Congress may be on vacation, but we're in full-on crisis mode! After a brutal battle about the debt ceiling, many Members of Congress left Capitol Hill thinking their work for the summer would be over.​

But then, the Obama Administration announced the postponment of virtually ALL deportations of non-violent illegal aliens already ordered by U.S. immigration courts.​

Think this is bad? Well it gets worse!​

Not only will President Obama let these 300,000 illegal aliens ignore their deportation orders, he has begun giving these illegal aliens work visas to compete with U.S. workers! That's right. These 300,000 (and more!) illegal aliens will not be going back to their home countries, even though a U.S. judge had ordered them to go. Instead, they will be given a free pass and maybe a work visa to compete with 22 million Americans who cannot find full time work.​

The fastest and surest way to discourage the President from carrying out this policy is public outrage. Channeling public feeling into constructive political action is what we do. If anyone can keep pressure on Obama, it's NumbersUSA. HELP US!!!​

One of the upsetting things about this is that Pres. Obama repeatedly stated in recent months that he would NOT force any type of immigration policy on his own "without the approval or passage of Congress." This new policy proves Mr. Obama's previous law-abiding rhetoric to be misleading at best. He couldn't shove an illegal alien amnesty through Congress, so he just ordered a temporary one by fiat. This is an attack on the Rule of Law. Don't you agree!?!​

Jim, only Congress and the public can undo this wrongdoing now. We have to unleash every weapon in our political arsenal to roll back this Amnesty. We will need to send millions of free faxes and make thousands of telephone calls. We must lobby Congress to keep them up to date!​

The Administration timed its new amnesty policy to take effect during August, when Congress is out of session and the news media was distracted. Sure enough, the amnesty has flown under the radar of most media outlets. How many of your local newspapers, TV stations, or favorite blogs have reported this story?​

We all know that the open borders forces have scolded Obama at every turn for increasing deportations (which the American people have asked him for). But just now, when deportations are starting to have an impact, he turns his back on law enforcement. And in doing so, he's turning his back on the American people. The President has taken an oath to follow the law -- not overturn the laws. The American people can stop this. Obama will not follow through with this policy if America rises up and cries out loudly enough.​

President Obama’s accused drunken-driving uncle — who was busted after a near collision with a Framingham cop — has had a valid Social Security number for at least 19 years, despite being an illegal immigrant ordered to be deported back to Kenya, the Herald has learned.

The president’s 67-year-old uncle, Obama Onyango, has had a valid Massachusetts driver’s license and Social Security number since at least 1992, said Registry of Motor Vehicles spokesman Michael Verseckes.

Onyango, whose sister, Zeituni Onyango, made headlines when it was revealed she was an illegal immigrant living in public housing in South Boston, was wobbly legged, “slurring” and had “red and glassy eyes” when he was pulled over at 7 p.m. Wednesday on Waverly Street in Framingham.

A marked cruiser pulled him over just past the Chicken Bone saloon, about a mile from Onyango’s single-family home. Onyango, the half-brother of the president’s father identified in some press accounts as “Uncle Omar,” initially denied drinking but admitted having “two beers” after police said they smelled booze on his breath, according to a police report.

“It was clear that he was moderately unsteady on his feet,” Framingham Officer Val Krishtal wrote.

Onyango’s white Mitsubishi SUV was pulled over after the vehicle made a sudden right turn in front of a cruiser at a stop sign, causing Krishtal to slam on the brakes to avoid a collision. Onyango blew a .14 on the Breathalyzer and continually interrupted the officer, the report states.

“(Onyango) spoke English well, albeit with a moderate accent. I detected what I believed to be some slurring as he spoke,” Krishtal wrote.

Onyango was ordered held without bail on a federal immigration warrant after his arraignment Thursday in Framingham District Court. Court papers show he was the subject of a previous deportation order. He was being held in the Plymouth House of Correction last night.

Mike Rogers, a spokesman for Cleveland immigration attorney Margaret Wong, who is representing Onyango, said he “wouldn’t know how” Onyango obtained a Social Security number. Wong is the same lawyer who represented the president’s aunt, Zeituni Onyango, in her fight to win asylum last year. Reached at her apartment in a South Boston public housing complex yesterday, Zeituni Onyango said of her brother’s arrest: “Why don’t you go to 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. in Washington, D.C., and ask your president? Not me.” She then hung up on a reporter.

The bust came just days after another illegal immigrant was charged with running down and killing a 23-year-old man in Milford.

Asked about the issue yesterday, Gov. Deval Patrick said: “You know my stance: Illegal is illegal. We need comprehensive immigration reform.” (<---- ALIPAC NOTE: Deval's comments are code for AMNESTY)

Living on the border, TEXANS are all familiar with criminals coming from Mexican gangs. In this situation, three armed felons crossed the TEXAS sovereign border, and tried to rob an off duty El Paso , TEXAS police officer dressed in civilian clothes while he stood in front of a bank. The plan was for two of them to grab his backpack and toss it to an accomplice on a stolen motorcycle.
However, this well prepared El Paso Police Officer shot them ALL, managing to kill 2 immediately.
The 3rd thug was shot in both arms and bled to death before help arrived.

While the well financed Open Borders Lobby has procured several designer polls claiming that a majority of Americans favor such a path to citizenship, this poll and less biased polls show the inverse to be true!

This CBS poll is consistent with the Rasmussen polling, and numerous other scientific and certified polls we have collected at ALIPAC which show 2 to 1 oppositions for this move.

This explains why Obama's approval numbers have fallen consistently since this new plan was revealed ten days ago.

Gallup Polling, which is usually generates the most favorable readings for Obama, fell again today to 55% Disapprove and 38% approval. If you look at the graphs, you can see that Obama's fall began at the same time word of his unlawful executive order amnesty came out.

It appears that as we help spread the word about what Obama has done and how he has done it, his approval ratings are starting to move towards the polling data we have showing around 66% disapproving and 33% approving of this kind of Dream Act or Comprehensive Amnesty.

While things may look very tough for our side at times, please keep your spirits up because we have been in tough situations before and won.

While Obama and his elite backers in the media and other groups may seem powerful and influential, we truly represent a super majority of Americans across all racial and partisan lines.

If Obama thinks he can pass Amnesty and real Americans are going to just sit down and take it, he is very wrong.

Since the Obama Administration's announcement two weeks ago about a new policy to use Deferred Action and/or Parole to allow illegal aliens to stay in the country, you've sent 214,144 faxes!
This huge response has helped cause the Administration to backpedal a bit on potentially giving work permits to 300,000 illegal aliens who could receive this administrative amnesty.
Our sources say that the Administration has yet to make an official decision on whether or not to offer work permits. This contradicts White House officials who said on August 18 that illegal aliens would be eligible to receive work permits.
Congress returns from its five-week summer recess next week, and there is already news that the House Immigration Subcommittee will hold hearings to question Administration officials about the new policy. We should learn more about the new policy during the hearing, if not sooner.

Obama expressing outrage over the new policy, faxes to your governors telling them what they can do in spite of the policy, and to your Members of Congress urging them to pass legislation that will counteract Presidents who support illegal workers.

Did You Know?

Being a person who reads immigration news on a daily basis, I'm always surprised and pleased when someone else informs me of an immigration issue that I didn't know about. Well this week I learned of a clever abuse that you may not have heard of either. That's why I wanted to take the time to share it with you today.

We all hear stories of illegal immigrants abusing the system, but there are many abuses that are undetected and fly under the radar as a result. This week, when I was bullshitting with some blue-collar buddies of mine, they asked me how our Immigration911 project was coming along, which turned the topic of conversation to immigration and some of the ways illegal immigrants exploit the system.

Because these guys work on construction sites and in industrial facilities, they work closely with illegal immigrants and have friendly work relationships with them. This has allowed them to hear some first-hand accounts of strategies illegals employ to remain employed and evade detection. Strategies they were kind enough to share with yours truly, which leads me to my question...

Did you know that it is common practice for illegal aliens to sell the social security numbers of their newborn anchor babies to many other illegal aliens? They do this because they know their children will simply be able to claim identity theft in the future to clear up any mess. In the meantime, this allows them to rake in cash while providing their buddies with an identity they know will be uncontested for 15 years or more. And when the time comes for the children to reclaim their number, the imposter simply assumes another identity. Quite a work-around huh?

My friends who work with illegal immigrants often tell me that the illegals talk arrogantly about English soon becoming the second language of the United States. Well, if we don't do anything about abuses like this, this joke is going to turn into reality.

1. Treasury Confirms Illegals Received 4.2 Billion in Tax Credits in 2010!
   
   The Treasury Inspector General has confirmed that illegal immigrants received 4.2 billion from the Child Tax Credit last year. This was apparently made possible by the expansion of the Child Tax Credit in Obama's stimulus plan as well as other legislation. Surprise surprise.
   
   So because the bottom 50% of taxpayers pay 0% of the country's tax bill, which is the category illegals fall into, illegals who did pay in got it all back and more via tax refunds—The redistribution of wealth at work.
   
   Is this why the top 5% of earners in the country who already pay 60% of the tax bill need to pay more Mr. Obama? So illegal immigrants can take home fatter returns?

2. CA Taxpayers will Now Fund the Education of Illegal Immigrants!
   
   California is broke, but the spending will not stop. The state Senate has just approved a bill that will have CA taxpayers footing the bill for the education of illegal immigrants! Not only does this mean illegals will soon get their bills paid by CA taxpayers, it also means that the funds they receive will be taken away from citizen-students in need.
   
   The bill is on its way to the state Assembly where it will be approved and then sent to the Governor's desk to be signed into law. That means it is just weeks away from being law.
   
   Conservatives and independents of California, if I was you, I would begin organizing some resistance.

3. Illegal Immigrants Have the Same Worker Rights as US Citizens!
   
   The Obama administration announced this week that it has signed additional agreements with El Salvador, the Dominican Republic and Costa Rica, which pledged illegal workers in the US will have the same rights as US citizens. Apparently they had previously signed similar agreements with Mexico, Honduras and Guatemala... I must have missed that.
   
   So try to wrap your head around this one: The Secretary of Labor said in her press conference this week that despite not having the right to work in the US under our laws, if illegal immigrants choose to ignore those laws, they will be provided protection under other laws that will grant them the same rights as US citizens. And because of this, they will not be deported while exercising those rights!
   
   THIS IS INSANE!
   
   Imagine if the high-priced, members-only country club in your town announced that non-members who snuck in had the same rights as members, and if they didn't feel like they were getting the same treatment as members, they could speak up without worry of being kicked out. What do you think would happen to the quality of the country club? Do you think any perspective members would pay the membership fee after that? And with all the new people coming in without the funds to support their needs, what would eventually happen to the country club?
   
   That's right. The USA is now this country club. And if citizens don't act, this country will go down in flames!
   
   Don't believe me? See and hear this nonsense masked in compassion come out of Secretary Hilda Solis' mouth yourself.
4. Obama's Illegal Alien Uncle gets a DUI!
   
   We found out Monday that Obama's uncle, who is an illegal immigrant from Kenya, was arrested for DUI in Massachusetts last Wednesday after he rolled a stop sign and almost hit a police car. We also found out that he has been living in the country for 19 years and has a legitimate social security number!
   
   How does an illegal immigrant get a valid social security number you ask? How many other illegal immigrants have legitimate social security numbers? How many of them are voting in our elections? Who knows!
   
   When asked if he would like to make a phone call, Uncle Omar commented, "I think I will call the White House." A bit of arrogance from a man who seems to prove the apple does not fall far from the tree.
   
   When the administration was asked how they will handle the case they said, "It will be handled the same as any other immigration case." A convenient truth considering the administration's announcement two weeks ago means all illegal immigrants will now be given a free pass.
   
   Damn this hope and change feels good!

Last week, President Obama's Uncle Onyango Obama (known as "Uncle Omar") was arrested for drunk driving. After further checks, it turned out that he was living and working in the United States illegally. Not only that, he had a real Social Security number! How could this have happened?

Whatever the reasons for Uncle Omar's residence and employment in the United States, there is an easy way to prevent people like Uncle Omar from getting Social Security numbers and U.S. jobs: passing Rep. Lamar Smith's H.R. 2164. This legislation would mandate use of the E-Verify system and weed out illegal aliens already in U.S. jobs. Bye-bye Uncle Omar and his ilk.

Last Wednesday, yet another illegal alien in the United States committed a dangerous crime...

Drunk, under the influence, he got behind the wheel of his two-ton SUV and nearly rammed it into a police car.
Of course, more than 9,000 Americans are KILLED EACH YEAR at the hands of illegal aliens.

You know this terrible fact already.
Fortunately no one was killed in the commission of this crime.

So why am I bringing it to your attention?
Why am I singling-out one criminal act by an illegal alien in Massachusetts for your consideration?
Because this criminal is Onyango "Omar" Obama, and his nephew is President Barack Hussein Obama.
According to Kerry Picket at The Washington Times, Omar Obama was charged with DUI, among other crimes. When asked at booking if he wanted to make a telephone call to arrange for bail, the illegal alien from Kenya replied: "I think I will call the White House."

I know you are as outraged as I am.
I know you are as angry and shocked as I am that a SECOND criminal illegal alien relative of President Barack Obama has been discovered in the United States…
…and this one could have killed police officers or any number of innocent citizens if his reckless, drunken joyride through Framingham, Massachusetts in a large SUV had ended even more tragically.
According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, 10,839 Americans died at the hands of a drunk driver last year. Barack Obama's illegal alien uncle, Onyango "Omar" Obama very nearly added to that tragic total.
And if Onyango "Omar" Obama had, wouldn't the President have shared some of the blame? Wouldn't some of the blood been on his hands?

My fellow Americans, we cannot sit idly by while one set of rules apply for Americans, and another set of rules apply for President Obama and his illegal immigrant family…
…and Obama throws all the rules out the window for criminal illegal aliens!

Nearly 11,000 Americans are killed each year by drunk drivers.
More than 240,000 illegal aliens in the U.S. have been CONVICTED of additional crimes.

…Only 30,000 have been deported.
And these statistics only include those individuals who were unlucky enough to get caught. The real numbers are very likely much, much higher.
So please, join me today and demand the deportation of Onyango "Omar" Obama.
There should be no special treatment for illegal aliens who happen to be related to the president. In the United States, the president is an elected citizen, not a monarch or deity. He is subject to all the laws that apply to all Americans.
While Barack Obama is going out of his way to grant amnesty to illegal aliens – just in time for 2012, I might add – including stopping enforcement and halting deportations, it is a perfect time to remind this president neither he, nor his family, are above the law.

President Obama’s Uncle Detained as Illegal Alien

President Obama’s uncle, Onyango Obama, was detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement in late August for illegally being in the United States. The incident began when local police arrested Onyango Obama for running through a stop sign in a town west of Boston. After nearly colliding with a police cruiser, police determined Obama’s blood alcohol level to be nearly twice of that of the legal limit.

A government report released last Thursday revealed that the IRS paid illegal aliens $4.2 billion in refundable tax credits in 2010. CAPS Questions Whether Republican Candidates Know How Many Legal Immigrants And Temporary Workers Are Admitted Annually To Take Jobs ​

CAPS will air a TV ad on MSNBC’s broadcast of this Wednesday’s Simi Valley, Republican Presidential debate. The commercial makes the connection between LEGAL immigration and JOB competition, displacement in California.

“We’re going to shine a light on the proverbial elephant in the room,” commented Marilyn DeYoung, Chairman of the Board of CAPS. “Unfortunately, most Republicans don’t know our government is admitting more new, LEGAL immigrants every month than the number of new jobs our economy is creating. That math doesn’t add up for anyone, not Californians who can’t find jobs, not new Legal immigrants and certainly not for the American taxpayer.”

Marilyn DeYoung has seen it far too often at various meetings she attends throughout the state. Most Republicans are anxious to pay lip service to ILLEGAL immigration and border security. However, when she asks these same politicians how many LEGAL immigrants our government admits every month, a befuddled expression typically appears on their faces.


“Ignorance of the facts is no longer an acceptable excuse,” commented DeYoung. “Californians are hurting. Our leaders need to understand the LEGAL immigration, JOBS connection so we can get Californians working again.”


More LEGAL immigrants continue to settle in California every year than any other state in the country, despite unemployment rates topping 30% in some parts of the state. Yet with millions of Californians unable to find a job and the state’s economy on perpetual life support, Congress continues to allow more than one hundred thousand LEGAL immigrants and temporary workers a month to enter the country and take jobs despite the American economy creating only 100,000 jobs a month or less.


Last month, the economy created no jobs. Recent studies by the Pew Hispanic Center and Northeastern University indicate that new immigrants are landing American jobs while Americans are losing jobs.
