First of all, as I pointed out the cold war reached a level of silliness in the 80's once we got to the point of both powers having the capacity to destroy the world numerous times over.
Secondly, ok let's say for arguements sake that he did win the cold war. What does that have to do with his criminal activity or his running the most corrupt administration in U.S. history?
