Friends of ALIPAC,

Time to deploy your legendary online activism this week to defeat the new illegal alien Amnesty threat using ALIPAC's strategies and messaging.

Please take a few minutes to read the following easy volunteer steps then share this request with others.

Step 1: Read, understand, and help circulate to your favorite local and national media our press release going out now.

ALIPAC Swings Into Action Against the New STARS Act Amnesty Bill!
http://www.alipac.us/content/alipac-...esty-bill-587/

Step 2: Call Congressman David Rivera's (R-FL) DC office to politely but firmly explain that you oppose his efforts, along with Senator Marco Rubio's efforts, to provide AMNESTY for illegal aliens.

Call: Washington, DC Office Phone: (202) 225-2778

Sample Message "Please tell Congressman Rivera that I oppose his STARS Act Amnesty for illegal aliens. I plan to oppose him and Senator Marco Rubio for trying to support illegal aliens instead of helping Americans who need jobs and job training in college. Rivera and Rubio's STARS Act Amnesty will displace and replace innocent Americans in colleges, jobs, and eventually elections. No Amnesty for illegals, enforce our existing immigration laws!"

Step 3: Contact the members of Congress and the US Senate in your state right away to warn them about the Stars Act Amnesty threat in HR 5869!

Locate numbers to call for you state on our Congressional Contact list here...
"Congressional Contact Pg. US House of Representatives"

Sample message "I'm calling to warn Congressman _______ about Congressman Rivera and Senator Marco Rubio's illegal alien Amnesty bill called the STARS ACT AMNESTY found in HRB 5869. Please ask him/her to actively oppose and vote against the STARS ACT AMNESTY FOR ILLEGAL ALIENS. We need our existing immigration laws enforced and no Amnesty in any form which would further harm Americans workers, students, taxpayers, and voters!"

We need thousands upon thousands of calls into Washington DC this week to stop this bill from gaining many sponsors or any traction. It will be easier to beat if we get it knocked down early.

Let's roll ALIPACers!

Road your the greatest guy of all concerning immigration. Nobody can read all your posts but I'm certain your against legal immigration as much as illegal immigration. The turning point in this American disaster had to be Lyndon johnson & his
Immigration Act of 1965 with Ted Kennedy as his partner in crime.

'We are trying to create a nation that has never before existed, of all the races, tribes, cultures and creeds of Earth, where all are equal. In this utopian drive for the perfect society of our dreams we are killing the real country we inherited -- the best and greatest country on earth.'

Ask Your Representative to Oppose New Foreign Worker Legislation!!

This new fax has been posted in your Action Buffet based on your answers to the Interest Survey.
You can find this fax by proceeding to
http://www.numbersusa.com/faxes?ID=14037
SPECIAL NOTE: TONIGHT, THE HOUSE WILL START VOTING ON AMENDMENTS TO THE DHS APPROPRIATIONS BILL. PLEASE CHECK NUMBERSUSA'S WEBSITE FOR UPDATES AND ACTIONS YOU CAN TAKE TO HELP THESE AMENDMENTS PASS.

Reps. Mike Grimm, Loretta Sanchez, Kevin Yoder, Robert Dold, Devin Nunes, Russ Carnahan, and Jared Polis have introduced H.R. 5893, the Startup Act 2.0. This bill would create 50,000 new STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) work visas for foreign students who graduate from a U.S. college with a master's degree or a Ph.D each year. The foreign students automatically earn 1-year work visa upon graduation and earn an additional 4-years if they are "actively engaged" at the end of the first year. At the end of the 5 year period, the foreign workers will be able for legal permanent worker status.

The bill also creates a new visa program for 75,000 new immigrant "entrepreneurs" -- individuals who already hold an H-1B visa or a STEM degree would be allowed 4 years to remain in the U.S. and operate a new business. During the first year, the immigrant entrepreneur must start a business that employs at least 2 full-time U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents and invest or raise at least $100,000 of capital. In years 2-4, the business must employ at least 5 Americans or legal permanent residents.

These new visa programs would increase foreign worker imports by 125,000 each year when more than 20 million Americans can't find a full-time job and when millions of Americans are about to graduate from college.

Please send your U.S. Representative a fax and ask him/her to oppose this legislation.

House seeks to soften voter ID bill as Tillis addresses concerns about GOP agenda

http://www.newsobserver.com/2012/06/05/2113245/house-seeks-softer-approach-to.html
"The compromise measure being negotiated would allow voters to show a broad range of documents to prove identity, including bank statements, utility bills or any government documents with name and address. Voters without such documents would be required to show that their signature matched their voter registration form."

We have a problem folks! NC House Speaker Thom Tillis is trying to weaken HB351, the Voter ID bill. He wants to include numerous documents allowable to prove who you are. What's the point of passing something other than what was originally intended? He is caving in to the NC Chamber of Commerce and the Farmers Association to get reelection campaign monies. He is selling out NC citizens for a buck! Tell him NO!!!!!

email address: Thom.Tillis@ncleg.net
phone number: 919-733-3451

Do not agree to veto override of HB351, unless you stick to these documents only:

(1) A North Carolina drivers license issued under Article 2 of Chapter 20 of the General Statutes, including a learner's permit or a provisional license.
(2) A special identification card for nonoperators issued under G.S. 20-37.7.
(3) An identification card issued by a branch, department, agency, or entity of this State, any other state, or the United States.
(4) A United States passport.
(5) An employee identification card issued by any branch, department, agency, or entity of the United States government, this State, or any county, municipality, board, authority, or other entity of this State.
(6) A United States military identification card.
(7) A tribal identification card.
(8) A North Carolina voter identification card issued under G.S. 163-166.14."

This Issue: Eight Amendments to Increase Immigration Enforcement Approved by the House
picture-202510.jpg
Last night, the House of Representatives passed the Homeland Security spending bill for the 2013 fiscal year, which included 8 immigration amendments supported by NumbersUSA.
Throughout the day on Thursday, our activists flooded the Capitol switchboard with calls to help get the amendments passed. And with roll call votes on three of the amendments, we'll be able to update our grade cards over the next few days!
The first amendment to receive a roll call actually came on Wednesday night and was featured on our home page on Thursday. Reps. Ted Poe of Texas and Jason Altmire of Pennsylvania offered a bipartisan amendment to reallocate funds to pay for the construction of cell phone towers along the Southwest border. The wife of murdered rancher Robert Krentz believes that if there was a cell phone signal along the border in 2011, her husband might still be alive today. The amendment passed 302-to-113 with strong support coming from both sides of the aisle.
The two other roll call votes were split mostly by party line, but both were still approved with large margins. Rep. Steve King of Iowa offered an amendment that would prohibit funds from being used to implement and execute the directives from ICE Director John Morton's memos of 2011. These memos instruct agents to use prosecutorial discretion thereby offering an administrative amnesty to illegal aliens that have not committed a violent crime. It passed 238-to-175. The other amendment was offered by Rep. John Sullivan of Oklahoma, and his amendment prohibited funds from being used to terminate 287(g) contracts. It passed 250-to-164.
The amendments approved by voice vote include:
 • Rep. Chip Cravaack's amendment to keep criminal aliens behind bars before they're deported;
 • Rep. Price's amendment to prevent funds from being used to circumvent the enforcement of immigration laws;
 • Rep. Black's amendment to prohibit the funding of a Public Advocate position within ICE;
 • Rep. Graves' amendment to prevent the implementation of a proposed rule to waive the 3-year or 10-year bars for certain illegal aliens; and
 • Reps. Barletta and Schweikert's amendment to prohibit funds from going to sanctuary cities.
For more details on these amendments, check out my blog or you can watch a replay of our Thursday webcast.
Thanks again to all of you who made those phone calls yesterday and helped get these amendments passed!
Chris chmielenskiFri, June 8thAction Over the last week, Senator Marco Rubio of Florida has been promoting his DREAM Act bill. We posted new faxes to all Senators telling them not to support an amnesty for illegal aliens. Check your Action Board for this fax and any other faxes recently posted. Features Did you watch our webcast on Thursday? If not, you can watch a replay by going to http://www.NumbersUSA.tv. On Thursday, Melanie and Chris discussed the new House-version of the Startup 2.0 Act and explained the background to the amendments offered to the Homeland Security spending bill.
Account Before yesterday's votes on the immigration amendments in the House, we sent out a text alert with instructions for the phone calls. Sign up for text alerts if you want to receive these in the future. We'll only send you a text message when URGENT action is needed.

Sen. Grassley and Rep. Smith Request Deportation Data from DHS
Sen. Chuck Grassley, who serves as the Ranking Member on the Senate Judiciary Committee, and Rep. Lamar Smith, who serves as the Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, have sent a letter to the Department of Homeland Security asking for more specific data on illegal aliens living in the United States that have been ordered deported. The request was prompted by the arrest of a foreign national in San Francisco who was ordered to be deported but hasn't because his home country did not cooperate with U.S. officials.

Alert! Oppose the Republican Dream Act Amnesty! While Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) has discussed the development of his version of a scaled-down Dream Act, another Florida Republican has introduced one. Rep. David Rivera’s version, the STARS Act (Studying Towards Adjusted Residency Act), would also grant amnesty to illegal alien minors.

HR 5869
would give "conditional" nonimmigrant status to illegal alien minors up to the age of 19. They must have entered the U.S. before the age of 16, lived in this country for five years, graduated high school, and been accepted to college. The five-year conditional legal status puts them on the path to citizenship.

I still believe my solution to this here problem is the best one. It is cost effective and should work imo.

Specifically, the placement of signs strategically around the border States stating, beware of the dogs should help this here problem significantly cause, the bad people would thing twice before entering and this would keep the people safe!

The beauty of this here program is that we will have no dogs, the signs standing alone should do the trick! Cost effective cause we do not needs the dogs! :103631605

TELL YOUR STORY

Help us show politicians examples of what we are losing because Congress uses immigration to force U.S. population growth of 30 million every decade.

Describe Something You Have Loved That Has Deteriorated or Disappeared Because of Population Growth

ACTION -- Go here to write a short description of a place that you have loved and lost:

https://www.numbersusa.com/content/nusablog/beckr/may-24-2012/loved-it-lost-it-tell-us-abo ut-some-special-place-your-life-has-been-ruin

Some accuse us of opposition to "progress" -- or of impractical nostalgia -- if we long for a less-congested America. But is the quality of life made better by the addition of 100 million people to the U.S. since 1970?

Will our grandchildren's children be happy we allowed Congress to add the 300 million more this century that the Census Bureau says it will add?

Let's give each other glimpses of places we have loved in our lives that really don't exist any more because of massive population growth (most of it driven by national immigration policies).

A fishing hole? A secluded path through the woods? A marsh where we observed the birds and much more? Productive farmland that now grows only driveways and lawns and parking lots? A special hunting spot? Any kind of open space at the edge of town?

In fact, the edge of town is where destruction is usually the greatest. Were you once able to get to nature and open spaces in far less time than you can today? How about a treasured place of quaintness and a strong sense of community that has been dramatically changed by additional lanes of traffic or the swallowing of small towns and rural crossroads by ever-spreading metropolitan masses?

Please write a short description in the Comments section below my blog text of a place like that in your life. A place that you can say you have LOVED IT & LOST IT because of the pressures of population growth.

What's the point?

Well, if we can be reminded of what has been lost while adding the THIRD 100 million to our population, then maybe we can be a little more clear of what we will lose if we allow Congress to use immigration to add the FOURTH 100 million over the next 30 years -- or the FIFTH and SIXTH 100 million that the Census Bureau says immigration will add by the end of this century.

I'm writing this only to those of you who took our Interests Survey and checked that you are concerned about the effect of immigration/population growth on disappearing farmland, or open spaces, or wetlands, wildlife and recreation spaces.

Right now, we're just gathering little comments. We expect to come back to you later to ask you if you would like to provide more details and flesh out the story. Why was this lost place important in your development? How did it play a role in your relationships with other people? What has been destroyed, and how? Give us a glimpse.

The population growth that destroyed your beloved place may not have been directly driven by immigration. But immigration -- and the descendants of immigration -- since 1970 have accounted for most U.S. population growth. And the settlement in one place by large numbers of immigrants often is a factor in Americans moving and causing large-scale population growth in another place.

Keep in mind, though, that the problems we are looking at are not caused by immigrants but by the population growth that immigration policies have forced. In this exercise, we are not focusing on what we don't like but on the things we have loved that have been taken away from us.

ACTION -- Go here to write a short description of your loss. You'll find the place to write your comment beneath the text of my blog. Under that, you can read what others have written:

https://www.numbersusa.com/content/nusablog/beckr/may-24-2012/loved-it-lost-it-tell-us-abo ut-some-special-place-your-life-has-been-ruin

NO MORE ORANGE FRAGRANCE IN LOS ANGELES (or bucolic farmland near D.C.)

I recall talking to a 90-year-old man who had lived in Los Angeles all his life who nearly wept in explaining how much he still missed the fragrance of the orange groves that once had been a constant companion.

Heck, I miss the fact that when I moved to the Washington D.C. area in 1987 I could drive about 10 minutes and begin to wind through bucolic farmland. Now, I can drive for a half-hour (non-rush hour) and see little other than cookie-cutter condo developments, strip malls and treeless tract houses.

And while you are at it, enter a separate entry on places you dearly love today that you believe are in dire threat of being overcome by population-driven development over the next decade or two.

While Members of Congress fall all over themselves not only to continue to force 300 million more people into this country this century but actually increase the rate of growth, we really need to remind ourselves, our fellow citizens and our elected officials what can be lost in the process.

Let's get personal.

CAPS Launches TV Ad Urging Senator Boxer to Slow Mass Immigration and Save Jobs for Unemployed Americans
Despite Two Million Unemployed Californians, Government Continues To Admit More Than One Million Legal Immigrants A Year To Take Jobs

CAPS has launched a TV campaign in California calling on Senator Barbara Boxer to slow mass immigration and save jobs for unemployed Californians. The ads are launching in Los Angeles as California experiences unprecedented levels of unemployment and immigrant workers continue to pour into the state looking for jobs.

"Barbara Boxer is supposed to be a fighter. It’s time she fought to slow mass immigration and save jobs for unemployed Californians." commented Marilyn DeYoung, Chairman of the Board of CAPS.

California has recently recorded some of the highest unemployment rates in the nation. Unemployment has already topped 12% this year and more than two million can’t finds jobs in the Golden State. Close to half of all California’s unemployed live in the Los Angeles metro area.

Yet despite high unemployment, California politicians like Barbara Boxer are standing by and raising no objections as our government continues to admit one million legal immigrant workers a year to take unemployed Californian’s jobs.

"The last thing California needs right now is to bring in more people who need jobs. Unemployed Californians, including last year’s immigrants can’t find jobs," commented DeYoung.

The ad campaign will run in Los Angeles for an undisclosed period. The campaign will launch in future markets over the summer.

Dear fiscally concerned members of NumbersUSA,

PBS's veteran broadcaster Bonnie Erbe ("To The Contrary") knows from long experience that NumbersUSA members are among the nation's most educated and interested in the costs associated with mass immigration and in immigration as a jobs issue.

She has produced an award-winning two-part TV series on the true costs of immigration in terms of education and jobs. And she has asked us to make the DVD of this series available to you free of charge.

Simply submit your request for a free DVD here.
Many of you are already aware of some of the ways in which legal and illegal immigration are putting strains on the U.S. public education system. The Colorado Alliance for Immigration Reform reports legal and illegal immigration will account for 96% of the future in crease in the school-age population over the next 50 years.

Additionally, most of you are likely aware that national, mandatory E-Verify has for years been a top priority for NumbersUSA. To that end, we have been working to move Congressman Lamar Smith's (R-TX) H.R. 2885 which would require use of E-Verify for all employers and quickly begin to move illegal aliens out of U.S. jobs and open jobs for legal workers. This is the subject of the second piece on the DVD.

The PBS DVD provides an opportunity to educate friends, family and all kinds of civic and political groups about the ways in which immigration impacts these critical public policy issues. Both pieces feature NumbersUSA Executive Director Roy Beck.

We encourage you to contact PBS and request one of the free DVDs.

Here is PBS' press release on the series and this offer:

PBS’ To The Contrary with Bonnie Erbé

The costs of legal and illegal immigration

(Washington, D.C.) -- The PBS program, “To The Contrary with Bonnie Erbé” (the only woman-owned news analysis program on national television) is pleased to offer free DVD copies of the program’s coverage of the true costs of immigration in terms of education and jobs. In the documentary-style field piece on education, the program covered the costs of immigration to the public school system.

The piece shows how immigration, both legal and illegal is putting an enormous strain on the U.S. public education system and as a result, education for all public school students is on the decline.

According to a Pew Hispanic report an estimated 340,000 of the 4.3 million babies born in the United States in 2008 were born to illegal immigrants. The Colorado Alliance for Immigration Reform reports legal and illegal immigration will account for 96 percent of the future increase in the school-age population over the next 50 years. The nation has 5.2 million children who have at least one undocumented parent.

Educating them requires a substantial fiscal investment by state and local governments. Experts, including Numbers USA’s Roy Beck, lay out these and other costs borne by taxpayers as a result of legal and illegal immigration.

In the second piece To the Contrary explains how mandatory E-Verify would change the employment status of millions of illegal immigrants and open up many of those jobs to American citizens. Currently there are seven million illegal immigrants holding non-agricultural jobs. In a down economy their deportation could open up many jobs for native born Americans. Right now it is only mandatory for federal contractors and subcontractors in certain states to use E-Verify. But making it mandatory for all employers would open up millions more jobs.

Recent news event have affected the future of E-Verify in dramatic ways. The Obama Administration's announcement that it will only pursue prosecution of felonious illegal immigrants means that even if illegal immigrants are discovered via E-Verify there will be no enforcement action taken against them and they will be eligible to apply for work permits. This has created a whole new class of legitimized workers and forgiven law-breakers who under prior law would have been deported had they been found to be working without proper documentation.

The most popular House version of changes to E-verify would require large employers federal, state, and local agencies and federal and state contractors to use E-Verify to wean out illegal workers from their payrolls within six months. This bill is sponsored by House Judiciary Chairman Lamar Smith (R-Tx). The bill would also make the E-Verify program permanent. It would reinstate the no-match letter program to help identify what Congress estimates to be the seven million illegal aliens currently holding non-agriculture jobs.

The Senate version is sponsored by Republican Charles Grassley of Iowa. Sen. Grassley's bill would make the E-Verify program permanent and would require all employers to use the system within 12 months of enactment. It would boost penalties for employers who don’t use the system or illegally hire undocumented workers and requires employers to fire those found unauthorized to work due to a check through E-Verify.

To the Contrary interviewed members of the House and Senate as well as Numbers USA’s Roy Beck in its coverage.

To the Contrary’s coverage would not have been possible without the generous support of the Colcom Foundation.

Please visit http://bit.ly/LyFWvv for free copies of this coverage. Please explain why you want the DVD and who else will view it with you. Only the first 4,000 requests will be fulfilled.

To The Contrary with Bonnie Erbé is in its twenty-first season and can be seen on PBS stations in 91% of TV markets nationwide. For more information, visit the To The Contrary website at www.tothecontrary.org

Obama Announces Amnesty for Hundreds of Thousands Today!

We need your help NOW to stop the Obama Administration’s DREAM Act!
This morning, the Department of Homeland Security announced that it intends to ignore the Constitution, usurp Congressional authority, and administratively implement the DREAM Act. The announcement came through an official policy memo, signed by Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, followed by a conference call led by Napolitano herself. According to this announcement, effective immediately, the Obama Administration will stop deporting illegal aliens who qualify for the DREAM Act by granting these illegal aliens “deferred action and work authorization.
Deferred action status is what DHS grants when it decides, in its own discretion, not to remove an illegal alien. Those who receive deferred action usually also receive work authorization and DHS has confirmed that illegal aliens granted deferred action pursuant to the new policy memo (dated today, June 15, 2012) will be eligible for work authorization. There is no statutory basis for deferred action status, as it is merely referred to in the federal regulations (See, e.g. USCIS Ombudsman memo, Apr. 6, 2007 (citing 8 C.F.R. 274a.12(c)(14)). Even more troubling, deferred action is not subject to judicial review. (Reno v. American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Comm., 525 U.S. 471, 484, 492 (1999))
While this new policy is effective immediately, Secretary Napolitano has directed U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to create an application process that will be fully operational within 60 days. The DHS estimates that nearly 1 million illegal aliens will be given a reprieve through its new policy! (To read more details about the announcement, please see our website.)
FAIR is urging all of our members, activists, and friends to LOUDLY voice their objection to the Obama Administration’s new policy. We need the Obama Administration to hear the voices of Americans across the country who believe in the rule of law, otherwise it will only hear kudos from the amnesty lobby.
Please call the White House, the Department of Homeland Security, and your members of Congress and tell them:

 • You believe in the rule of law; it is the bedrock of our great nation.
 • You want an immigration system with integrity and our immigration laws enforced.
 • Congress, not the Executive Branch, has sole authority to establish our immigration laws; it is the responsibility of the Executive Branch to enforce them.
 • You object to rewarding illegal immigration through “deferred actionâ€ or any other executive maneuver.
 • It not only undermines the rule of law, but only encourages more illegal immigration.
 • It also is an act of shameless political pandering five months before the presidential election.

Constitutionally-Challenged Administration Unleashes Amnesty Fraud Machine

Perhaps I’m missing something but I can’t find a provision of the US Constitution that authorizes a president to act because he/she just can’t wait for Congress. The Obama Administration must have found the language. Otherwise, the new administrative amnesty-in-place for illegal aliens under the age of 31 would be considered an extra-constitutional directive by fiat.
"Today, in an unconstitutional move, President Obama thwarted the will of Congress and shunned the 20 million under and unemployed Americans by announcing he will grant work permits to 2-3 million illegal workers. Congress on three occasions rejected DREAM Act amnesties in part to protect unemployed workers born here or who came here legally," said Roy Beck, NumbersUSA CEO and Founder.
I think you have to maintain a sense of humor in dealing with the Obama crew. If you don't, their blatant attempts to undermine the nation’s constitutional order and separation of powers will drive you nuts.
House Judiciary Committee Chairman Lamar Smith (R-Texas), however, is not at all amused by the Obama administration’s announcement. In a statement, he said:
President Obama’s decision to grant amnesty to potentially millions of illegal immigrants is a breach of faith with the American people. It also blatantly ignores the rule of law that is the foundation of our democracy. This huge policy shift has horrible consequences for unemployed Americans looking for jobs and violates President Obama’s oath to uphold the laws of this land.
President Obama’s amnesty only benefits illegal immigrants, not Americans, and is a magnet for fraud. Many illegal immigrants will falsely claim they came here as children and the federal government has no way to check whether their claims are true. And once these illegal immigrants are granted deferred action, they can then apply for a work permit, which the Administration routinely grants 90% of the time.
How can the Administration justify allowing illegal immigrants to work in the U.S. when millions of Americans are unemployed? President Obama and his administration once again have put partisan politics and illegal immigrants ahead of the rule of law and the American people. With this track record, it’s looking more likely that even President Obama may lose his job in this economy when Americans go to the polls this November.
The media immediately compared the Administration’s decision to the DREAM Act, and rightfully so. The criteria are almost identical. Brought here before the age of 16. Capped in the 30-something age range. No serious history of felonies. Work privileges. And other feckless criteria that will not stop the inevitable fraud by eager illegal aliens.
Congress repeatedly refused to pass the DREAM Act, but President Obama decided he just couldn’t wait. So Administration attorneys ginned up a plan to implement the DREAM Act on its own. A Get-Out-Of-Deportation-Free-Card that can be renewed indefinitely. Just no citizenship.
In April, President Obama said this about the health care law "I’m confident that the Supreme Court will not take what would be an unprecedented extraordinary step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected Congress." But he thinks it's okay to overstep the democratically-elected Congress that voted down the DREAM Act on three separate occasions?
The Administration doesn’t want us to worry about the fraud machine it just unleashed. They say that, “Only those individuals who can prove through verifiable documentation that they meet these criteria will be eligible for deferred action.” Right. There isn’t much of a fake ID market in the U.S. anyway.
Also that,” Individuals will not be eligible if they are not currently in the United States and cannot prove that they have been physically present in the United States for a period of not less than 5 years immediately preceding today’s date.” Uh-huh. The coyotes will have people waiting in line within hours to sneak across the border. And don’t be surprised if there is a sudden interest in visiting the U.S. via plane by people who never want to leave.
Yes, the President has created one humdinger of a fraud machine now. And we thought that he couldn’t top “prosecutorial discretion.” Ha!
We at NumbersUSA are wasting no time in fighting this action by fiat. Please look for a phone note and faxes on your Action Board. Some in Congress are already weighing in but we need as many congressional Republicans and Democrats as possible speaking out against the action. Since the DHS budget is still under consideration, we’ll need language added that prohibits the Administration from using funds to implement this action never authorized by Congress.
