DC to Legalize Rape Soon

Published on Wednesday, 31 July 2013 23:20Written by JB WillamsShare

Once we decide to ignore the rule of constitutional law, we are a lawless society and no law on the books carries any weight at all. There is no such
Illegal_Alien_Criminals_Get_Amnesty.jpg
thing as “crime” once no one is obligated to abide by any law in a lawless society.

In a letter dated 30 July, 2013 and sent to congressional Republicans, almost a hundred top GOP donors call for House Republicans to immediately pass legislation legalizing illegal immigration. Their reasoning… “the current system is already allowing them to stay and so it makes sense to register them and bring them into the system.”

These morons have one thing right here, the current system is already allowing illegal aliens to stay. Of course, the current system is doing this in direct violation of our federal immigration and naturalization laws, making the system just as illegal as the illegal immigrants. We have a lawless government pandering for the illegal alien vote, that’s all.
In the letter, Cuban immigrant Carlos Gutierrez makes some astonishing statements, such as –“Doing nothing is de facto amnesty.” That’s exactly right… passing any form of amnesty for illegals or so-called immigration reform is a mere formality. The criminals running our illegal government have already established de facto amnesty for millions of illegal invaders by simply refusing to uphold and enforce existing immigration and naturalization laws.Once again however, in doing so, they have become criminals themselves, traitors to the U.S. Constitution, to all legal American Citizens of the United States and violators of the rule of law. So, why bother writing anymore laws, since lawmakers clearly have no need to abide by or enforce our laws?In the same letter, Gutierrez writes – “We need to take control of whom we let in our country and we need to make sure everybody plays by the same rules.” Wait, I thought this is exactly what we did when we ratified the 14th Amendment and established our national immigration and naturalization laws

Had our existing laws been enforced at any point over the last thirty-years, we would not be having this discussion over millions of illegal invaders on our soil today, nor would we need Obama’s DHS Gestapo to protect American Citizens from jihadists and MS-13 members allowed to live among us.Yes, I realize that any opposition to insane anti-American public policy is an act of “racism” now. Never mind that I fully support LEGAL immigration and only oppose ILLEGAL migration and the ongoing massive exploitation of every American taxpayer forced to pick up the tab for our government’s illegal activities.By opposing illegal immigration, just as I oppose illegal bank withdrawals (bank robbery) and illegal sex (rape), I’m sure it will only take milliseconds for some totally indoctrinated moron to call me a racist for my comments here. It’s worth noting that Cuban Carlos Gutierrez was entrusted to anchor the Hispanic vote for Mitt Romney in the 2012 presidential race, a race in which Gutierrez was only able to deliver 27% of the Hispanic vote, compared to Obama’s 71% Hispanic vote. It’s also worth noting that Carlos Gutierrez is head of APCO Worldwide, a Global Political Strategist firm. Also signing Tuesday’s donor letter were Karl Rove and a number of ambassadors who served Mr. Bush, as well as former Homeland Security Secretary Tom Ridge, former Vice President Dan Quayle and several former governors. Note that these are all “former” one thing or another’s…According to the Washington Times, the donor letter came the same day that the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and 400 other businesses and umbrella groups fired off a letter to House leaders of both parties, urging them to pass something — though the business leaders did not specifically call for legalizing illegal immigrants.A list of those 100 signers is made public by the New York Times so that American consumers and ICE agents know which businesses are pushing Republicans to join Democrats in the utter destruction of our once great Constitutional Republic. Wonder how many of the 400 businesses already employ illegal aliens illegally? The subject is not at all complicated… Not arresting someone for robbing banks is de facto amnesty for all bank robbers. If we don’t enforce our laws against rape, that is de facto amnesty for all rapists. Murder is okay too, so long as the murder is committed by the mother during the first nine months of a child’s life. We are already a lawless society and nobody ignores the law more than lawmakers themselves. Many Americans seem to get it though, judging from the comments regarding the RNC RICH FAT CAT letter. Let’s be clear here, people like this are NOT GOP members, they are only RNC donors. The RNC (Republican National Committee) agenda has not represented the GOP base since Reagan.Karen posted this comment – “And as long as Holder allows them to keep coming here illegally, while American taxpayers pay for their free stuff, they will keep coming.” Indeed, lawlessness leads only to more lawlessness.Another comment reads – “I always wonder why they support criminals? Just because someone breaks our laws and gets away with it for a few years is no reason for them to get to the front of the line. Deport them and let them apply to come back.” Maybe it’s because our politicians are criminals too and birds of a feather…Why not issue a Presidential Medal of Honor to rapists, thieves and white collar criminals? I mean, if we are trying to destroy the entire legal system and social fabric of the United States, why not go all the way with it?The bottom line here folks is that we are a nation in control of our own destiny, which requires control of our own borders, or we are a nation living under the dictatorship of a few white collar criminals in Washington DC and their rich fat cat friends. The RNC has not represented the GOP since the Reagan era. Today’s Democrat Party is controlled by Democratic Socialists like Barak Obama, Hillary Clinton and their entire Federal Cabal. But today’s GOP finds itself under the dictatorship of the Republican National Committee which is funded and run by foreign fat cats like Gutierrez and Ivy League indoctrinated morons like Spencer Abraham, both of whom are thoroughbred Globalists.People like this have no business being in positions of public power in the United States. They belong in the private sector doing what they do best, making money and creating private sector jobs. In the public arena, they can be just as disastrous as the Democratic Socialists running Washington DC today. You bet we have a problem… an aging American population ready to collect the social benefits they have paid into all their lives and a dwindling reproduction rate of less and less productive citizens who feel entitled to the American Dream without any input or sacrifices of their own. 50 million murdered Natural Born American Citizens via “women’s rights” (aka abortion) over the last fifty-years has left America about 50 million taxpayers short of footing the bill, after Washington DC criminals raided the public trusts. But who in Washington DC represents Americans today?Washington DC politicians obviously represent the 6.3% of people who invaded our country illegally and started mooching off of American taxpayers. But who represents the other 93.7% who were born here or came here legally, live by our laws and respect our language and culture? If you want to know how this happened it’s quite simple. Alinsky Marxists took over the Democrat Party decades ago. Left-leaning RINOs were allowed to seize control of the Republican Party years ago. None of them represent American interests now, but at the end of the day, the American people are to blame.Instead of letting criminals take over both parties and our federal government, we should have thrown the bums out on arrival. Instead, as the parties and the nation drifted farther and farther left, the American people packed their bags and handed the keys over in search of a new political home, which they have yet to find. That’s what makes this comment the most frightening of all…“Here Here! The Republicans are DEAD...long live Libertarians.”If this were true, then the country would be finished as today’s libertarian movement appeals to less than 15% of the population and for pretty good reasons. As of the most recent surveys, only 24% now call themselves Republicans, 34% Democrats and 41% Independents. But only a tiny fraction of those independents identify with the modern libertarian movement.Turncoats like Marco Rubio, John Boehner and John McCain are responsible for the death spiral of the Republican Party. But the people who left their party in the hands of folks like this are equally responsible. If the people cannot stop these people from destroying American sovereignty and security on the immigration issue, they cannot stop these people from creating a totally lawless society and soon, even rape will be legal in America. At what point will American Citizens stop the lawlessness of their alleged leaders?

[h=4]BY LINDA BENTLEY | JULY 31, 2013[/h][h=1]Ending birthright citizenship for children born to illegal aliens[/h]
Steve_King.jpg
Steve King

WASHINGTON – Rep. Steve King, R-Iowa, introduced H.R. 140, titled the Birthright Citizenship Act of 2013, to amend Section 301 of the Immigration and Nationality Act to clarify those classes of individuals born in the United States who are nationals and citizens of the United States at birth.

Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., has introduced a companion bill in the Senate.

If passed, the bill will insert clarification language for the term birthright citizenship, as established by the U.S. Constitution, by adding: “(b) Definition – Acknowledging the right of birthright citizenship established by section 1 of the 14th amendment of the Constitution, a person born in the United States shall be considered ‘subject to the jurisdiction’ of the United states for the purpose of subsection (a)(1) if the person is born in the United States of parents, one of whom is –

Rand_Paul.jpg
Rand Paul

“(1) a citizen of national of the United States;
“(2) an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence in the United States whose residence is in the United States; or
“(3) an alien performing active service in the armed forces (as defined in section 101 of title 10, United States Code).”

The law would not affect the nationality status of any person born before the enactment of the act.

The current policy, which many say is a misinterpretation of the 14th Amendment, encourages women to enter the country illegally to give birth and gain citizenship for their “anchor babies,” which sets off the chain migration for the entire family.

Because many who enter the country illegally are poor they become eligible for numerous taxpayer funded welfare benefits due to the citizenship status of their children.

The United States and Canada are the only two developed nations that still offer automatic citizenship to children born in their country, while other developed nations have ended that practice.

However, there are arguments over what the clause “under the jurisdiction” means.
King’s legislation, which he also introduced in 2011, clarifies the meaning.

Commenting on the rise in birth tourism last year, Center for Immigration Studies Executive Director Mark Krikorian said, “What we're doing is conferring citizenship on people who don't have a connection to this country. The idea that visitors from abroad who intentionally come to give birth to U.S. citizens would have been considered absurd by the framers of the [14th] Amendment.”

NumbersUSA is sponsoring a letter writing/fax campaign so people may contact their representatives in Washington and urge them to support this legislation.

NumbersUSA is concerned with overpopulation and notes how the 1990s saw the biggest population boom in U.S. history.

Considering it’s been three decades since Americans seemed to concur that the country was “mature and probably already overpopulated,” NumbersUSA stated, “No wonder Americans became increasingly alarmed at their deteriorating quality of life due to sprawl, congestion, overcrowded schools, lost open spaces and increasing restrictions on their individual liberty caused by the new population explosion.”

A comment on their website from Diane5799 of California said, “Stop all immigration. Too many people here now. True immigration would be a number from each country, not an invasion from Mexico.”

[h=2]La Raza Operative, Cecilia Muñoz, Posing as an Aide to Obama Still Pimping Amnesty Scam to America[/h]Video: http://latino.foxnews.com/latino/po...unoz-says-time-is-now-for-immigration-reform/
The White House director of the Domestic Policy Council said the president has no back-up plan if immigration reform fails.
Cecilia Muñoz said President Barack Obama has no intention right now to circumvent Congress if they do not pass legislation.
In an exclusive, wide-ranging interview with Fox News Latino’s Juan Williams, Muñoz said the pressure is on lawmakers to approve immigration reform – and the demands are being felt both inside Capitol Hill and in their home districts.
“It’s not just the advocacy groups in Washington hearing [about immigration reform]. You’re going to see members of congress hearing from pastors in their district, you’re going to see them hearing from local growers in their district, from business leaders in their districts,” Muñoz told Williams in response to how the upcoming congressional recess would affect the bill. “The consensus around immigration reform is incredibly strong. It’s bipartisan. It has depth in community all around the country and I think lawmakers are going to be seeing this, this August.”
Currently both the House and Senate are on break until the second week of September. But before they went on break, there was speculation that Republicans wanted the bill to be broken up in order to be passed piece by piece.
Muñoz said the newest push by conservative evangelicals – and a town hall meeting by Congressman Paul Ryan (R-WI) where he said there would be a reform vote by October that would include a pathway to citizenship – bolsters the White House’s position that the issue is a bipartisan one.
“I’m very hopeful there will be a vote and hopefully it’ll be sooner than [October],” Muñoz said. “This issue is ready to be taken up. It has been discussed for years… it’s really time for a vote.”
With recent reports indicating Republican members of the House would prefer a piece-meal approach to immigration reform, something House Democrats have rejected, Muñoz was asked about the president’s commitment to “comprehensive” immigration reform.
“As the president has said many times, what’s important is that we have a comprehensive bill that really fixes the various things which are broken about our immigration system get to his desk,” said Muñoz. “So it’s important that the outcome be a broad bill and that it’s comprehensive.”
Muñoz believes there are many paths for the House of Representatives to get closer to immigration reform, such as reviewing their border enforcement legislation or their version of the DREAM Act legislation. But the end result, she said, should include the essentials.
“What’s important is that the end result… that the thing which gets to the president’s desk address border security, address what happens on the pathway to citizenship for the 11 million people that are working here without papers,” she said.
Muñoz repeatedly said that “now” was the time to pass this important piece of legislation.
She also denied rumors that President Obama and Democrats wanted the legislation fail so that it could be used as a wedge issue in the upcoming midterm elections.
“That’s an incredible argument to me. I work for a guy who has run his last race,” Muñoz said. “This is a priority for the President of the United States because it’s the right thing for the country.”

Texans For Arizona's New Immigration Law

Amazing. The environmentalists have an issue with Border Patrol using Federal land to track criminal invaders yet no word yet from these groups on the utter destruction caused by illegal aliens on the desert.

From the article:

Crossing a bombing range doesn’t seem to make sense at any time — but in the Southwest, the Barry M. Goldwater Air Force Range has become a key route for drugs and illegal immigrants looking to avoid detection as they make the trek into the U.S.

That’s just one of the federal lands along the southwestern border that have proved to be the soft underbelly of border security, where the desire to protect the national boundary competes with other priorities such as environmental conservation.

Drug and alien-smuggling gangs make use of the confusion, and with federal lands accounting for most of the 370-mile Arizona-Mexico border, there is plenty of territory to exploit, including Indian reservations, monuments overseen by the National Park Service, and desolate desert lands managed by the Fish and Wildlife Service or the Bureau of Land Management.

Among those, though, the Goldwater range stands out.
The Air Force, Navy and Marine Corps use the 2.7 million-acre range for tactical fighter training.

But as long as smugglers can avoid the bombing runs, the open territory, which is closed to Customs and Border Protection air patrols and restricted in ground traffic, is attractive.

“Conventional wisdom would suggest that only a fool would attempt to cross the Goldwater Range using any mode of transportation, particularly when military aircraft conducting live ordnance exercises,” said one area resident who asked not to be identified for fear of jeopardizing his personal security. “The fact is, you can set your watch by the schedule of training flights.”

Like other federal lands in southern Arizona, the smuggling gangs have established lookout posts on mountaintops in the region to advise their bosses when aircraft enter the range and when they depart. There are no training flights on weekends, meaning the range is entirely open from about 10 p.m. Friday until 8 a.m. Monday.

The area is used so commonly by drug gangs that it is known in the region as the “Goldwater East Tactical Range Smuggling Corridor.”

The National Association of Former Border Patrol Officers, along with more than 50 lawmakers, have argued that border security has taken a back seat to the environmental concerns of the U.S. Forest Service, the National Park Service and the Bureau of Land Management.

“Their focus is environmental protection, not national security, and they apply their rules to other government agencies regardless of impact on other missions,” Zack Taylor, chairman of the former Border Patrol officers association, said in a statement. “While on paper, the Border Patrol has access to the lands managed by these other agencies, in actual practice their rules denied free access on an as-needed basis.”

The association has been concerned not only that access is being impeded to vehicles patrolling the border, but also that the rules generally bar infrastructure such as cameras, sensors, radio towers and landing strips and pads for aircraft in areas distant from the border.

Sen. Tom Coburn, Oklahoma Republican, offered an amendment that would have allowed the Border Patrol access to federal lands within 100 miles of the border.

“Many Americans might be surprised to know that Border Patrol agents are not given full access to all federal lands in carrying out their border security mission,” Mr. Coburn said.

But his amendment was never considered during the Senate debate, which Democrats strictly controlled, allowing only a few chosen amendments to be heard and approved.

What Labor Shortage?
Two of the favorite justifications for an illegal alien amnesty and massive immigration increases are: We need lots of new immigrants to avert a looming labor shortage, and we need lots of new immigrant workers to keep the Social Security system solvent.

WHY DOES CONGRESSMAN MCCARTHY WANT AMNESTY AND MORE IMMIGRANT WORKERS,WHEN UNEMPLOYMENT TOPS 11% IN HIS OWNDISTRICT???

Legalizing Illegal Aliens Could Cost Taxpayers More Than Six Trillion Dollars

Dear RX Forum,

Today, CAPS has launched TV and radio ads in Bakersfield, California asking why Congressman Kevin McCarthy wants to bring in more immigrant workers when tens of thousands in his own district can't find jobs. A second ad asks why McCarthy is talking about legalizing eleven million illegal aliens when legalization will cost taxpayers more than six trillion dollars. The ads will run through September 2[SUP]nd[/SUP], 2013, when America celebrates Labor Day.

We wonder if McCarthy doesn't believe in the American worker anymore? Does he simply want to bring in more cheap foreign labor to satisfy his big corporate donors who want to fatten their bottom lines?

We believe that the people of Bakersfield, California and America deserve some answers.

Congressman McCarthy has also discussed legalizing eleven million illegal aliens, despite the fact that 57% of all immigrant households with children use a welfare program. Studies estimate legalization will cost taxpayers more than six trillion dollars in entitlements, social security and welfare. Areas like Kern County with high immigration will be disproportionately impacted.

The last thing any American worker needs is more job competition and higher taxes.

Click here to watch the ads. Thank you for your support.

Sincerely,

The Team at CAPS

Major U.S. Cities Institute Sanctuary Policies
Over the summer, Newark, New Jersey and New Orleans, Louisiana have joined an alarming number of recalcitrant cities and states that refuse to cooperate with ICE in the enforcement of federal immigration laws. Steve Lonegan, Republican U.S. Senate candidate and opponent of Democratic Newark Mayor Cory Booker, bravely objected to the new sanctuary policy. He said the policy will lead to higher crime by sending a signal.

Two stories on population & environment - one mentions immigration; one does not.
msp-confidential-stamp.png
RX Forum,

Please share and comment on these stories:
"Population growth increases climate fear," by Carolyn Lockheed of the San Francisco Chronicle; and
"Population Plus Climate: Why Coastal Cities Will Face Increased Risks From Floods," by Bryan Walsh of TIME.
Lockheed briefly touches on immigration; Walsh does not. Your comments might mention that the Schumer-Rubio-Obama immigration would double legal immigration and speed up the doubling of U.S. population. Seventy percent of likely U.S. voters believe that would worsen quality of life in the United States.
Highlights from the stories
Lockheed writes:
California has 157 endangered or threatened species, looming water shortages, eight of the 10 most air-polluted cities in the country and 725 metric tons of trash washing up on its coast each year.
California also has 38 million people, up 10 percent in the last decade, including 10 million immigrants. They own 32 million registered vehicles and 14 million houses. By 2050, projections show 51 million people living in the state, more than twice as many as in 1980.
In the public arena, almost no one connects these plainly visible dots.
Lockheed explains how most environmental groups avoid talking about population, despite the fact that Population and consumption each drive ecological damage.
In December, the Interior Department said by mid-century the Colorado River will not support demand from the seven states it supplies, including California, Lockheed reports. The main reason is expected population growth from 40 million to as many as 76 million people.

Lockheed's email address appears at the bottom of her story:clochhead@sfchronicle.com
Bryan Walsh reports that Average global flood losses could rise from approximately $6 billion per year in 2005 to $60 to $63 billion per year by 2050, thanks to population and economic growth along the coasts and the multiplying effect of climate change-driven sea level rise.
Walsh's twitter handle appears at the bottom of his story: @bryanrwalsh

Federal court says rights not violated in OC case....

18 year old Sean Combs made headlines when he was arrested by Troy, MI, police for carrying his M1 Garand slung over his shoulder in public. He sued for the violation of his rights under MI law, which affirms the right to carry openly, and won his case.

He went on to sue for violation of his Fourth Amendment protection against illegal search and seizure. Federal court ruled on Aug 30 that, because of Combs' "youthful appearance," police did not violate his rights when they stopped him to ask for his ID and then arrested him when he didn't produce it. His appearance was reasonable suspicion.

So police can't stop someone who might turn out to be an illegal alien and ask for their papers, even though the law provides for it, but a youthful looking person who is exercising his Constitutional rights CAN be stopped and required to provide ID.

Anyone else see this as a problem?
