.

This is the way it works in real life, if you find people that is willing to send you $750 doing at your way good for you, but as a potential investor I would have to pass.

Everything Hot Pizza has said in this thread is 100% correct.

This is so way off I'm not even going to comment

Industry standard is not bullshit.

This is every post I made in this thread before HC called me an idiot.

Do I come off as a dick?

While you're digging through the thread pulling quotes, why don't you pull that post you keep referencing where I called you an idiot?

And you implied I'm in idiot.
Don't be obtuse.
All I did was give my opinion.

Then you come out and call me an idiot simply for not posting what you want to hear.

Then get upset at me when I swing back.

Then you call me a dick for doing exactly what you did BEFORE me.

So I play the big baller card.

You play the "you're an idiot and I'm smarter then you are card.

But somehow I'm a dick and you're not.

OK.

Yea I made a dick move and I can admit that.

I lowered myself down to that level briefly.

I can admit it was a dick move.

But the problem is you fail to see that YOU made the first dick move.

So im a guy who realizes I made a dick move.
You're a guy who made a dick move FIRST that does not realize he made a dick move.

You saying that you did not imply I'm an idiot would be the exact same thing as me saying that I was not implying that you are a small timer.

If you want to lie and say you did not imply that I was an idiot I will play the same game and say that I did not imply that that you are a small timer.

We both both fucked up.

Only difference is you fucked up first and threw the first punch.

I threw back an equally low punch back.

The only difference is I realize what I did was low but somehow you think I'm the only one being a dick in this thread.

Oh I made a dick move, I just don't care cause it's you, the biggest fucking joke on this forum.

You claim to be a stand up guy but you get caught fudging your baseball record.
You claim to be the biggest Saints fan in the world yet you sell your season tickets.
You claim to be a big baller but you are known the forum world over for playing with monopoly money and lying about bet amounts.
You are a laughing stock of a homer, you post the Saints will go 16-0 and they lose week 1.
You make posts about how the linesmakers got it all wrong; you have been around forumville since you got off your mom's titty and you couldn't see that trap like most of us did from 18 miles away. All your comments did was lose some sheep some money that might have thought you knew what you were talking about.

I didn't call you an idiot. You INFERRED it from my comments. Given your forum history I can't say that I disagree with your inference though.

I have not posted a baseball play in over 5 years.

Hey dude, I am on the road half the year for work. I am not home exactly 50% of the year.
Do you suggest that I take $180 x2 and just let them go to waste?
I go to every game I'm home.
That is pretty lame man.
I have something worth more then 2x face value.
I would be an idiot not to sell them when I need them.

You claim to be a big baller but you can't afford to come play in the tournament that this "small-timer" is playing in.

Umm. Nothing worse then playing a 4hr MTT and making $7.
What does not wanting to play in one of those have to do with being big or small?
If Phil Ivey does not play in the 5dimes 1K does this make him a small timer?
LOL.
Why would I play a 1K when another site has a 35k at the same time?
LOL.

You are a laughing stock of a homer, you post the Saints will go 16-0 and they lose week 1.

Ummn, 1 game dude.
If one game meant everything your Bears are currently the worst team in the NFL.
If these sheep that you speak of listened to me they would have made a ton of money last year.

I predicted that the 2012 worst defense in NFL history would be top 10 in 2013.
They finished 4th.

I still stand behind my predictions on the Saints this year. It was one game.

It was not a trap game.
I was just a case of a player fumbling the football at the wrong time.

Saints dominated the game till the 4th quarter.

Anyway all of your above arguments are a joke.

Oh yea.
And 2 weeks ago I offered you a transfer bovada for 5D so I could play these tourneys that you say I won't play.
You told me 2 weeks ago you would PM me.
You never did.

I can't help it if I have a hard time getting money into 5D.
I have not played there in over a year.

Who cares if you play at 5dimes or not? Who cares what size tournaments you play in?

As far as the Saints, yeah Atlanta was maybe lucky to win the game. But the thread you started about linesmakers getting it all wrong, if you were right NO shouldn't have even put them in that position.

I can't help that you have your panties all in a bunch over your team losing yesterday.

My team lost yesterday too, and I lost money on it. I just don't have to eat crow like you do cause I haven't been beating my chest all over the forum for the last month about how they are the best team in the league.

Bottom line you don't like me and I don't like you. You came in this thread and made your opinion known. Over...and over...and over again. We get it. Why even come in here and try to rile people up? You were not being helpful, you were making sure everyone know that you knew what you were talking about and those that disagree with you did not. I know you can't see that so I don't expect you to understand, but trust me on this one.

I certainly don't care but you seem to care. You are the one who asked me why I don't play in these 5D tourneys. Before that it was not an issue.

Ummm, I was probably the only person on this forum that was seriously considering staking you're entire rebuy if you would have adjusted you're criteria.
If you want to call that not being helpful thats on you.

I stated my opinion exactly twice in this thread.
Not over and over and over again.

And would you mind explaining to me whats wrong with selling tickets to a Saints game when you are over 1000 miles from home?

What would you suggest?

They are worth 2x face value.

Should I just give them away or should I sell them for 2x what I paid and use that money to buy my tickets for the next season and basically have free tickets every year?

Should I quit my job and go to all the games so I can say I'm a real fan?
Should I just give them away when I'm not home when all my closest friend already have tickets to the game?
Should I give them to someone who does not give a shit and probably would not go anyway or they would sell them themselves and make money off my tickets? That happened to me one time BTW. Never again.

Or should I just leave them at my house and let them go to waste losing almost $400?

Yes I admit I made a dick move in this thread.
I already admitted I made a dick move in this thread before your post.

Only thing is 2 people made dick moves in this thread.

One of them admitted it, and the other one did not.

And the one that did not admit it made the first dick move in this thread.

This has escalated quickly for no reason... HC put his terms out in the open... Accept them or decline them... I personally think HCs guidelines are good for both parties for a one time event.... If this was long term yes negotiate it but its just one time.... Why would he give you 50% for 375 bucks....

1. He's playing the damn thing and you're not but you want 50 percent of the payout...

HC just go play your one buy in and play your game. Good luck to you brother... Hope you cash it....

My style live is pretty tight for a while... I like to come off as the tight player at the table for a while.. This helps when I need to make some moves mid tournament to take a few pots down.. Shift gears on them buddy.

I have a friend who plays über aggressive early and tightens up later and waits for big hands to trap with.

all of that to say this.. Be who you are and don't try to play different than normal... You will stick out like a fish out of water if you're trying to play a different style. Remember they can't see your cards either.

Tips from a rookie: know what your tales are... If you know what they are you can hide them.... For example: I look back at my cards on big hands to make sure I'm correct on what I have..... So now when I'm playing live I look back at my cards every hand I'm in no matter what.

- Like most rookie players when I flop a monster I check and then call, check and then raise.... Well if I've won a big hand or two with this style at the same table ill mix it up. Ex: I flopped two big monster pots against chip leader a few weeks back... First flop I check called, turn check called, river check raised. That's rookie cards 101... Not fifteen hands later I get pocket aces... I raised he re raised I smooth call. Flop A,9,2 rainbow. A monster... I fire out oversized bet with top set... He starts mumbling to himself and says you've been check raising all day (actually just twice) he said pocket Queens out loud and then moves all in lol. Snap call and I win the tourney after that... He had pocket kings. I cashed that huge hand all because I knew the what the table perceived my style as.. If I would of check called or check raised I would of made minimal profit there.

not trying to give a poker lesson buddy. I'm just sharing my live game takes... I've played enough now to know my tales and to know my style... If you play the same way all the way through you'll have no chance at the end... Shift gears and keep people off balance.

Good luck HC! Can not wait to follow your thread.

I did not say 50% for $375.
I said 50% for $750 even if he did not use the rebuy.

Pay $750 for 50% even if he does not use the rebuy.

If he does not use the rebuy he gets to keep the $750 but has to pay 50% of the winnings no matter what even if the rebuy is not used.

Because even if you never use the rebuy it still influences the way you play a tourney.

Its like an NFL team with 3 timeouts.
A coach will call a game a certain way in a tight game knowing he has those 3 timeouts but something might come up where you don't end up needing them but it still had an effect on the way you called the game even though you never ended up needing them.

Okay Chop brother... BTW I think the saints will make a run this year... Falcons were on a mission last year... Matty ice was on fire... Saints need to go 13-3 at minimum though to insure HF throughout the playoffs...
