LMAO!!! REALLY!?!? Twice as many penalties 2.5 more penalty yards but they leaned Eagles!?!? Come on man, nice try.
Missed early defensive holding on Chiefs third down pass . Very blatant

Scoop and score taken off the board. That was a catch, he tried to make move up field

Goddart catch was incomplete, just one foot down. Would have ended drive

Brown probably committed PI on touchdown

Also missed a couple blatant holds on Philly o line that helped hurts extend plays

Could go on and on

Defended openly admits he held him

But agreed should have not been called it did not prevent him from getting to that ball

Eagles CB cops to holding: Was hoping officials would let it go.

GLENDALE, Ariz. -- Philadelphia Eagles cornerback James Bradberry took responsibility for a questionable holding call late in Super Bowl LVII on Sunday that helped swing the game in the Kansas City Chiefs' favor.
"I was hoping he would let it go, but of course he's a ref, it was a big game," Bradberry said after the Eagles' 38-35 loss. "It was a hold, so they called it."
The Chiefs were facing a third-and-8 from Philadelphia's 15-yard line with just under two minutes to play and the game tied 35-35. Bradberry appeared to put his hand on receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster at the top of his route and was whistled for defensive holding.
"The receiver went to the inside and he was attempting to release to the outside," referee Carl Cheffers told a pool reporter. "The defender grabbed the jersey with his right hand and restricted him from releasing to the outside. So, therefore, we called defensive holding."
Cheffers called it "a clear case of a jersey grab that caused restriction" and said "there was no debate" among the officiating crew about the call.
The pass to Smith-Schuster was incomplete, but with a fresh set of downs thanks to the penalty, Kansas City was able to wind the clock down before kicking the go-ahead field goal with eight seconds remaining.
"Oh yes, 100 percent," Smith-Schuster said when asked whether he felt like he was held. "My route was strike in, strike back out. I mean, Bradberry's a good player, but I feel like, someday, a call is going to be called."
Jalen Hurts' Hail Mary with time expiring fell incomplete, ending a thriller of a game that left Eagles players heartsick. Bradberry stood at his locker afterward for about 20 minutes, answering every question about one of the most consequential plays of the game.
"He's an awesome teammate, he's a great player, and I think that's how you want your teammates and your guys to react," center Jason Kelce said. "We all had our mistakes today. I had mine. It was just unfortunately a few too many."

Partial Pool Report on Def. Holding Call

Question: Take me through that holding call on the final drive against the Eagles. What did you see there?
Cheffers: "The receiver went to the inside and he was attempting to release to the outside. The defender grabbed the jersey with his right hand and restricted him from releasing to the outside. So, therefore, we called defensive holding."
Question: What specifically about that play was the part that merited the flag, just to be perfectly clear?
Cheffers: "The grabbing of the jersey that restricted his free release to the outside."
Question: Was that a pretty clear case of it from your vantage point?
Cheffers: "It was a clear case of a jersey grab that caused restriction."
Question: The restriction, did it happen at the top of the route or was it after the receiver had turned?
Cheffers: "He went to the inside, he put a foot down to try and break to the outside. So, it was right at the break to the outside where the defender grabbed his jersey and prevented his free release to the outside."

LOL that was not a catch, no "football" move complete or third foot down!
Goedert was a clear catch reply showed it!
You could call holding on virtually every play!
Point is call it on both teams or don't call it at all!
And point is you're wrong refs did not lean on Eagles they received double the penalties and more than double the penalty yards!

Ridiculously stupid, not even worthy of a response. Do you even know how to read a box score?

We all saw the replay, and everyone who watches a game knows that type of contact happens every play, without exception

Just like last year, they changed how they call a game inside the two minute warning. The receiver was not impeded once he left the line. Weak

how many times did the game clock expire for the eagles that weren’t called? I counted at least 3 that one where they called a timeout was at least 2 seconds after zero . Refs did not favor either team game was balanced and Kc showed their dominance in the second half. Kc made eagles defense look porous . kc dominated on defense first and second down that was huge in second half and the difference .

KC won because of a fortuitous strip sack TD and a long punt return that if I'm Greenfruit I'd find several illegal blocks that weren't called.

KC dominated nobody. It was a close game like everyone expected

They're champions, congrats to the Chief's fans and their backers

They need an unwritten rule that any penalty that is going to definitively decide the game must be absolutely blatant
can they review a penalty called inside 2 mins? if not, that's the next stop on the bus to eliminate nonsense. That ruined a very entertaining game. Almost felt like i wished hadnt watched, lol

Both qb's brought the 'A' game.

The World Cap had similar bs- 1st penalty Arg Vs Croaria game was absolute nonsense. Ref was out of position, AND they ddint bother using VARS. haha, soccer is in a league on its own. Croatia/Morocco had no shot at reaching that final

The worst call was the Pk vs Holland! Put Messi up 2-0. Fucking brutal dive!! Becomes unwatchable! NFL headed down that road too. Every time a QB is touched they flop. Players are following suit! NFL needs to call unsportsmanlike conduct penalties to stop this BS before it becomes like soccer!

That's because the refs took the ball out of the Eagles offense twice in the second half! Both D's didn't, or should I say couldn't play good, because of the atrocious field!! The missed face mask (I posted the pics) halted Eagles drive right before the punt return. And the ticky tacky hold, prevented their offense from getting another possession. Again my point is either call it tight for both or don't call it at all! And it's not just yesterday's game, Burrows was pushed "down" (he didn't do as good of a job at flopping as Mahomes would later do) in their last drive! Why is one called and not the other? Also on Mahomes unnecessary touching penalty there was a clear hold on that same play that another poster, posted the video. Refs seem too excited to get involved at the end of the game! Two great games, the ending is ruined because of the refs!

If it was a three point game, 1:40 left on the clock and two timeouts, I like the Eagles chances

The Eagles punted once in the 2nd half, there was absolutely no dominating Chiefs defense.

The biggest call in the game before the last one was probably the Offensive PI that stopped 1st half Eagles drive. While they showed the downfield block, they didn't show us where the receiver was at the time. Was he passed the line of scrimmage? I thought it was a pass in the backfield when watching the live play
